中药鲜药的应用是中医用药的一种特殊形式,我国有丰富的鲜药资源和长期应用鲜药的临床经验.很多研究表明,传统以鲜品入药的处方表现出特殊的功效,有着干品不可替代的疗效.但是,目前对鲜药物质基础的研究还处于初步阶段,很多鲜药药效物质基础并不明确,这严重阻碍了鲜药的现代应用和发展.该文结合鲜药研究的历史和现状,通过比较鲜药与干品在化学成分、有效组分和药理活性等物质基础方面差异,提出了基于“组分结构理论”的鲜药物质基础研究的新思路与新方法,以期为合理开发利用中药鲜药资源提供参考. 相似文献

目的制备鲜马齿苋多糖、生物碱和多酚类组分,并研究各组分的降血糖活性。方法选择合适的树脂和优化的分离纯化工艺,富集鲜马齿苋中多糖、生物碱、多酚类组分;并用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖组分的量,HPLC法测定生物碱和多酚类组分的量。采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠模型,分析多糖、生物碱、多酚类组分对糖尿病小鼠血糖、血清胰岛素和肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的影响。结果鲜马齿苋多糖、生物碱及多酚类组分均能降低糖尿病小鼠血糖、促进胰岛素分泌,多糖类组分和多酚类组分能明显提高肝组织中SOD活性、降低MDA水平,具有明显的抗氧化作用,且多糖、生物碱及多酚3类组分整体给药使糖尿病小鼠血糖下降率最显著。结论分离、纯化所得的鲜马齿苋多糖、生物碱和多酚类组分均具有明显降血糖活性,且鲜马齿苋多糖、生物碱和多酚3类组分整体给药降血糖效果更佳。 相似文献

Infusions (herbal teas) and decoctions are used frequently to administer oral doses of herbs. Although some herbs are used as single ingredients, they are often prepared as mixtures, as reported by numerous ethnobotanical surveys. The present work was carried out to identify the different types of interaction (synergistic, additive and antagonistic effects) which may be found in the antioxidant activity of preparations from mixtures of the popular herbs Aloysia citrodora (lemon verbena), Foeniculum vulgare (fennel) and Mentha spicata (spearmint). Herbs were prepared using traditional methods, and the effects after different periods of storage, up to 120 days, were also evaluated. Antioxidant activity was evaluated using DPPH radical scavenging activity, reducing power and inhibition of lipid peroxidation by the β‐carotene – linoleate system and the TBARS assay. Known antioxidant compounds such as total phenolics, flavonoids, ascorbic acid and reducing sugars were also determined. Spearmint was found to be present in the herb mixtures with the greatest antioxidant activity and these also had the highest flavonoid content. 目的:研究解毒滋阴祛瘀中药对系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动性的影响.方法:将65例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者分为中药组和对照组,分别观察患者治疗2个疗程前后SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI积分)以及强的松剂量的变化.结果:第2个疗程结束后,中药组处于活动期和静止期患者例数与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),强的松每日用量撤减变化中药组优于对照组(P<0.01).结论:解毒滋阴祛瘀中药既可以控制疾病的活动,也能够帮助患者早日撤减强的松用量. 相似文献

目的:初步建立藏药三果汤教的HPLC指纹图谱,研究藏药三果汤散的抗氧化活性,初步筛选出三果汤散中抗氧化有效成分.方法:采用薄层色谱-生物自显影技术和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)分光光度法对不同来源的三果汤散、单味药对照药材及其中单体成分没食子酸、没食子酸乙酯、鞣花酸、柯里拉京进行抗氧化作用初步测定,并采用高效液相色谱法初步建立了三果汤散的指纹图谱.结果:不同来源的三果汤散的抗氧化作用差异不大,所含化学成分以没食子酸抗氧化作用最强,揭示没食子酸可能是三果汤散抗氧化的主要有效成分之一.结论:该方法准确、简便可行,为进一步探索三果汤散抗氧化有效成分提供了科学依据. 相似文献

目的:探讨柏叶汤中凉血止血药对脾胃虚寒性出血大鼠模型的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为4组,正常组、模型组、柏叶汤去凉血止血药组及柏叶汤组,除了正常组以外,均采取饮食失节方法建立脾胃虚寒模型,共14 d。从第8 d开始,干预组分别给予柏叶汤(9 g·kg-1)和柏叶汤去凉血止血药(6 g·kg-1),模型组给予生理盐水ig,连续ig 7d,1次/d。第15 d,除正常组外采用乙醇灌胃法造成胃出血模型,在血液凝聚仪上检测血小板凝集性,在全自动血凝分析仪上检测PT和APTT值;同时检测血清Ca2+浓度;取溃疡部组织做病理切片,从病理学角度进一步观察。结果:凉血止血药的介入可提高大鼠血小板聚集性,缩短了大鼠凝血酶原时间及活化部分凝血活酶时间。但对Ca2+浓度无显著影响。病理学观察发现,给药组的组织病理学观察均较模型组明显减轻。结论:柏叶汤方中的凉血止血药的配伍机理在于止血。 相似文献

The in vitro superoxide scavenging activity (as determined by electrochemical measurement) and the in vivo antioxidant potential (as determined by a mouse model of carbon tetrachloride (CCl(4)) hepatotoxicity) of methanolic extracts prepared from 10 Chinese tonifying herbs were compared. Electrochemical measurement using a cytochrome c (Cyt. c) sensor showed that all of the tested herbal extracts exhibited a medium superoxide scavenging activity of different potency, as indicated by their IC(50) values. The in vivo measurement demonstrated that 80% of the herbal extracts displayed in vivo antioxidant potential, as assessed by the percentage of protection of the activity of plasma alanine aminotransferases and the hepatic glutathione regeneration capacity under CCl(4)-intoxicated condition. Although the in vitro antioxidant activity did not correlate quantitatively with the in vivo antioxidant potential, for 8 out of 10 samples a similar tendency was found. The rapid amperometric assessment of antioxidant potential by Cyt. c sensor may offer a convenient and direct method for screening as well as the quality control of herbal products. 相似文献

The water phase antioxidant activity of extracts from 23 Bulgarian medicinal plants was studied in relation to their polyphenol content in comparison with mate, black tea, honeybush and rooibos foreign species. Antioxidant activity was measured by the ABTS (2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)) cation radical decolorization assay, and the total polyphenol content was assayed according to the Folin-Ciocalteu method. Five Bulgarian plant extracts exhibited higher antioxidant activity than that of mate, which is 21.7% of all Bulgarian herbs included in this study. These were Alchemilla vulgaris L. (4.79 +/- 0.14 mm), Sambucus ebulus L. (4.03 +/- 0.07 mm), Mentha spicata L. (3.90 +/- 0.03 mm), Fragaria vesca L. (3.74 +/- 0.06 mm), Crataegus monogyna Jacq. (3.63 +/- 0.05 mm). Another eight Bulgarian medicinal plant extracts exhibited an intermediate antioxidant activity - lower than that of mate and higher than that of honeybush, which makes 34.8% of all Bulgarian herbs included in the study. More than half of the herbal extracts included in the present study exhibited antioxidant activity higher than or comparable to the reference foreign plants. A positive correlation (r = 0.92) between antioxidant activity and polyphenol content was found, suggesting that the antioxidant capacity of the aqueous plant extracts is due to a great extent to their polyphenols. 相似文献
