目的 建立同时测定双黄连颗粒中绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、连翘酯苷、野黄芩苷、黄芩苷、连翘苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素9种成分的HPLC方法。方法 采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min;检测波长278 nm,柱温35℃。结果 9种成分均达到基线分离,各成分均有较宽的线性范围和良好的线性关系(r>0.999 8);回收率在97.9%~102.1%。结论 本方法准确、灵敏、可靠,重现性较好,可用于双黄连颗粒的质量控制。  相似文献

目的 建立HPLC同时测定复方百部止咳颗粒中柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、黄芩苷和黄芩素的方法。方法 Diamonsil C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 mm),流动相A为1%冰醋酸溶液,B为乙腈,线性梯度洗脱,检测波长283 nm,柱温30 ℃,体积流量1.0 mL/min,进样量10 μL。结果 柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、黄芩苷和黄芩素分别在3.52~35.2 mg/mL(r=0.999 8),5.92~59.2 mg/mL(r=0.999 9),2.64~26.4 mg/mL(r=0.999 7),5.76~57.6 mg/mL(r=0.999 7),0.60~6.0 mg/mL(r=0.999 8)线性关系良好;平均加样回收率依次为98.9%、99.8%、99.7%、99.8%、99.2%,RSD分别为0.6%、0.9%、1.0%、1.3%、1.3%。结论 该方法快速、简便,重现性好,适合于同时测定复方百部止咳颗粒中柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、黄芩苷和黄芩素。  相似文献

目的 建立同时测定清化丸中绿原酸和黄芩苷的方法。方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamond C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长327 nm,柱温40 ℃。结果 绿原酸在32.96~494.40 ng呈线性关系,平均回收率为100.6%;黄芩苷在48.27~724.05 ng呈线性关系,平均回收率为98.6%。结论 该方法简便、准确可靠,能同时定量测定两种成分,更全面地控制清化丸的质量。  相似文献

目的 建立测定赶黄草中槲皮苷、槲皮素、乔松素-7-O-葡萄糖苷等黄酮类成分的分析方法。方法 用HPLC法;色谱柱为Luna-C18柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水,梯度洗脱;检测波长267 nm;体积流量0.8 mL/min。结果 槲皮苷、槲皮素、乔松素-7-O-葡萄糖苷获得良好分离,在10.8~216.0、10.4~208.0、10.4~207.0 μg/mL与峰面积积分值线性关系良好;重现性试验RSD分别为0.19%、0.19%、0.12%;加样回收率分别为100.17%、100.06%、99.87%。结论 本方法简便快速,精密度、分离度良好,为赶黄草及其制剂质量标准的制定提供了可供借鉴的方法。  相似文献

目的 以β-环糊精为流动相添加剂,拆分积雪草药材及其总苷中羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷,建立羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷的定量测定方法,同时建立积雪草总苷的高效液相色谱特征图谱。方法 采用 Dikma DiamonsilTM C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) 色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-2 mmol/L β-环糊精溶液 (24∶76);柱温 30 ℃;体积流量 1.0 mL/min;检测波长 205 nm;理论塔板数按积雪草苷峰计算应不低于 4 000。结果 β-环糊精的加入很好地分离积雪草药材及其总苷中的羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷,满足了定量分析的要求,其中有效成分羟基积雪草苷和积雪草苷的线性范围分别为 0.181~18.1 μg (r=0.999 98) 和 0.195~19.5 μg (r=0.999 98) ,积雪草药材的平均加样回收率 (n=9) 分别为 101.2% 和 101.6%,积雪草总苷的平均加样回收率 (n=9) 分别为 100.3% 和 99.3%,11 批次的积雪草总苷样品的高效液相色谱特征图谱中确定 6 个共有峰作为定性的指标峰。结论 本法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好,可用于积雪草药材及其总苷的质量控制。  相似文献

目的 建立同时测定侧柏炭中杨梅素、槲皮苷、槲皮素、山柰酚和穗花杉双黄酮5种黄酮类化合物的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)分析方法。方法 采用Waters Acquity UPLC系统,Waters BEH C18柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 mm);流动相为0.05%甲酸水溶液-甲醇,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.2 mL/min;柱温30 ℃;进样量2 μL;检测波长360 nm。结果 杨梅素、槲皮苷、槲皮素、山柰酚和穗花杉双黄酮在线性范围内均具有良好的线性关系(r≥0.999 5);平均回收率在96.85%~99.01%,RSD≤4.00%。结论 UPLC分离效果及重复性好,且快速、简便,可作为侧柏炭的质量控制方法。  相似文献

目的 建立同时测定金龙蛇口服液中5种主要有效成分的HPLC法。 方法 色谱柱为SunFireTM C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以乙腈(B)-0.2%甲酸(A)为流动相进行梯度洗脱(0~10 min,10%~19% B;10~32 min,19% B),流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温40℃,进样量10 μL,检测波长为285 nm。 结果 柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、麦角甾苷和甘草苷的质量浓度分别在2.00~60.00、2.12~63.60、1.68~50.40、2.00~60.00和2.00~60.00 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.999 9)。5种成分的日内精密度和日间精密度RSD分别小于2.30%和3.82%,24 h内稳定性RSD<4.47%;平均加样回收率分别为95.11%、93.73%、96.39%、98.02% 和95.12%;RSD分别为2.08%、4.05%、4.02%、6.01%和4.56%。 结论 该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于金龙蛇口服液的质量控制和评价。  相似文献

