| Abstract: | To build laboratory teaching center in an excellent university,we should have the steady and high level group of teaching staff.By the way of analysing status quo and problems in the constructing of staff in the labaratory teaching center of shandong university school of medicine,the article puts forward some countermeasures for reinforcing and improving the construction of teaching staff. |
