普伐他汀降脂治疗对冠心病血管内皮舒张功能的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的 :研究普伐他汀对冠心病高胆固醇血症患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能的影响。方法 :采用高分辨超声技术 ,对 70例冠心病高胆固醇血症患者普伐他汀降脂前后和 70例正常对照者的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能进行检测。结果 :高胆固醇血症组肱动脉血流介导性舒张较正常对照组明显减弱 ((3.5± 2 .8) %和 (14 .5± 3.4 ) % ,P<0 .0 0 1) ,而 2组对硝酸甘油的反应差异无统计学意义 ((2 0 .5± 7.2 ) %和 (2 2 .9± 4 .3) % ,P >0 .0 5 )。 70例冠心病高胆固醇血症患者服用普伐他汀 10mg治疗 (3.8± 0 .8)个月后 ,血浆总胆固醇从 (6 .31± 0 .70 )mmol/L降至 (5 .0 6±0 .6 3)mmol/L ,同时肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张较治疗前明显改善 ((10 .0± 3.2 ) %和 (3.5± 2 .8) % ,P <0 .0 0 1) ,而治疗前后肱动脉对硝酸甘油的反应无明显改变。结论 :冠心病高胆固醇血症患者存在血管内皮依赖性舒张功能障碍 ;经普伐他汀降胆固醇治疗后 ,受损的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能得到明显改善  相似文献

目的 观察电针对应激大鼠血浆超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)和前列腺素 E2 (PGE2 )的影响 ,以探讨电针对胃粘膜保护作用的机制 .方法 将 72只大鼠平均分为空白对照组 ,应激组和电针组 ,每组再按实验时间 1,3和 5d平均分为 3小组 (每小组 8只 ) .利用生化法和放免分析法测定各组大鼠血浆 SOD,MDA和 PGE2 含量并计算各组溃疡指数 (UI) .结果 应激组较空白对照组大鼠血浆 SOD明显下降 (17.0± 2 .9)μmol· L- 1 → (11.9± 3.4)μmol· L- 1 ,MDA明显上升 (4 .85± 2 .38) μmol· L- 1→ (7.5 6± 2 .48)μmol· L- 1 ,PGE2 明显下降 (2 .74± 0 .77) ng· L- 1 → (1.5 4± 0 .2 5 ) ng· L- 1 ,P<0 .0 5 .UI明显上升 (1.1± 0 .4)→ (2 8.0± 4.1) ,P<0 .0 1.电针组较应激组血浆 SOD明显上升 (11.9± 3.4) μmol· L- 1→ (17.7± 4.8) μm ol· L- 1 ,MDA明显下降 (7.5 6± 2 .48) μmol· L- 1→ (4 .14± 1.78) μm ol· L- 1 ;PGE2 明显上升 (1.5 4± 0 .2 5 ) ng· L- 1 → (3.2 1± 0 .38) ng·L- 1 ;UI明显下降 (2 8.0± 4.1)→ (19.0± 2 .3) ,P<0 .0 1.电针组 PGE2 实验 5 d组较实验 1d组明显上升 (3.2 1± 0 .38) ng· L- 1 → (4 .5 2± 1.0 6 ) ng· L- 1 ,P<0 .0 5 .结论 电针对  相似文献

目的 探讨川芎嗪对缺血再灌注损伤大鼠肾脏细胞凋亡的影响及凋亡与再灌注损伤的关系 .方法 观察川芎嗪注射液干预下 ,大鼠肾脏缺血 6 0 min,再灌注 2 4h后 ,血浆超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、脂质过氧化物丙二醇 (MDA)、内皮素 - 1(ET- 1)变化 ,及其对肾脏细胞凋亡的影响 .结果 川芎嗪治疗组和缺血再灌注组血浆 SOD分别是 (10 3± 18) KNU· L- 1和 (88± 14) KNU· L- 1 ,MDA分别是 (9.0± 0 .8)μmol· L- 1和 (10 .7± 0 .9) μmol· L- 1 ,ET- 1分别是 (131± 43) ng· L- 1和 (175± 47) ng· L- 1 ,川芎嗪治疗组 SOD水平显著性高于缺血再灌注组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 MDA和 ET- 1水平显著性低于缺血再灌注组 (P<0 .0 5 ) .川芎嗪组和缺血再灌注组肾脏细胞凋亡指数分别是 (5 .75± 3.0 2 ) %和 (8.97± 3.41) %,川芎嗪组显著性低于缺血再灌注组 (P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 川芎嗪减轻肾脏缺血再灌注损伤 ,降低肾脏细胞凋亡指数 .  相似文献

