胎兔骨髓基质前成骨细胞的培养及鉴定

为了证实体外培养的胎兔骨髓基质骨祖细胞具有成骨细胞系特征。采用胎兔长管骨骨髓细胞 ,加入 DMEM培养 ,传代四代后 ,用活体相差显微镜、透射电镜、组织化学染色、免疫组化等方法进行观测。结果显示体外培养的基质细胞具有成骨细胞系特征。提示胎兔骨髓基质骨祖细胞 ,可以作为修复骨缺损的种子细胞。     

钙通道拮抗剂与微生态活菌制剂联合治疗肠易激综合征

为研究选择性胃肠道钙通道拮抗剂与肠道菌群调节剂对肠易激综合征（IBS）的疗效,从1998年1月至1999年10月对84例IBS患者分两组进行了观察。联合治疗组（联合组）采用钙通道拮抗剂匹维溴铵与微生态活菌制剂米雅-BM联合治疗,对照组单用匹维溴铵。联合组的腹痛及腹泻有效率分别为95.9%（47/49）和93.3%（28/30）,明显高于对照组的81.2%（26/32）和69.6%（16/23）并均有显著性差异（P<0.05）,但便秘及便秘腹泻交替等症状的疗效两组无明显差异。提示IBS腹泻型的部分患者可能确有肠道菌群失调,对这部分患者采用匹维溴铵加调节肠道群菌的药物治疗可取得更好的疗效。     

丙型肝炎病毒感染外周血单个核细胞对丙型肝炎的影响

为了研究丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)对丙型肝炎的影响,运用非同位素原位杂交法(NISH)和链酶亲和素-生物素(SABC)法分别检测20例慢性丙型肝炎患者PBMC中的HCV-RNA及其T淋巴细胞亚群,同时检测这些患者的肝功能指标。结果显示8例(40．0％)HCV患者的PBMC中的HCV-RNA呈阳性结果。HCV-RNA呈散在颗粒状或弥漫分布,主要位于胞浆中。HCV-RNA阳性组和阴性组的CD+4T细胞比例低于正常对照组,CD+8T细胞比例高于正常对照组,CD+4／CD+8比值下降;而HCV-RNA阳性组的CD+4T细胞比例则又低于阴性组,CD+8T细胞比例高于阴性组,CD+4／CD+8比值出现倒置(P<0．01)。两组的肝功能检查结果之间无显著差异(P>0．05)。提示HCV感染PBMC后引起T淋巴细胞亚群发生变化,使CD+4和CD+8T细胞功能下降或不能很好地协调作用,从而成为HCV持续感染的重要原因之一。HCV感染PBMC对肝脏炎症程度的影响可能不大。
