精神病学双语教学方法初探

实施双语教学是培养具有国际竞争力的高素质人才的需要.本文分析和探讨了临床医学专业学生精神病学课程实施双语教学的重点、难点,并提出了相应的对策.

Abstract：

Bilingual teaching is a way to cultivate high quality talents with competitive abilities. Psychiatry should follow the new situation which is an important subject in the clinical subjects. In this study, it was explored and discussed that the importance and difficulty in performing bilingual teaching of psychiatry as well as how to solve bilingual teaching of psychiatry in clinical students.     

临床医学本科生《实验诊断学》实验课教学改革探索

为提高实验诊断学实验课的教学质量、培养学生的临床思维能力,从更新实验教学内容、改进实验教学手段、改革实验考核方法等方面进行了探索.

Abstract：

In order to improve the teaching quality of experimental teaching of laboratory diagnosis and to cultivate the clinical ideation of medical students,we have been trying a series of reform in this course and obtained good results.Here,our experience in the selection of teaching contents,the improvement of teaching methods,and the setting of experimental assessment have been summarized and investigated.     

在肿瘤内科学实习课中引入PBL教学法的实践

目的 探讨PBL教学法在肿瘤内科学实习课中的应用效果.方法 采用PBL教学法与传统教学法(LBL)在肿瘤内科临床实习课中进行实践,并比较其教学效果.结果 PBL组教学效果显著优于LBL组.结论 PBL教学法在肿瘤内科临床实习课教学中具有较明显优势,能提高实习教学质量.

Abstract：

Objective To discuss the teaching effects of PBL teaching approach applied in clinical practice of medical oncology.Methods Throush clinical practice of medical onclolgy with the PBL teaching approach and the traditional one.A contrast between two teaching modes was made.And the teaching results were investigated based on the questionaic.Results The PBL teaching approach is superior to the traditional one.Conclusion The PBL teaching approach has an obvious advantage in the teaching of clinical practice of medical oncology and can improve the teaching quality     

急救医学临床教学中存在的问题与对策

分析和总结了目前急救医学临床教学中存在的问题和面临的困难,结合自身教学体验,对临床教学的时间安排、教学方法和考核形式进行了新的探索,取得了较好的教学效果,为急救医学临床教学工作水平的提高提供一点借鉴.

Abstract：

This article analyzes and summaries the problems and difficulties existing in the first-aid medicine's clinical teaching.Combined with his own teaching experience,the author has made some exploration on the teaching time,the way of teaching and inspection form,which has got a good teaching effect.It provids the reference and development for the clinical teaching of first-aid medicine.     

特色专业视野下临床医学专业建设的探索与实践

Abstract：

The clinical medical profession als play great roles in deepening the reform of medical system and promoting the development of medical and health services. According to the goals and principles of the program construction and national standards in medical education, combined with social needs and practical teaching, Medical School of University of South China adjusted the personnel training target and direction of professional education and emphasis on medical humanities, clinical skills, strengthening discipline construction and excellent team construction, innovating teaching model and teaching method, in the hope of improving the quality of talent cultivation.     

任务教学方法在护理学专业英语教学中的应用

任务教学方法是一种以任务为基础的教学方法,旨在将语言教学真实化和课堂社会化,使学生不仅在运用中学而且为了运用学.本文概述了任务教学方法的理论依据及其意义,阐述了任务教学方法在河北大学医学部护理学专业英语教学中的具体应用,并对其教学效果进行了评价.实践证明,任务教学方法活跃了专业英语教学课堂气氛,调动了学生专业英语的学习兴趣,提高了学生的专业英语能力.

Abstract：

Task-based approach is a task-based teaching method,which aims at making language teaching authentic and classroom teaching socialized. Students can not only learn in use but also learn for use. In this paper, theory evidence and meaning of task-based approach has been summarized, the application to specialized-based English teaching in nursing of Hebei University has been made and the teaching effect has been made an overall evaluation. It proved that the lesson lively was made, the learning interesting of students was roused and the ability of students was improved.     

Pilot Study on the Model of Clinical Nursing Teaching

The levels of nursing education in China have developed fast. Many nursing educators are devoted to the research of nursing teaching. How to culture nursing students with higher quality has received more and more increasing attention over the past several years. In the course of clinical nursing teaching, we implemented a reform and achieved the noticeable effect as follows. Perfect monitor system of clinical teaching has been established, teachers＇ consciousness has been Strengthened, power of teacher exemplar and students＇ principal role have also been embodied. The new clinical teaching method has disinterred nursing students＇ potential and enhanced their abilities of creative thinking.     

双语教学在妇产科学教学中的应用效果

为了解妇产科学双语教学的实施效果,对大连大学附属中山医院五年制临床医学专业39名学生进行了问卷调查.结果 显示,学生英语基础、师资队伍素质、英语教材以及教学组织形式对双语教学的效果有所影响.妇产科学双语教学需要进一步规范化.

Abstract：

In order to improve the teaching effect of obstetrics and gynecology a questionnaire survey among medical students was carried out in the Affiliated Zhongshan Hospital of Dalian University to know the views and the suggestions of bilingual teaching in obstetrics and gynecology. Through analysis, it showed that the effect of bilingual teaching was influenced by student's English level, the teachers' quality, teaching materials and the teaching arrangement.     

基于网络的教学医院临床教学管理系统的建设

通过分析当前临床教学管理工作现状,研究应用网络程序设计技术开发临床教学管理系统.本系统主要包括档案管理、流程计划、成绩管理、考勤管理、教学评价共五个部分,涵盖日常教学管理活动的多个方面,实现了临床教学管理工作的网络化和自动化,提高了管理人员的工作效率,完善了教学信息反馈,提高了教学管理质量.