目的 :探讨芪丹通脉片 (QDTMT)对异丙肾上腺素(Iso)所致急性心肌缺血的防治作用 .方法 :给大鼠灌服QDTMT(2g·kg-1) 2wk ,皮下注射异丙肾上腺素 (Iso ,5mg·kg-1) ,诱导急性心肌缺血模型 ,测定心肌线粒体 (Mit)中丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GXH PX)及琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH) .结果 :模型组线粒体中MDA含量增加 ,QDTMT组线粒体MDA含量显著低于模型组 [(8.9± 0 .6 )vs (5 .5± 0 .6 ) μmol·g-1,P <0 .0 1];线粒体中模型组SOD活性降低 ,QDTMT组SOD活性升高 ,两者相比较有显著性差异 [(6 73.2± 2 5 .2 )vs (5 36 .2± 2 0 .3)kNU·g-1,P <0 .0 1].QDTMT组GSH PX活力显著高于模型组 [(5 5 .3± 6 .0)vs (4 0 .7± 7.1)kNU·g-1,P <0 .0 1].QDTMT组线粒体中SDH活性明显升高 [(0 .0 7± 0 .0 1)vs (0 .0 5± 0 .0 1)kat·g-1,P <0 .0 1].结论 :QDTMT可通过降低心肌线粒体中MDA含量 ,增加SOD ,GSH PX及SDH活力 ,减轻氧自由基对心肌线粒体的损伤 .  相似文献

目的 尾部悬吊可导致大鼠基底动脉血管收缩反应性增强 ,本实验拟探讨尾部悬吊大鼠基底动脉血管环反应性变化机制中是否存在血管内皮功能的改变 .方法  2 0只大鼠被随机分为模拟失重组 (SUS)与同步对照组 (CON) ,每组各1 0只 .采用尾部悬吊大鼠模型模拟失重影响 .利用离体基底动脉血管环测定其对 KCl的收缩反应性和乙酰胆碱 (Ach)及硝普钠 (SNP)的舒张反应性 .结果 悬吊组大鼠基底动脉血管环对 KCl的最大反应 (7.1 5± 0 .53) m N较对照组 (5.37±0 .2 7) m N显著升高 (P<0 .0 5) ;而对 Ach或 SNP的舒张反应性在悬吊组 [Ach:(45.46± 3.61 ) % ;SNP:(96.58±4.37) % ]和对照组 [Ach:(47.75± 5.78) % ;SNP:(92 .65±5.62 ) % ]之间无显著差异 .结论 尾部悬吊可导致大鼠基底动脉血管环收缩反应性显著升高 ,但其内皮一氧化氮舒张功能无显著变化  相似文献

目的 探讨血管内皮功能及动脉内-中膜厚度的超声检测对冠心病诊断的价值。 方法 采用高频体表超声检测120例冠心病患者及20例非冠心病患者的肱动脉血管内径、肱动脉血流介导的内皮血管舒张功能(FMD)及硝酸甘油介导的血管舒张反应(NMD),并检测颈动脉内-中膜厚度,结合患者的临床资料,综合评估超声检查对冠心病诊断的价值。 结果 冠心病患者的肱动脉血管内径、内皮血管舒张功能及硝酸甘油介导的血管舒张反应值分别为(4.50±0.58)mm、(7.88±2.11)%、(12.18±2.18)%,非冠心病组患者的肱动脉血管内径、内皮血管舒张功能及硝酸甘油介导的血管舒张反应值分别为(3.80±0.1)mm、(17.83±2.51)%、(24.51±2.89)%,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。非冠心病组患者的内-中膜厚度为(0.71±0.4)mm,冠心病组患者的内-中膜厚度为(0.83±0.60)mm,冠心病患者颈动脉的内-中膜厚度明显高于非冠心病患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,颈内动脉内-膜厚度与患者的吸烟史及体重指数呈明显正相关(P<0.05),而与患者的年龄、性别、病程及饮酒史无明显相关。 结论 内皮血管舒张功能、硝酸甘油介导的血管舒张反应及颈动脉内-中膜厚度的超声检测均有助于冠心病的诊断,具有一定的临床意义。   相似文献

