目的对强直性脊柱炎患者的血液流变学检测指标进行分析,探讨强直性脊柱炎患者的血液流变学指标变化。方法对127例强直性脊柱炎患者组和130例健康对照组的血液流变学检查结果进行分析研究。结果强直性脊柱炎患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、血细胞压积、纤维蛋白原和红细胞沉降率方程K值均有显著增高(P<0.01),红细胞沉降率、红细胞聚集和刚性指数有不同程度升高(P<0.05),而红细胞变形和电泳指数有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论强直性脊柱炎患者有明显的血液流变学异常和微循环障碍,强直性脊柱炎患者血液流变学检测具有一定的临床价值,它可以反映病情严重程度及监测病情变化,并指导临床治疗。 相似文献

Salvianolic acid B (SalB) is an active component isolated from Chinese herbal medicine Salvia miltiorrhiza. The aim of this study was to investigate the extent of absolute oral bioavailability (F) of SalB in beagle dogs and the
effect on blood viscosity after intravenous and oral administration of Salvianolic acids (SAs). A gradient elution HPLC method
was developed and validated to determine the concentration of SalB and its three possible metabolites in plasma. After SAs
(180 mg/kg, p.o.; 9 mg/kg, i.v.) were given, the AUCs of SalB were 1680 ± 670 and 7840 ± 1140 ng/mL·h, respectively. The F
of SalB in dogs was calculated to be only 1.07 ± 0.43%. The blood viscosity was remarkably decreased after a single intravenous
injection of SAs (9 mg/kg). However, no significant change of blood viscosity was observed after a single oral administration
of SAs (180 mg/kg). The results suggested that the F of SalB was extremely low and single oral administrated SAs had no effect

Background: High viscosity fibre is known to exert many beneficial effects on appetite and metabolism. It could potentially help in weight management, in dieting or nondieting individuals. The present study investigated the effects of the daily intake of a novel high viscosity polysaccharide (HVP) over 3 months in nondieting obese or overweight men and women. Methods: The study comprised a double‐blind, randomised controlled clinical trial. Participants ingested 5–15 g per day of either HVP (n = 29, experimental group) or inulin (n = 30, control group) for 15 weeks. Changes in anthropometry (weight, waist and hip circumferences), blood lipids and glucose tolerance were studied from the beginning to the end of administration. Compliance and tolerance were examined. Results: Differences appeared between HVP and inulin supplementation in female participants only. Mean (SD) decreases in body weight [1.6 (3.2) kg; approximately 2% of initial weight] and hip circumference [2.8 (3.6 ) cm] occurred in women of the HVP group but not in controls (Time × Group interactions, P ≤ 0.002). Total, high‐density lipoprotein and low‐density lipoprotein‐cholesterol were lower at the end of supplementation in the women of the HVP group compared to controls (P ≤ 0.021). No effect appeared in waist circumference and triacylglycerol. No difference was noted in the number or severity of the adverse effects reported in both groups. Adverse effects were mild and agreed with commonly reported reactions to intake of dietary fibre. Conclusions: Beneficial although modest effects appeared after several weeks of daily HVP intake in nondieting obese or overweight women. The effects of HVP should be investigated in the context of a weight loss programme. 相似文献

目的探讨丹红注射液对肾病综合征患者肾血流动力学及血液黏稠状态的影响。方法选取2008年7月~2010年12月于某院进行治疗的64例初发原发肾病综合征患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组采用泼尼松联合双嘧达莫进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液进行治疗,后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后4周的肾动脉血流动力学及血液流变学指标进行对比。结果治疗后观察组的肾动脉血流动力学及血液流变学指标的改善幅度均大于对照组,治疗后两组上述检测项目比较,P均﹤0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论丹红注射液在改善肾病综合征患者肾血流动力学及血液黏稠状态方面均发挥着积极的作用,对于改善肾脏血液循环效果明显。 相似文献

It is essential that a synthetic vascular graft is preclotting prior to implantation in order to prevent blood leaking through the graft wall. We have impregnated a knitted polyester prosthesis with cross-linked dextran. The aim of this study was to develop a process for obtaining an impervious prosthesis and to compare the characteristics of this dextran-impregnated graft with those of a commercially available collagen-impregnated graft. This new vascular prosthesis was coated with dextran; sodium trimetaphosphate was utilized as the cross-linking agent. In an attempt to determine the optimal conditions for impregnation, the dynamic viscosity of the dextran solution was measured during the cross-linking reaction. The results suggest that the dynamic viscosity is correlated with the concentrations of dextran, sodium hydroxide, and sodium trimetaphosphate. The effect of temperature on the dynamic viscosity was also investigated. The water permeability, the coating weight, and the structure of the dextran-impregnated graft were compared with those of a collagen-impregnated prosthesis. The water permeability of the vascular grafts was reduced by dextran impregnation, from 1010 ml/min per cm2 for the control to 0.04 ml/min per cm2 under standard testing conditions. The dextran coating is capable of rendering the graft impervious to water. The coating weight of the graft treated with dextran was approximately the same as the weight of the collagen-impregnated graft. Finally, the morphology of the prosthetic wall was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy. The promotion of endothelial cell recovery was only observed for the polyester grafts treated with dextran or collagen. 相似文献

目的 通过反复加减压建立小型猪减压性骨坏死模型并观察其血液流变学改变.方法 12头小型香猪,每周2~3次暴露于0.45 MPa加压舱内,每次6 h,1 min匀速减至常压.用锥板式黏度计测定全血黏度,光镜下血小板计数,反复加减压3个月后进行股骨同位素发射计算机扫描(ECT)及组织病理学检查.结果 ECT检查发现,动物股骨头同位素聚集增加,骨病理检查发现股骨发生缺血性坏死改变,血小板计数随加压次数增多而进行性降低,低剪切率下全血黏度则进行性升高.结论 减压性气泡引起的血小板消耗、血黏度增高是骨缺血坏死的原因之一. 相似文献
