目的:建立白花蛇舌草的LC-MS指纹图谱。方法:采用LC-MS法,检测不同产地同一季节采收的10批样品色谱特征,与此同时和黄毛耳草(两者都属于茜草科耳草属植物)进行比较。结果:建立白花蛇舌草指纹图谱。结论:LC-MS指纹图谱具有特异性,可以评价和全面控制白花蛇舌草质量。  相似文献

目的建立白花蛇舌草配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,为科学评价其质量提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以AKKZONOBEL Kromasil 100—5 C18(4.6mmx250mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以甲醇(A)、0.05%(体积分数)H3PO4(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长240nm;流速1.0mL·min^-1;柱温30℃。结果建立了白花蛇舌草配方颗粒的指纹图谱,确定了25个共有峰,10批白花蛇舌草配方颗粒样品相似度在0.9以上。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,能有效地对白花蛇舌草配方颗粒的质量进行评价。  相似文献

目的为白花蛇舌草的药材生产提供优质的种苗。方法用植物组织培养方法对白花蛇舌草进行快速繁殖研究。结果选出白花蛇舌草的最佳愈伤化培养基为MS 2,4-D 4.0mg/L Kt 0.5 mg/L、最佳分化培养基为MS BA 3.0 IAA 0.4、生根培养基1/2MS IBA 0.4 mg/L,,并分生出大量的白花蛇舌草试管苗。结论为白花蛇舌草的快速繁殖研究提供了一定的科学依据。   相似文献

目的:对滇产白花蛇舌草Oldenlondia diffusa(willd) Rond进行生药学研究。为建立白花蛇舌草的质量控制方法及开发利用提供生药学资料,为该药材的深入研究奠定基础。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别的方法对白花蛇舌草进行生药学研究。结果:显微鉴别、理化鉴别结果与报道一致。结论:通过比较,滇产白花蛇舌草与报道的其他产地的白花蛇舌草组织结构相似,化学成分类似。  相似文献

目的建立辛夷挥发油成分气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)指纹图谱。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取辛夷挥发油,用GC—MS进行成分分析。色谱柱:HP-5MS(50m×0.20mm×0.33μm)石英毛细管柱;载气:99.9%氦气;载气流速:1.0ml/min;质谱扫描范围:30~550amu。结果建立了辛夷挥发油类化学成分GC—MS指纹图谱,标定了19个共有指纹特征峰,方法学考察符合指纹图谱技术要求。结论本法可为辛夷药材质量控制提供科学依据。  相似文献

目的:从基因水平探讨白花蛇舌草多糖对体外培养的人肝癌Bel7402细胞凋亡诱导的作用及机制。方法:水提醇沉法提取白花蛇舌草多糖,人肝癌Bel7402细胞常规体外细胞培养,设定空白对照组、5-氟尿嘧啶阳性对照组、白花蛇舌草多糖组。HE染色法光镜下观察细胞形态改变,计算凋亡指数,采用MTT法检测白花蛇舌草多糖对癌细胞的生长抑制作用,RT—PCR法检测原癌基因bcl—xl、抑癌基因p53基因mRNA表达的变化。结果:白花蛇舌草多糖体外抑制人肝癌Bel7402细胞生长、促进细胞凋亡,凋亡指数达16.97%,以MTT显色法检测细胞抑制率达到61.5%,以RT—PCR半定量法检测,上调p53基因mRNA表达,降低bcl—xl基因mRNA表达,以上各指标与空白对照组相比均有显著差异。结论:白花蛇舌草多糖抑制人肝癌Bel7402细胞增长,诱导细胞凋亡,其分子机制可能与激活抑癌基因p53基因、抑制原癌基因bcl—xl基因表达有关。  相似文献

目的:改进白花蛇舌草中多糖的提取工艺,并对所得多糖进行分离纯化。方法:将旋转蒸发仪(RE-52—05)进行改进,用于提取白花蛇舌草中的多糖成分。采用紫外分光光度法测定提取物中多糖的含量,以优化多糖的提取工艺;采用化学方法和薄层色谱法对所得多糖进行鉴别,并用柱层析对样品进行分离纯化。结果:通过以上方法得到白花蛇舌草中多糖的白色纯品。结论:采用真空提取,可减少白花蛇舌草多糖的提取过程中因高温带来的多糖的损耗,经柱层析分离纯化可得多糖纯品。  相似文献

目的:初步探讨白花蛇舌草对人肝癌HEPG2细胞的增殖抑制作用。方法:制备白花蛇舌草水提取液,体外培养人肝癌HEPG2细胞,MTT法体外细胞毒实验,琼脂糖凝胶电泳方法检测细胞凋亡。结果:白花蛇舌草浓度在10-80mg/mL时,抑制人肝癌HEPG2细胞生长,且随着剂量的增加抑制作用增强,电泳图片显示DNA梯形降解带纹。结论:白花蛇舌草通过诱导细胞凋亡对人肝癌HEPG2细胞具有增殖抑制作用。  相似文献