该研究旨在探讨原发性高血压 (EH)患者血管内皮依赖舒张功能变化与细胞浆内游离钙代谢的关系。材料和方法 :EH和正常对照 (Control)各 2 0例。用高分辨超声测定肱动脉内皮依赖性血流介导血管舒张 (FMD)和舌下含服硝酸甘油后非内皮依赖性舒张。用FURA - 2荧光探针法测量细胞内钙。结果 :两组性别、年龄和血脂水平无统计学差异 ,EH和Control组FMD(% )分别为 2 18± 4 6和 9 12± 4 8(P <0 0 5 ) ;EH组和Control组细胞胞浆内游离钙 (nmol/L)分别为 111 6 0± 2 2 71和 81 6 7± 2 1 31(P <0 0 5 ) ;FMD(% )与细胞胞浆内游离钙浓度呈负相关关系 (γ =- 0 5 2 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,两组舌下含服硝酸甘油后血管舒张无统计学差异。结论 :EH患者血管内皮依赖舒张功能下降可能与NO活性下降后对血管平滑肌细胞内钙升高抑制作用下降 ,导致血管平滑肌细胞内钙升高有关。细胞钙代谢可以作为血管内皮功能变化的一个重要参考指标。  相似文献

目的 :研究葛根素 (Puerarin ,Pue)对大鼠腹主动脉离体血管的舒张作用特点并探讨其机制 .方法 :雌性SD大鼠1 6只 ,常规方法制备离体血管环标本 ,随机分为Pue浓度依赖组、Pue时间依赖组、内皮依赖组、L NAME组、优降糖组、L NAME与优降糖共同作用组、阿托品组、普耐络尔组、消炎痛组 .用离体血管灌流法灌流大鼠腹主动脉环 ,血管环基础张力定为 9.8× 1 0 -3 N(1g) ,各组分别加入不同酶抑制剂或通道阻滞剂 ,孵育后加入 1 0 -2 mol·L-1 Pue ,测定血管环张力变化 .结果 :Pue在 1 0 -8~ 1 0 -2 mol·L-1 范围内对腹主动脉具有剂量依赖性的舒血管效应 ,以单浓度 (5× 1 0 -3 mol·L-1 ,EC50 浓度 )Pue作用于大鼠腹主动脉后 ,1 8min达到最大舒张效应 (4 8.0± 6 .5 ) % ;Pue的舒张血管效应在血管去内皮后可降低 (6 8.0± 6 .5 ) % ;在L NAME实验组和优降糖实验组中分别降低(5 8.0± 3.8) %和 (4 8.0± 5 .4 ) % ,与对照组相比两组均存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;在L NAME与优降糖共同作用组以及阿托品组 ,普耐络尔组 ,消炎痛组中 ,血管舒张的受抑制程度与对照组差别无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) .结论 :Pue具有内皮依赖性的舒血管效应 ,该作用与NO系统和ATP 敏感的钾通道有关 .  相似文献

目的 :研究急、慢性干扰素 - α(IFN- α)处理对离体大鼠胸主动脉环的影响及其可能机制。方法 :用离体血管灌流方法 ,测定离体主动脉环张力。结果 :IFN- α(10、10 0、10 0 0、10 0 0 0 U/ ml)对苯肾上腺素 (PE,10 -6mol/ L)预收缩的内皮完整血管环产生浓度依赖性的舒张作用 ,分别降低为对照的 (90 .1± 0 .91) %、(6 5 .1± 5 .2 1) %、(39.5± 8.2 2 ) %、(35 .3± 8.2 7) %。去除内皮后 IFN- α的舒张作用被取消。用一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)抑制剂 L- NAME(10 -4mol/ L)、鸟苷酸环化酶抑制剂亚甲蓝 (10 -5mol/ L)和诱导型 NOS抑制剂 AMG(10 -4mol/ L)预处理后 ,10 0 U/ mlIFN- α引起的血管舒张作用被阻断 ,其血管舒张幅度分别为对照的 (97.2± 5 .34) %、(95 .1± 6 .2 5 ) %、(93.7±8.82 ) %。用 IFN- α10 0 0 0 U/ ml预处理 2 h对 Ach引起的内皮依赖性主动脉环的舒张作用无显著影响 ,用IFN- α10 0万 U/ d腹腔注射 5 d后的 SD大鼠的主动脉环对 Ach引起的内皮细胞依赖性舒张作用明显降低。结论 :IFN- α可能通过诱导 i NOS合成或增强 i NOS其活性产生内皮依赖的血管舒张作用 ,慢性 IFN-α处理可能损害了血管内皮的功能或使 NO- s GC信号途径的效能降低。  相似文献