Abstract：

This study is to apply network programming technology to develop a management system of clinical teaching through analysis of the current status of the management of clinical teaching. The system mainly consisted of the management of records, procedures, testing scores, work attendance, and assessment of teaching quality, which were the main routine activities of teaching management. The system made the networking and automation of routine clinical teaching coming true. Its advantages improved the work efficiency of manager, perfected the feedback of teaching information and promoted the effect of teaching administration.     

高等医学长学制教育研究主题的文献计量学分析

长学制教育是培养高层次医学人才的主要途径之一,在此分析了近年来发表的有关高等医学长学制教育的期刊论文中的关键词,在统计频次获得高频关键词的基础上,根据高频关键词的基础上,根据高频关键词共现次数对其进行聚类分析;由此分析出目前我国关于长学制医学教育研究的主要结构和方向为:长学制教育的宏观规划、教学模式和教学体制、长学制教学实践.该结果可以为进一步开展相关研究提供参考.

Abstract：

The long-year program for medical education is the major way to train the high level medical professionals.This paper colleeted the research papers on this topic published in Chinese journals in recent years,extracted their key words and counted the high frequent key words According to the co-occurrence of a pair of key words in one paper.these high frequent keywords were clustered into groups.The research structure and main directions of the long-year program were outlined as the study of macro-planning of long-year program,the study of teaching models and teaching system,study of teaching practice.These results could be a useful reference for the medical educational researchers and managers.     

医疗卫生信息技术教学中建构主义理论的探索与实践：以项目教学法为例[J]. 中华医学教育探索杂志

在越来越大的就业压力下,对于职业院校的学生来说。传统的教学方法显露出的各种缺陷已不能满足职业教育教学的要求。因此,尝试寻找新的、更为适用的教学方法——项目教学法。结合建构主义的概念和原理阐述项目教学法,分析其在医疗卫生信息技术教学的应用中的优势。同时结合实例,介绍项目教学法在电子类课程中的具体应用,探寻项目教学法与专业课程间的融合方式。     

医学生实习阶段临床带教师资队伍现状与思考

医学生临床实习阶段的培养是医学教育的重要组成部分,目前由于师资结构失调、教学模式与方法的陈旧单一等方面因素,给医学生临床实习带来了很大的冲击。只有加强临床带教师资的建设,建立临床带教教师准入及考核制度,开展多样化临床带教模式改革;如,以问题为中心（Problem-based learning,PBL）和案例为基础（Case-based-learning,CBL）的教学模式改革等,充分调动学生的主观能动性和学习热情,达到教学互动,良性循环,才能真正提高临床实习的质量。     

PBL为基础的以教促学模式在内分泌科临床教学中的应用

目的探讨PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学模式基础上结合以教促学教学法在内分泌科临床教学中的应用和教学效果。方法以珠江医院内分泌科临床实习的南方医科大学2007级临床医学专业学生课程为平台,采取随机平行分组对照的方法进行比较研究。以理论、操作出科考试及问卷调查方式评估教学效果。结果理论及操作出科考试结果显示采用PBL教学模式为基础的以教促学教学法较单纯采用PBL教学法的学生学习效果有显著提高(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示学生对PBL教学模式为基础的以教促学教学法有较高的兴趣,大部分学生认同此教学法。结论采用PBL教学模式为基础以教促学模式优于单纯PBL教学的教学效果。     

住院医师规范化培训心肺复苏培训新模式的探索

目的：分析和评价PBL式教学法和智能化模拟教学在急诊医学中的应用效果。方法：结合PBL式教学法和智能化模拟教学模式，对我院住院医师进行心肺复苏培训并考核。对参加培训的住院医师反馈问卷进行分析。结果：学员经培训后对心肺骤停的处理能力有了明显的提高（P〈0．0005）.模拟教学的效果基本达到了临床实践的要求。结论：PBL式教学法和智能化模拟教学结合可以在急诊医学教育中得到很好的教学效果。     

依托精品课程建设 提高医学统计学教学效果

精品课程建设是高校教学质量和教学改革的一项重要内容。精品课程建设作为提高教学水平和教学效果的有效途径,应依托精品课程的建设,积极创新授课模式、构建课程群、优化师资团队、探索新的教学模式等,以不断提高教学效果。

Blog在教育教学领域的应用受到人们越来越多的关注和认可,并逐渐成为网络教学的新途径和新方法。本文结合高校英语教学特点,探索Blog技术与外语教学的契合点,尝试建构多媒体环境下的多元化外语教学模式。     

PBL教学法在药理学教学中的实践和探索

目的：在药理学教学中，对PBL教学法进行初步实践和探索。方法：在郧阳医学院2004级本科麻醉班，对PBL教学法进行初步尝试，并通过问卷调查的方式对教学情况进行初步分析。结果：PBL教学在学生的学习态度、能力与素质及专业知识学习等方面，与传统教学比较均有极显著性差异。结论：PBL教学明显优于传统教学。     

医学实验教学中心师资队伍建设的现状及对策

创建一流大学的实验教学中心,应有一支稳定的高水平实验教学队伍。通过分析山东大学医学院实验教学中心师资队伍的构建、现状及其存在的问题,提出加强与改善实验教学队伍建设的若干对策。     

PBL教学法在内科教学中的应用

以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)是基于以学生为中心的教育方式,运用在临床医学中是以病例为先导,以问题为基础,以学生为主体,以教师为导向的启发式教育,以培养学生的临床能力为目标。将PBL应用于内科临床理论教学和实习教学能够发挥问题对学习过程的指导作用,调动学生的主动性和积极性。更能提高内科学临床教学的效果。
