四诊合参是中医诊断疾病的重要原则之一.中医药的发展,必须在继承的基础上加以创新.近年来,中医类诊断性医疗器械的研制促进了中医的数字化、客观化,服务于中医临床及科研.BD-SZ便携式四诊合参辅助诊疗仪通过脉诊装置、舌诊装置及四诊合参分析系统可对患者的健康状况根据中医理论进行评估,提供中医诊断的参考结果及中药处方建议,从而辅助临床治疗.为拓展中医药在国内及世界的发展和推广,突出该仪器的便携化特点,在中医四诊合参辨证的基础上,整合开发经络腧穴模块,为中医的临床应用、教学及医生自我学习起到积极的促进作用.本文具体论述了经络腧穴模块的架构以及其与中医四诊合参自动辨证系统的整合、优化. 相似文献

中医望闻问切四诊,古今一脉相承。中医学"一个老头三根指头"的诊断模式易受医生主观感受影响,存在猜测与推断的可能,可重复性较差,传统中医诊断模式已经较为滞后,远远落后于现代科学技术的发展,难以满足现代人民群众对中医药诊疗的需求,同样也制约了中医药的现代化发展。因此,加速推进四诊合参客观化研究尤为迫切,文章对四诊合参现代化发展历程和四诊合参现代化发展的共性问题加以探讨分析,以期为四诊合参的现代化发展提供一点思路,为实现真正意义上的中医四诊合参智能化献计献策。 相似文献

目的:探讨喘证痰热郁肺证四诊辨证与中医经络检测仪检测结果的关系。方法:选择2015年3月—2016年9月在本院肺病科住院治疗的喘证痰热郁肺证患者120例。所有患者由两名副主任中医师同时进行望、闻、问、切四诊辨证,辨证为痰热郁肺证,并经中医经络检测仪检测,将检测结果中肺经病症与四诊辨证结果进行对比分析,结果一致者列为A组,结果不一致者列为B组。所有患者均按望、闻、问、切中医辨证进行治疗,选方清肺化痰汤加减。结果:喘证痰热郁肺证,中医经络检测仪检测肺经病症与四诊合参辨证结果一致者81例(A组),一致率67.5%,不一致者39例(B组),占32.5%;A组好转率96.29%,B组好转率94.87%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:喘证痰热郁肺证的中医经络检测仪与中医四诊合参一致性达67.5%,可作为临床中医辨证参考。 相似文献

A review was conducted of some central issues underlying pattern differentiation and the integration of the TCM diagnostic system into acupuncture research. Problems with diagnostic reliability and the implications for clinical trials are discussed. Syndrome differentiation (Bian Zheng) in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the comprehensive analysis of clinical information gained by the four main diagnostic TCM procedures: observation, listening, questioning, and pulse analysis, and it is used to guide the choice of treatment either by acupuncture and/or TCM herbal formulae, that is, Fufang. TCM syndrome differentiation can be used for further stratification of the patients' conditions with certain disease, identified by orthodox medical diagnosis, which could help the improvement of efficacy of the selected intervention. In modern TCM research it is possible to integrate syndrome differentiation with orthodox medical diagnosis leading to new scientific findings in overall medical diagnosis and treatment. In this review, the focus is to screen published evidence on the role of syndrome differentiation in modern TCM research with particular emphasis on basic and clinical research as well as, pharmacological evaluation of TCM herbal formulary for drug discovery. 相似文献

对中医实热证的造模方法及评价指标进行文献整理及分析。根据CNKI、万方、维普等数据库检索国内外31篇相关文献和课题体会,从实热证的造模方法、评价指标等方面对中医实热证的研究进行论述。结果可知中医实热证的造模方法主要根据"物极必反"原则,选用补气药造模;根据化学因素、客观指标、药物反证为依据复制动物模型造模;根据化学因素、客观指标、药物反证为依据,复制动物模型造模;模拟发生热性病的病因,以细菌、病毒、内毒素等作为致毒材料,通过给动物体内注入大肠埃希菌、巴氏杆菌、肺炎双球菌产生内毒素或直接注入内毒素造模4种,评价指标可以从细胞因子、激素分泌、体液免疫等方面进行概括。中医实热证的造模方法及评价指标近年来取得很大的进展,但借鉴西医造模方法为多。为此提出改进设想,从转化医学的角度建立与中医临床密切的中医实热证模型,参考并移用中兽医的诊断技术,尽可能建立中医动物模型望、闻、问、切四诊评价指标与体系。 相似文献

Proteomics technology is based on the vast analytical power for protein/peptide identification and quantification offered by modern mass spectrometry coupled with hyphenated separation techniques such as two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2DE) and micro- or nano-scale multidimensional liquid chromatography. The rapid growth of proteomics field provides an array of new tools for the integration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with modern technology and systems biology, and is potentially advancing the progress of modernization and internationalization of TCM. Cho, in this issue of the American Journal of Chinese Medicine, highlights the recent application of 2DE-based and bottom-up proteomics in Chinese medicine research, including the exploration of pharmacological mechanisms of the actions of TCM, the facilitation of herb authentication and identification, and the profiling of protein expression following acupuncture treatment in animal models. Recent development in proteomics has provided further refinement on the analysis of proteins posttranslational modifications as well as quantitative comparison of different proteomes, and enabled the study of proteomes of specific diseases or biological processes under clinically relevant conditions. It is conceivable that the application of technologies developed in proteomics, genomics and metabonomics in the clinical practice and basic research of Chinese medicine will eventually lead to the reconciliation and integration of TCM and contemporary medicine. Chinese medicine is fundamentally a highly personalized medicine; perhaps it is time to embrace the arrival of TCM OMICS era in Chinese medicine research. 相似文献
