白花蛇舌草配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的建立白花蛇舌草配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,为科学评价其质量提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以AKKZONOBEL Kromasil 100—5 C18(4.6mmx250mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以甲醇(A)、0.05%(体积分数)H3PO4(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长240nm;流速1.0mL·min^-1;柱温30℃。结果建立了白花蛇舌草配方颗粒的指纹图谱,确定了25个共有峰,10批白花蛇舌草配方颗粒样品相似度在0.9以上。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,能有效地对白花蛇舌草配方颗粒的质量进行评价。

Study on HPLC fingerprint analysis of He@otis diffusa formula granules

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for fingerprint analysis on Hedyotis diffusa formula granules by HPLC and provide a reference for the quality evaluation. Methods The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by the AKKZONOBEL Kromasil 100-5 C ls(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of methanol(A)-0.05% phosphoric (B). The detective wavelength was set at 240 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Results 25 common peaks were identified and good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9 were observed.Conclusion The method with good reproducibility is simple and accurate. It can be used as a quality control method for Hedyotis diffusa formula granules.
