足组织缺损的显微修复   总被引:15,自引:11,他引:4  
1984年~1994年共收治各种足部组织创伤缺损236例,均采用显微外科技术进行组织移植修复,其中单纯皮瓣移植修复187例,复合皮瓣移植修复49例。吻合血管游离移植修复97例,带血管蒂移位修复139例。4例前足缺损者用带肩胛骨的复合皮瓣移植修复,6例足跟严重缺损者用带血管的腓骨复合皮瓣移植修复。经1~10年随访,皮瓣、复合皮瓣、移植或再植的骨骨各全部成活,愈合良好,足功能基本得到恢复,可行走、负重,186例恢复了原工作。认为,恢复足部结构完整与重建足跟、足底的感觉是获得良好功能的关键  相似文献

Viral markers were studied in 79 cases of viral hepatitis with hepatic failure. The results were shown as follows: 8 cases were positive for anti-HAV IgM (10.12%); 76 cases positive for HBsAg or anti-HBc IgM (96.20%) and 41 cases positive for anti-HCV antibodies (51.89%). Among those with anti-HCV positive, 35 cases were co-infected with HBV, 5 cases with HAV and/or HCV, only one was infected with HCV alone 2 cases were HD-Ag positive (2.52%) and one not identified (1.27%). With the reference of clinical findings, patients co-infected with HBV/HCV or anti-HBc IgM positive were more critical and usually entail higher mortality. In cases with HCV co-infections, the positive HBV replication markers seems to be reduced. Hepatic failure without HBV replicative markers had a high rate of hepatic coma as well as poor outcome.  相似文献

在129只SD大鼠的实验中动态观察了山莨菪碱对甘油所致急性肾功能衰竭时不同时期的Bcr,BUN,pH病理改变及死亡率的影响,结果表明:山莨菪碱能降低ARF第5天大鼠死亡率以及Bcr,BUN水平。改善病理损害,对ARF起到预防及治疗效果,山莨菪碱的预防效果优于治疗效果,预防是ARF防治的关键,但山莨菪碱在治疗过程中要引起“冲刷综合征”导致洗脱性酸中毒,应引起注意。  相似文献

本文对5例典型尖锐湿疣标本及10例可疑人乳头瘤病毒感染标本进行透射电子显微镜观察。结果典型尖锐湿疣标本中仅1例于细胞核内见到人乳头瘤病毒,排列规则呈结晶状。其余14例标本的细胞内均见不同程度的由病毒感染所引起的非特异性病理变化。本文对人孔头瘤病毒及受感染细胞的超微结构进行了初步探讨。  相似文献

1990年5月~1994年4月,对42例(47个髋)关节软骨全厚缺损患者采用冷冻保存胚胎颅骨骨膜移植进行修复,其中14例股骨头骨质Ⅳ期坏死者,同时施行带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨植骨。对34例(38个髋)进行了2年~6年(平均40个月)随访。结果表明,按照吴之康髋关节人工置换术后疗效评定标准,优良25例,很好5例,好3例,尚可1例。认为,与自体移植物修复关节软骨大面积缺损相比,这种方法无附加损伤,具有移植材料、形态与股骨头相似等特点,是治疗髋关节软骨大面积缺损的一种有效方法。  相似文献

目的 了解本社区高血压患者的危险因素现状,探讨干预对策。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取社区4个里委2级、3级高血压患者402例作为研究对象,收集各项危险因素如性别、年龄、血脂、血糖、吸烟、饮食、体育锻炼、体重等,并进行统计分析。结果402例高血压患者1年内进行所有相关辅助检查者有14例,占3.48%;1年内进行相关辅助检查一项者306例,占76.12%。饮食控制及进行体育锻炼有300例,占74.43%;吸烟62例,占15.42%。结论 高血压患者对饮食控制及体育锻炼、吸烟有害的知晓率明显提高,而对相关辅助检查认识不足。  相似文献

Objective: To explore the effect of Shenfu Injection, SFI) on the secondary aplastic anemia (AA) of tumor patients after chemotherapy (CT).Methods: The 15 cases of SFI treated group, 10 cases of control group, 25 cases of SFI + granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GMCSF) treated group and the group of 23 GM-CSF-treated tumor cases of secondary AA after CT were compared, with their increasing rate and the rebound speed of neutrophil, platelet, bone marrow nucleated RBC, granulocyte, and megakaryocyte all being investigated.Results: The increasing rate and rebound speed of granulocyte, platelet, and the increasing rate of bone marrow nucleated RBC, granulocyte, megakaryocyte were obviously higher than those of the control, and the clinical manifestations were also obviously improved. The increasing rate of platelet, bone marrow nucleated RBC, megakaryocyte of the SFI + GM-CSF group were higher than those of the group which used GM-CSF alone, while the increasing rate of granulocyte in blood and bone marrow in both groups was similar.Conclusion: Significant efficacy was shown in SFI for the treatment of secondary AA of tumor patients after CT.  相似文献

The biocompatibility and osteogenic activity of allogenic decalcified bone matrix (DBM) used as a carrier for bone tissue engineering were studied. Following the method described by Urist, allogenic DBM was made. In vitro, DBM and bone marrow stromal cell (BMSC) from rab-bits were co-cultured for 3-7 days and subjected to HE staining, and a series of histomorphological observations were performed under phase-contrast microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In vivo the mixture of DBM/BMSC co-cultured for 3 days was planted into one side of muscules sacrospinalis of rabbits, and the DBM without BMSC was planted into other side as con-trol. Specimens were collected at postoperative week 1, 2 and 4, and subjected to HE staining, and observed under SEM. The results showed during culture in vitro, the BMSCs adherent to the wall of DBM grew, proliferated and had secretive activity. The in vivo experiment revealed that BMSCs and undifferentiated mesenchymal cells in the perivascular region invaded gradually and proliferated together in DBM/BMSC group, and colony-forming units of chondrocytes were found. Osteoblasts,trabecular bone and medullary cavity appeared. The inflammatory reaction around muscles almost disappeared at the second weeks. In pure DBM group, the similar changes appeared from the sur-face of the DBM to center, and the volume of total regenerate bones was less than the DBM/BMSC group at the same time. The results indicated that the mixture of DBM and BMSC had good bio-compatibility and ectopic induced osteogentic activty.  相似文献

Why study transport of peptides and proteins at the neurovascular interface   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The blood–brain barrier (BBB) is an immense neurovascular interface. In neurodegenerative, ischemic, and traumatic disorders of the central nervous system (CNS), the BBB may hinder the delivery of many therapeutic peptides and proteins to the brain and spinal cord. Fortunately, the mistaken dogma that peptides and proteins do not cross the BBB has been corrected during the past two decades by the accumulating evidence that peptides and proteins in the periphery exert potent effects in the CNS. Not only can peptides and proteins serve as carriers for selective therapeutic agents, but they themselves may directly cross the BBB after delivery into the bloodstream. Their passage may be mediated by simple diffusion or specific transport, both of which can be affected by interactions in the blood compartment (outside the BBB) and within the endothelial cells (at the BBB level). Although the majority of current delivery strategies focuses on modification of the molecule to be delivered, understanding the mechanisms of transport will eventually facilitate regulation of the BBB directly. We review the different aspects of interactions and discuss recent advances in the cell biology of peptide/protein transport across the BBB. Better understanding of the nature and regulation of the transport systems at the BBB will provide a new direction to enhance the interactions of peripheral peptides and proteins with the CNS.  相似文献
