我国康复治疗教育整体上起步晚,作业治疗师的专业化培养还处在初级阶段,高校康复治疗教育中作业治疗学的国际化发展尤为困难。本文以上海中医药大学作业治疗专业教育推进为例,从作业治疗在中国发展的历史及困难、作业治疗专业建设中的探索、作业治疗专业建设中存在的问题及挑战等三个方面进行阐述,为探索“中国特色”的作业治疗专业化建设的道路提供一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

A psychometric model for the construction of examinations (the test construction process) is adapted as a conceptual framework for curriculum design. The outcome of the process, the curriculum blueprint, is proposed as particularly advantageous for nurse practitioner education, which is somewhat unique among nursing specialties in its need to accommodate the competing demands of several regulatory or educational approval bodies that influence the content of its curriculum. The curriculum blueprint provides a visual dimension and therefore is useful as a communication tool. An excerpted example of a curriculum blueprint is offered.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To quantify elements of spinal manipulation therapy performance and to test the strategy of combined rehearsal and quantitative feedback as a means of enhancing student skill development. DESIGN: Randomized, controlled study. SETTING: Chiropractic college. SUBJECTS: Thirty-nine chiropractic student volunteers entering the manipulation technique training course participated after providing informed consent. METHODS: Student performance of lumbar spinal manipulation therapy was quantified at the beginning, middle, and end of a trimester with a manipulation table imbedded with an AMTI force plate. Loads acting passing through the L5/S1 functional spinal unit were estimated by inverse dynamics. Participating students rehearsed the mamillary push, diversified procedure following either the standard curriculum alone or a modified curriculum adding a training aid as assigned on a randomized basis. Student's t and chi(2) tests were used to explore and describe biomechanical parameter changes over time as the semester progressed. RESULTS: Significant changes in performance between the standard curriculum and modified curriculum were observed in several biomechanical parameters. CONCLUSION: The reported project used a rehearsal program defined empirically and was self-administered in practice by the student. Results demonstrated significant changes in performance of spinal manipulation by students using the training aid instrument versus those who did not. With quantitative training aids and biomechanical measurement systems, future training programs may be optimized and tested.  相似文献

目的针对中、高职课程内容的重复及衔接不当的问题,探索适应中高职衔接五年贯通培养模式下的课程结构。方法在参考文献的基础上,采用德尔菲法对黑龙江省8所中职及高职院校中的30名教师进行3轮专家函询。结果最终确定4大课程群,共42个科目2550学时。文化课课程群9个科目(必修考查课3个、必修考试课5个、选修课1个),共522学时;公共基础课程群5个科目(必修考查课2个、必修考试课2个、选修课1个),共532学时;专业基础课程群9个科目(必修考查课3个、必修考试课6个),共548学时;护理专业课课程群19个科目(必修考查课6个、必修考试课6个、选修课7个),共948学时。结论最终形成的42个科目的教学进度计划具有良好的代表性和权威性,对护理专业中高职衔接五年贯通培养模式的构建具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

Small colleges and universities are increasingly turning to new program development to increase enrollments, stem decline, and ensure survival. Occupational therapy is an increasingly popular curriculum among small college and university administrators in view of its potential for attracting students, enhancing the organization's profile and mission, and generating revenue. This study examined the development of the occupational therapy curriculum at College Misericordia, Dallas, Pennsylvania, from 1981 to 1984. Interviews and pertinent documents, such as financial records, curricular materials, and enrollment statistics, were analyzed. The results demonstrate that the occupational therapy curriculum was instrumental in increasing enrollments and generating revenues at this small college. It can be concluded that curriculum development in occupational therapy can have a positive effect on an organization's ability to remain viable in an increasingly competitive market.  相似文献

目的探讨护理专业课程建设模式,提高课程质量。方法对护理专业课程进行立项建设,实行课程负责人竞聘管理制。设置课程建设评价指标体系,按教学周期对课程进行评估验收。结果经过4轮立项建设,护理主干课程体系趋于完善和稳定,多门课程获得优秀课程评价,课程教学质量明显提高。结论课程负责人竟聘模式促进了护理课程的发展与建设,配套的课程建设评价体系推动了护理课程建设质量的整体提升,调动了骨干师资的积极性和创造性。  相似文献

The undergraduate curriculum determines the quality of student preparation and serves to ensure consistency in clinical practice, thus promoting acceptance of music therapy by the medical community. As members of the newly-formed American Music Therapy Association strive to integrate diverse viewpoints, a historical review of the curriculum may provide direction for future revisions. Columbia University offered the first music therapy course in 1919, yet the profession did not establish an official undergraduate curriculum until 1952. This paper chronicles the events occurring prior to 1952 which contributed to curriculum development. Preceding university degree offerings, hospitals provided music therapy training. Hospital music directors established detailed guidelines for both lecture courses and clinical work. Authorities also outlined specific qualifications for potential students, including musical ability and suitable personality traits, and discouraged students who did not meet these criteria. As university programs grew in number, notable figures such as Roy Underwood and E. Thayer Gaston influenced curricular decisions through their personal beliefs and professional activities. Exploring this chain of events may assist contemporary authorities in understanding and strengthening the educational foundation for music therapists.  相似文献