目的:鉴别白花蛇舌草及其混淆品水线草。方法:应用紫外谱线组法,测试两在不同极性溶剂中的紫外吸收光谱。结果:两的水浸液、石油醚浸液及氯仿浸液的紫外吸收光谱几乎一致,而无水乙醇浸液白花蛇舌草在229nm波长处有一吸收峰,水线草在此处没有吸收峰。结论:无水乙醇浸液229nm波长处吸收峰的有无可作为白花蛇舌草及其混淆品水线草的鉴别特征。  相似文献

白花蛇舌草为茜草科植物。白花蛇舌草Oldenlandia diffusa(Wild)Roxb的干燥全草有清热解毒、利湿消痈等功效。近年用于癌症治疗,用量较大。笔者对本区抽样质检中发现,白花蛇舌草最常见的混淆品有两种,经鉴定为白花蛇舌草的同属植物伞房花耳草和纤花耳草,二者与白花蛇舌草的植物形态极为相似,差别甚微,单凭外观难以区分。目前,白花蛇舌草和纤花耳草的理化鉴别法采用薄层色谱法,齐墩果酸反应。该法操作繁琐,条件苛刻,一般基层单位较难掌握控制。本文采取紫外荧光法,以辅助鉴别白花蛇舌草及其混淆品。  相似文献

Objective: To evaluatel the value of D-dimers in patients with acute aortic dissection (AAD). Methods: This study consisted of 16 patients with AAD and 27 non-AAD patients. Serum D-dimets were measured by Sta-Liatest D-DI immunoturbidimetric assay. Results: D-dimer level was higher (P < 0.001) in patients with AAD(7.91 ± 5.52 μg/ml) than that in non- AAD group(1.57±1.24 μg/ml). D-dimer was positive (>0.4 μg/ml) in all patients with AAD and in 10 control group patients (37%). Among patients with acute AAD, D-dimers tended to be higher in Stanford A than in Stanford B (8.67 ± 4.31 μg/ml vs. 3.24±1.27 μg/ml, P <0.01). D-dimer values tended to be higher in more extended disease(3.84 ± 1.65 μg/ml, 8.57 ± 3.58 μg/ml and 11.87 ± 5.69 μg/ml in thoracic aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta, thoracic and abdominal aorta and iliacal arteries, respectively, P < 0.05 for both 8.57 ± 3.58 and 11.87 ± 5.69 vs. 3.84 ± 1.65 ). Including the control group into the analysis, we found a sensitivity of 100%, a negative predictive value of 100%, and a specificity of 66% and a positive predictive value of 64% for D-dimer in diagnosis of AAD in our patients with suspected AAD. Conclusion: D-dimer was elevated in patients with AAD. A negative D-dimer test result could be useful in excluding AAD.  相似文献

Objective: To set up a simple and reliable rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation. Methods: SD rats served as both donors and recipients. 4℃ sodium lactate Ringer's was infused from portal veins to donated livers,and from abdominal aorta to donated kidneys, respectively. Anastomosis of the portal vein and the inferior vena cava (IVC) inferior to the right kidney between the graft and the recipient was performed by a double cuff method, then the superior hepatic vena cava with suture. A patch of donated renal artery was anastomosed to the recipient abdominal aorta. The urethra and bile duct were reconstructed with a simple inside bracket. Results: Among 65 cases of combined liver-kidney transplantation, the success rate in the late 40 cases was 77.5%. The function of the grafted liver and kidney remained normal. Conclusion: This rat model of combined liver-kidney transplantation can be established in common laboratory conditions with high success rate and meet the needs of renal transplantation experiment.  相似文献

Shock wave lithotripsy (SWL) is a treatment of choice for upper urinary stones. However, this procedure is inappropriate for obese patients because the focus is often unable to reach the target owing to the limited focal distance in shock wave source. Although treating such patients in a blast path may increase the application length of shock wave source, it's difficult to find this path on the lithotripter monitor. Excess production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)of mitochondrion mediated by hyperglycemia is the common pathogenesis of angiopathic complications of diabetes.TCM holds that the damp from the dysfunction of spleen.kidney and liver is the causative factor of complications of diabetes.This is similar to the mechanism of Ros resulting in angiopathic complications of diabetes.When the angiopathic complications of type II diabetes mellitus(T2DM)are difierentiated as caused by turbid damp in TCM can be explained as ROS.Since the obstruction of pathogenic damp in channels and collaterals is said to be the main pathogenesis,the treating principle should be dissolving the damp to remove the obstruction.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects in acupunture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea combined with spinal Tui Na, and study its mechanism. Methods: Thirty cases of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na, and thirty cases in the control group were treated by routine acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, and 73.3% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na has good prospects for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.  相似文献