目的 评价新生儿期先天性甲状腺功能减退症(CH)患儿的左心收缩和舒张功能改变,以及甲状腺素替代治疗后的左心功能变化,并探讨其与血甲状腺激素水平的相关性。方法 对40例CH新生儿分别以左旋甲状腺素(L T4 )为起始量4~8μg·kg-1·d-1治疗1个月,治疗前后与30例对照组均进行超声心动图检查,测量左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、二尖瓣口血流舒张早期峰值速度(Em)、二尖瓣口血流舒张晚期峰值速度(Am)、二尖瓣环收缩期运动峰值速度(sm)、二尖瓣环舒张早期运动峰值速度(em)、二尖瓣环舒张晚期运动峰值速度(am)、收缩期二尖瓣环下移距离(MAD),同时用化学发光法测定血总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3 )、总四碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT4 )和促甲状腺激素(TSH),并对血甲状腺激素水平和心功能指标行相关性分析。结果 CH组替代治疗前左心功能指标LVEF、sm、MAD、Em和em为0 .61±0 .08、2 .60cm/s±0. 60cm/s、0 .29cm±0 .06cm、0 .59m/s±0 .12 m/s和2 .72 cm/s±1 .43 cm/s,对照组上述指标较低,分别为0 .67±0 06、3. 25cm/s±0 .51cm/s、0 .41cm±0 .08cm、0 .72m/s±0. 11m/s和4.51cm/s±1 .23cm/s(与CH组比较P< 0 .01 );CH组用L T4替代治疗1个月后,上述指标分别为0 .69±0 .05、3. 46 cm/s±0 .64cm/s、0 .45cm  相似文献

Objective: To evaluatel the value of D-dimers in patients with acute aortic dissection (AAD). Methods: This study consisted of 16 patients with AAD and 27 non-AAD patients. Serum D-dimets were measured by Sta-Liatest D-DI immunoturbidimetric assay. Results: D-dimer level was higher (P < 0.001) in patients with AAD(7.91 ± 5.52 μg/ml) than that in non- AAD group(1.57±1.24 μg/ml). D-dimer was positive (>0.4 μg/ml) in all patients with AAD and in 10 control group patients (37%). Among patients with acute AAD, D-dimers tended to be higher in Stanford A than in Stanford B (8.67 ± 4.31 μg/ml vs. 3.24±1.27 μg/ml, P <0.01). D-dimer values tended to be higher in more extended disease(3.84 ± 1.65 μg/ml, 8.57 ± 3.58 μg/ml and 11.87 ± 5.69 μg/ml in thoracic aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta and iliacal arteries, respectively, P < 0.05 for both 8.57 ± 3.58 and 11.87 ± 5.69 vs. 3.84 ± 1.65 ). Including the control group into the analysis, we found a sensitivity of 100%, a negative predictive value of 100%, and a specificity of 66% and a positive predictive value of 64% for D-dimer in diagnosis of AAD in our patients with suspected AAD. Conclusion: D-dimer was elevated in patients with AAD. A negative D-dimer test result could be useful in excluding AAD.  相似文献

Objective: To set up a simple and reliable rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation. Methods: SD rats served as both donors and recipients. 4℃ sodium lactate Ringer's was infused from portal veins to donated livers,and from abdominal aorta to donated kidneys, respectively. Anastomosis of the portal vein and the inferior vena cava (IVC) inferior to the right kidney between the graft and the recipient was performed by a double cuff method, then the superior hepatic vena cava with suture. A patch of donated renal artery was anastomosed to the recipient abdominal aorta. The urethra and bile duct were reconstructed with a simple inside bracket. Results: Among 65 cases of combined liver-kidney transplantation, the success rate in the late 40 cases was 77.5%. The function of the grafted liver and kidney remained normal. Conclusion: This rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation can be established in common laboratory conditions with high success rate and meet the needs of renal transplantation experiment.  相似文献