Objective: To evaluatel the value of D-dimers in patients with acute aortic dissection (AAD). Methods: This study consisted of 16 patients with AAD and 27 non-AAD patients. Serum D-dimets were measured by Sta-Liatest D-DI immunoturbidimetric assay. Results: D-dimer level was higher (P < 0.001) in patients with AAD(7.91 ± 5.52 μg/ml) than that in non- AAD group(1.57±1.24 μg/ml). D-dimer was positive (>0.4 μg/ml) in all patients with AAD and in 10 control group patients (37%). Among patients with acute AAD, D-dimers tended to be higher in Stanford A than in Stanford B (8.67 ± 4.31 μg/ml vs. 3.24±1.27 μg/ml, P <0.01). D-dimer values tended to be higher in more extended disease(3.84 ± 1.65 μg/ml, 8.57 ± 3.58 μg/ml and 11.87 ± 5.69 μg/ml in thoracic aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta and iliacal arteries, respectively, P < 0.05 for both 8.57 ± 3.58 and 11.87 ± 5.69 vs. 3.84 ± 1.65 ). Including the control group into the analysis, we found a sensitivity of 100%, a negative predictive value of 100%, and a specificity of 66% and a positive predictive value of 64% for D-dimer in diagnosis of AAD in our patients with suspected AAD. Conclusion: D-dimer was elevated in patients with AAD. A negative D-dimer test result could be useful in excluding AAD.  相似文献

Objective: To set up a simple and reliable rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation. Methods: SD rats served as both donors and recipients. 4℃ sodium lactate Ringer's was infused from portal veins to donated livers,and from abdominal aorta to donated kidneys, respectively. Anastomosis of the portal vein and the inferior vena cava (IVC) inferior to the right kidney between the graft and the recipient was performed by a double cuff method, then the superior hepatic vena cava with suture. A patch of donated renal artery was anastomosed to the recipient abdominal aorta. The urethra and bile duct were reconstructed with a simple inside bracket. Results: Among 65 cases of combined liver-kidney transplantation, the success rate in the late 40 cases was 77.5%. The function of the grafted liver and kidney remained normal. Conclusion: This rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation can be established in common laboratory conditions with high success rate and meet the needs of renal transplantation experiment.  相似文献

Objective To observe blood pressure change with age in salt-sensitive teenagers whose salt sensitivity were determined by repeated testing.Methods Salt sensitivity was determined through intravenous infusion of normal saline combined with volume-depletion by oral diuretic furosemide in 55 teenagers. After five years, salt sensitivity was re-examined and subject blood pressure was followed up. Blood pressure changes in salt-sensitive teenagers were compared to that of non-salt sensitive teenagers over five years.Results After 5 years, the repetition rate of salt sensitivity determined by intravenous saline loading is 92.7%. In teenagers with salt sensitivity on the baseline, both the systolic blood pressure increments and increment rates were much higher than non-salt sensitive teenagers (12.7±12.1 mmHg vs. 2.8±5.2 mmHg, P< 0.01; 12.2%± 12.0% vs. 2.5% ±4.4%, P< 0.001,respectively). There was a similar trend for diastolic blood pressure (8.4 ± 6.4 mmHg vs. 3.7 ± 6.4 mmHg, P = 0.052; 13.2% ±10.6 % vs. 6.8%± 10.1%, P = 0.053, respectively).Conclusions Salt sensitivity determined by intravenous saline loading showed good reproducibility. Blood pressure increments with age were much higher in salt-sensitive teenagers than non-salt sensitive teenagers, especially in terms of systolic blood pressure.  相似文献

Shock wave lithotripsy (SWL) is a treatment of choice for upper urinary stones. However, this procedure is inappropriate for obese patients because the focus is often unable to reach the target owing to the limited focal distance in shock wave source. Although treating such patients in a blast path may increase the application length of shock wave source, it's difficult to find this path on the lithotripter monitor. Excess production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)of mitochondrion mediated by hyperglycemia is the common pathogenesis of angiopathic complications of diabetes.TCM holds that the damp from the dysfunction of spleen.kidney and liver is the causative factor of complications of diabetes.This is similar to the mechanism of Ros resulting in angiopathic complications of diabetes.When the angiopathic complications of type II diabetes mellitus(T2DM)are difierentiated as caused by turbid damp in TCM can be explained as ROS.Since the obstruction of pathogenic damp in channels and collaterals is said to be the main pathogenesis,the treating principle should be dissolving the damp to remove the obstruction.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects in acupunture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea combined with spinal Tui Na, and study its mechanism. Methods: Thirty cases of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na, and thirty cases in the control group were treated by routine acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, and 73.3% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na has good prospects for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.  相似文献
