提高医学教育质量必须从确立教育理念入手   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文根据对教育理念基本内涵的理解,结合当前高等医学教育发展趋势以及高等医学院校教育改革现状,强调全面素质教育理念、精英教育理念、以人为本教育理念、终身教育理念、国际化教育理念和特色化教育理念,是当前高等医学院校必须确立的重要教育理念.本文着重分析了各个教育理念的基本内涵、客观必然性及其在提高医学教育质量上的具体体现.
Abstract:
This paper assumes that the concept of education should be established in order to improve the quality of medical education. Based on the connotation of education ideas, combining with the understanding of current higher medical education development trend and present situation of higher medical colleges and universities education reform, this paper argues that the comprehensive quality education concept, elite education concept, humanist education, lifelong education ideas and concepts, internationalization and characteristic education philosophy are the most important concepts that medical colleges and universities must establish. This paper mainly analyzes specific embodiment of the basic connotation of various education concepts, objectivity and inevitability and in improving the quality of medical education.  相似文献

河南省高等医学教育为河南省医疗卫生事业的发展培养了大批合格的医药卫生人才,但也存在着一些问题与不足,其整体发展状况与社会的进步、科学技术的发展、卫生事业改革的需要仍然不相适应.本文就河南省高等医学教育现状、存在问题进行了调查研究,并提出了相应的改革与发展策略.
Abstract:
There are some problems and faults about the higher medical education of Henan even though large number of qualified talents were trained for the development of Henan health and medical community. Development situation of higher medical education as a whole in Henan does not meet the progress of society, the development of science and technology, and the reform requirements of health protection.The status quo of Henan higher medical education development and the problems existed have been investigated , and the strategy of reform and development for the future has been proposed in this paper.  相似文献

The goal of medical education is to train good doctors.Only by understanding the trend of medical education development,call medical schools effectively promote educational reform and improve the quality of medical education.In this paper,we analyze the trend of course plans,teaching content,teaching strategies and the evaluation mode of the domestic and international medical education reform and development,introduce the ideas and practices in reform of management system,training pattern,course plans and assessment methods based on the education platform of"mutual promotion of teaching and research,mutual integration of medicine and humanities and simultaneous improvement of knowledge and ability"in Chongqing Medical University.  相似文献

An extensive and in-depth analysis of successful experiences and problems of the enrollment system, training programs, curriculum setting, supervision and evaluation is carried out. 随着我国高等医学教育进入大众化发展阶段,一些问题与困惑日益凸现.本文在回顾我国高等医学教育发展现状的基础上,通过与国外医学教育的比较研究,分析了目前我国高等医学教育面临的五个困惑,即综合与独立的纷争、精英与大众的转换、学制的不规范、医学人文的缺失和教育与卫生行政管理的不畅,继而从综合办学、精英教育、规范学制、人文回归和畅通体制、机制等五个方面提出了思考.
Abstract:
When our higher medical education came into the phase of popular development, the accompanied confusions increasingly appeared. On the basis of recalling the developed status of Chinese higher medical education, by comparison with foreign medical education research, the article analyzes the five confusions of Chinese higher medical education, which are the dispute of the comprehensive or independent , the conversion of the elite and mass, irregular educational system, the absence of medical humanities, the obstacle of education and health administration. Faced the confusions, from running a school comprehensively, elite education, standard system of school, humanities return, smoothing structure and mechanisms, the article puts forward five thoughts.  相似文献

The construction of the scientific and technological ethics management system is crucial to ensure the healthy development of scientific research, and is also the premise and foundation for the scientific and technological innovation and “double first-class” construction of colleges and universities. This paper through the investigation of college life science and medical research ethics committees’ relevant situation, concentrated on the comparative analysis of the construction of ethics training system to identify problems and shortcomings, combined with the work example of Peking University and the current development trend of life science and medical research, some suggestions, including take advantage of the combination of medical services, teaching and research at universities, were ut forward to provide possible reference for further updating of the science and technology ethics management in colleges and universities. © 2022, Editorial department of Chinese Medical Ethics. Translational research has become a globally recognized model of medical research. Chinese government and doctors have begun to discuss the plan for its development. But most articles are focusing on the advantages rather than its pros and cons. In this essay, the authors discuss the disadvantages of translational research, its effects on clinical work and medical education, highlighting some potential problems and risks in theory and practice on case basis. Some important research management requirements are summarized in this essay to help bring the therapy from the research laboratory to the patient’s bedside.

通过对毕业生及其培养或用人单位的问卷调查,本文分析了南京医科大学七年制临床医学专业人才培养的成效,以及江苏省医疗卫生事业发展对高层次医学人才的需求.结果 显示,临床实践能力和科研创新能力是医疗卫生事业发展所需要的高层次医学人才的重要能力;在三级甲等医院工作,具有硕士/博士学位、在专业技术岗位的被调查者更加看重医学生的科研创新能力;而在"1年通识教育、4年医学专业教育(含1年临床课程及见习、1年临床通科实习)、2年二级学科轮转"模式下培养的七年制临床医学专业毕业生的临床实践能力较强,但是科研创新能力不足,且学业负担偏重.因此,应当加强对七年制临床医学专业学生科研创新能力的培养和临床实践能力的通科训练.
Abstract:
An evaluation of 7-year medical education program in Nanjing Medical University was performed via questionnaire survey to the graduates and the staff of hospitals in which the graduates work,and the demand for advanced quality of medical graduates in the field of medical health care in Jiangsu Province is further analyzed. The results showed that the capacity for clinical practice and the capacity for research and innovation are the most important, which can meet the demands of health service development for high-level medical talents. The staff working in advanced hospitals, possessing master or doctor degree,or working as medical experts put more emphasis on the ability of the graduates to do innovative scientific research. Through the completed procedure of the 7-year program includes college general education for 1 year, medical education for 4 years ( containing senior clinical clerkship for 1 year and internship for 1 year) and alternation for medical and surgery subspecialties for 2 years, the graduates showed higher ability to do clinical practice, but not showed the growth of capacity for research and innovation. The most staff investigated proposed an enhancement in training for the capacity for innovative research and general clinical practice.  相似文献

“校院一体化”建设是实现医教研协同发展的重要路径之一,对于医学高等院校深化医教协同,推进以胜任力为导向的人才培养模式创新改革具有重要意义。从“院校一体化”操作模式入手,探讨科学合理、操作性强、多元化的建设方法。床边教学是一种以临床实践教学改革为着力点的“校院一体化”建设模式;除此之外,在人才培育模式以及教育管理体制机制层面,创新建设“学院-附属医院挂包”模式和“医教研融合导师制”教育模式可以促使理论教学和实践教学有机结合,临床实践与教学内容、学生学习活动相融合,科学探究方法贯穿到教学活动中,进行系统协调的合作育人。中医全科医学人才是基层中医医疗发展的生力军,医学高等院校是培育中医全科医学人才的核心。为加强全科医学人才队伍建设,医学高等院校应当以医教研协同理念为引领,推进“校院一体化”建设。医疗机构与高校作为利益共同体, 通过整合优质资源、形成合力,能够有效地应对在全科医学人才培养过程中面临的理论知识和实践能力亟待双提高,人才培养的长周期、差异化与医疗需求高速发展不相吻合等问题;能够进一步深化全科医学人才培养模式改革,推进医教协同。   相似文献
