医教协同背景下临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式改革探索

摘    要:目的:了解临床医学专业学位研究生对医教协同背景下“双轨合一”培养模式的需求和满意度,以进一步调整、优化临床医学专业学位研究生培养方案,完善临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式改革工作。方法以某医学院校2013级研究生为调查对象,采用自编的《临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式改革与研究调查问卷》进行满意度问卷调查。结果学生对现行培养模式改革总体比较满意,满意率87.4%,但还存在一些需要完善的方面。结论“双轨合一”人才培养模式有效地提升了人才培养的效率和质量,符合当前“医教协同”战略需要,仍需要进一步改进和完善。

Reform of Training Modeof Professional Degree Postgraduate of Clinical Medicine in Medical Education
Abstract:Objectives To understand the demand and satisfaction of professional degree postgraduate on the train-ing mode under the background of combining practice with teaching,and to further adjust and optimize the training program of the clinical medical postgraduate and improve the training mode reform of the clinical medical postgradu-ate.Methods The postgraduate enrolled in 2013 were chose as the study objects,and the self-making questionnaire was used to carry out the survey.Results Students were satisfied with the current training mode reform overall,but there were still some aspects to improve.Conclusions The personnel training mode of“combing practice with teach-ing into one”improves the efficiency and quality of personnel training effectively,and consists with the strategic needs of“cooperating practice with teaching”.However,there are some aspects should be improved and perfected.
