临床医学专业学位的设置是医学学位与医学研究生教育领域的一项重大举措,临床医学专业学位侧重于培养研究生临床技能,突出临床能力培养在研究生培养过程中的重要性。如何贯彻以临床能力培养为重点的全面素质培养,如何评判它的培养质量,如何保证培养质量,是临床医学专业学位实施的核心。在我院骨科实际操作中采取压缩临床医学专业学位的课程学习时间,重在研究生临床能力培养及论文密切结合临床以解决临床实际为原则,对临床专业学位研究生素质的培养起到了积极的作用。  相似文献

目的:调查分析南京鼓楼医院在读临床医学专业学位硕士研究生对临床技能培训的认知情况,为提高专业学位研究生培养质量提供参考依据。方法:对南京鼓楼医院2014—2016级临床专业学位研究生采用随机抽样问卷调查,应用SPSS20.0进行统计分析。结果:在研究生岗前技能培训中,加强带教老师的规范性操作,提高学生的动手能力,完善医院的技能模拟训练课程及设备,这些因素均可以加强研究生的临床技能水平,有利于提高临床专业学位研究生培养质量。结论:临床专业学位研究生需加强岗前技能培训。  相似文献

目的:了解临床医学专业学位研究生对医教协同背景下“双轨合一”培养模式的需求和满意度,以进一步调整、优化临床医学专业学位研究生培养方案,完善临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式改革工作。方法以某医学院校2013级研究生为调查对象,采用自编的《临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式改革与研究调查问卷》进行满意度问卷调查。结果学生对现行培养模式改革总体比较满意,满意率87.4%,但还存在一些需要完善的方面。结论“双轨合一”人才培养模式有效地提升了人才培养的效率和质量,符合当前“医教协同”战略需要,仍需要进一步改进和完善。  相似文献

目的了解某三级医院专业学位研究生临床能力培养方面的需求,为改进管理模式提供参考。方法自行设计问卷,对60名专业学位研究生进行临床能力培养需求的调查,调查内容包括临床培养时间需求、临床能力培养需求、临床培训需求等。结果共收回有效问卷58份,有效回收率为96.7%,调查显示,专业学位研究生临床能力培养需求较大。结论现阶段专业学位研究生临床能力培养力度不足,与需求相差较大,需采取相关措施,加强临床能力的培养。  相似文献

Medicine and management should be more closely integrated not just at the level of health policy and health services management but also in matters of professional education and training. Learning is a continuous process from entering medical school to retirement and should reflect the transition from learning shaped by the curriculum to learning driven by the needs of the qualified professional in a career service post. The senior clinician does much more than practise clinically. He or she is a leader, a manager, a resource allocator, a teacher and team player. In these roles the values and priorities of the professional and the organization will not always coincide. In postgraduate training and in continuing medical education more joint activity should be developed around 'medicine for non-medical managers' and 'management for doctors'. Much of this shared learning and development will be local and problem-based around local issues of quality, resources and priorities. However, the 'regional' postgraduate dean will play an increasingly pivotal role in maintaining the balance between the needs of the individual and the organization. To achieve this objective of closer integration postgraduate medical education funding should be brought together under a national finance levy against purchasers and allocated through devolved budgets managed by 'regional' postgraduate deans against explicit performance criteria agreed between the professional organizations, universities and health services management.  相似文献

In England, general practice vocational training schemes (GP VTS) have traditionally lasted for three years. Many commentators have suggested that such a short period of structured training is inadequate to prepare GPs for the variety of experiences and challenges that they encounter within the first years of their practice. The education of GPs in all regions of England is administered by the local Deanery whose task is to commission postgraduate medical and dental education and to implement national policies on postgraduate dental and medical education. Deaneries have developed higher professional education (HPE) programmes to address further training needs for newly qualified GPs. This report is the first of a series evaluating the experience of HPE participants in the London area and focuses on the area of self and professional development.  相似文献

目的了解在校研究生焦虑现状及其相关影响因素,为改善研究生心理健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取全国12所高校3 812名在校硕士和博士研究生为对象,采用焦虑自评量表进行测评。结果 12所高校在校研究生焦虑自评量表总体评分均值为(33.82±8.74)分;焦虑检出率为5.8%,且检出率在性别、学历、专业满意度、家庭社会地位、所学专业、母亲学历及职业之间存在明显差异。结论目前在校研究生存在不同程度的焦虑现象,主要与性别、学历、专业满意度、家庭社会地位、所学专业、母亲学历及职业有关。  相似文献

The methods of pedagogical assessment of qualification provide an opportunity to measure and evaluate each of the didactic categories--knowledge, professional competence, practical skills, professional credo. In this paper, postgraduate and continuing medical education in Finland is described and analyzed. Especially, the contacts with health care policy of Finland are analyzed and presented. First, the roots of CME in basic medical education and its goals are shown. Secondly, the advanced professional medical education (specialization) is presented. Thirdly, the scientific postgraduate system of studies is analyzed. Finally, the system of continuing, complementary medical education and its organization is presented. It is stressed that the CME has close connections with the health care policy in a country. Some problems in this respect are presented.  相似文献
