Immunohistochemical Studies on Anti-keratin Autoantibody

On the basis of the detection of IgG anti-keratin autoantibody (AK auto Ab)in human body fluids,it was shown that IgG AK auto Ab could hardly pass the blood-brain barrier,but it could easily penetrate the capillary walls into epithelial tissues.Un-der electron microscope,the interaction between AK auto Ab and keratinocyte is largelylocated in tonofilaments and desmosomes and is irrelevant to other organellae.Dynamicobservations of AK auto Ab suggest that the accumulation of AK auto Ab in keratinocy-te cytoplasm and transitory decrease of IgG AK auto Ab in serum of rabbits with sodiumsulfide dermatitis are related predominantly to keratinocytic injury.

A Case of Profound North American Blastomycosis Confirmed by Morphological Evidence in China

A case of profound North American blastomycosis found inCeina is reported.The patient was a 4.5 year-old girl with abdomi-nal pain,fever and a solid mesenteric mass in the abdomen.Bornin Xi'an,she had been to a rural area in Hunan province.Thediagnosis was verified by pathological features and morphologyof the fungi,and further confirmed by histochemical reactions andultraviolet fluorescence microscope.

Morphological Observation and DNA Quantitative Analysis of Murine H_(22) Hepatoma after Injection of Hematoporphyrin Derivatives in Different Pathways and Light Irradiation

By means of light and electron microscopy and texture analysissystem, the morphologic changes and the content of DNA after injection ofhematoporphyrin derivatives (HPD) in different pathways and the lightirradiation on mice H_(22) hepatoma were observed. This study showed thatintravenous injection of HPD and local administration in the tumor andred-light irradiation could result in obvious injury of tumor cells, especiallythe tumor local injection and light irradiation. In order to reduce variousside-effects, tumor local injection and light irradiation may be used inclinical treatment. This article provides morphological basis for reference.     

病理组织学证实的深部皮炎芽生菌病一例

一例深部霉菌感染,根据真菌在组织内的形态、病理改变、组织化学反应及荧光显微镜检查,可确诊为皮炎芽生菌病。镜下见异物巨细胞型肉芽肿形成。异物巨细胞内、外均有大量真菌细胞,直径8～15μm,双层壁,有1～4个核,单个出芽,牙颈粗短。PAS梁色及Grocott六次甲基四胺银染色为阳性,Alcian blue及Mucicarmine染色为阴性,少数呈弱阳性。荧光显微镜下菌体具明显自发荧光,暗视野下可见多个核。