Objective To observe blood pressure change with age in salt-sensitive teenagers whose salt sensitivity were determined by repeated testing.Methods Salt sensitivity was determined through intravenous infusion of normal saline combined with volume-depletion by oral diuretic furosemide in 55 teenagers. After five years, salt sensitivity was re-examined and subject blood pressure was followed up. Blood pressure changes in salt-sensitive teenagers were compared to that of non-salt sensitive teenagers over five years.Results After 5 years, the repetition rate of salt sensitivity determined by intravenous saline loading is 92.7%. In teenagers with salt sensitivity on the baseline, both the systolic blood pressure increments and increment rates were much higher than non-salt sensitive teenagers (12.7±12.1 mmHg vs. 2.8±5.2 mmHg, P< 0.01; 12.2%± 12.0% vs. 2.5% ±4.4%, P< 0.001,respectively). There was a similar trend for diastolic blood pressure (8.4 ± 6.4 mmHg vs. 3.7 ± 6.4 mmHg, P = 0.052; 13.2% ±10.6 % vs. 6.8%± 10.1%, P = 0.053, respectively).Conclusions Salt sensitivity determined by intravenous saline loading showed good reproducibility. Blood pressure increments with age were much higher in salt-sensitive teenagers than non-salt sensitive teenagers, especially in terms of systolic blood pressure.  相似文献

Shock wave lithotripsy (SWL) is a treatment of choice for upper urinary stones. However, this procedure is inappropriate for obese patients because the focus is often unable to reach the target owing to the limited focal distance in shock wave source. Although treating such patients in a blast path may increase the application length of shock wave source, it's difficult to find this path on the lithotripter monitor. Excess production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)of mitochondrion mediated by hyperglycemia is the common pathogenesis of angiopathic complications of diabetes.TCM holds that the damp from the dysfunction of spleen.kidney and liver is the causative factor of complications of diabetes.This is similar to the mechanism of Ros resulting in angiopathic complications of diabetes.When the angiopathic complications of type II diabetes mellitus(T2DM)are difierentiated as caused by turbid damp in TCM can be explained as ROS.Since the obstruction of pathogenic damp in channels and collaterals is said to be the main pathogenesis,the treating principle should be dissolving the damp to remove the obstruction.  相似文献

目的:评价使用安心颗粒对急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(PPCI)术后生活质量的影响.方法:将160例接受PPCI的急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者随机分为安心颗粒组(术前顿服安心颗粒8.8g,术后安心颗粒4.4 g/次,每日2次)和对照组(仅接受基础药物治疗).所有患者均服用阿司匹林、氯吡格雷和阿托伐他汀.分别在入院时、出院前1d、出院后180 d时,应用心肌梗死多维度量表(MIDAS)、中文版SF-36评价量表对患者生活质量评分.并观察术后30 d以内的出血并发症、血小板减少症发生情况.结果:入院时和出院前1d,两组患者的心肌梗死MIDAS、SF-36量表评分比较无差异(P>0.05);出院后180 d时,与对照组比较,安心颗粒组MIDAS、SF-36评分明显减低(P<0.05);组内与入院时比较,两组出院前1d、出院后180 d时,MIDAS、SF-36评分均降低(P<0.05).两组患者在随访期间均无大量出血、少量出血、重度和极重度血小板减少症发生,安心颗粒组有4例、对照组有7例发生不明显出血(P>0.05).两组发生轻度血小板减少症的患者数比较无差异(P>0.05).结论:PPCI使用安心颗粒,能改善急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的生活质量,且不增加出血风险.  相似文献

Objective:To investigate the influences of urapidil and nicardipine on rabbit sinus function,atrio-ventricular node function and hemodynamics.Methods:Thirty-two Angora's rabbits were selected and randomly divided into four groups.U1 group:urapidil 0.25 mg/kg;U2 group:urapidil 0.5 mg/kg;N1 group:nicardipine 10 μg/kg;N2 group:nicardipine 20 μg/kg.All these medicine were administrated within 30 seconds.Measurements were taken before and after the administration of urapidil or nicardipine for the following data:mean blood pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),sino-atrial conduction time(SACT),maximal sinoatrial recovery time(SNRTmax)corrected sinus node recovery time(CSNRT),index of sinus node recovery time(SNRTI),Wenckebach A-V conduction frequency (WB),and P-R interval.Results:Significant MAP and HR changes were identified in all of the four groups before and after administration of both urapidil and nicardipine.No significant changes could be found in the rest of the parameters.Intergroup analysis showed that SACT and CSNRT of N1 and N2 groups were shorter than those of the U2 group(P<0.01);the MAP decreased(P<0.01)and the HR increased drastically(P<0.01).Conclusions:Neither urapidil(0.25 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg)nor nicardipine(10μg/kg,20μg/kg)has any significant influence on rabbit sinus function or rabbit atrio-ventricular node function.Nicardipine could be a better choice than urapidil for parafunctional sinus node patients.  相似文献
