From the dichloromethane extract of aerial parts of Linum perenne L. (Linaceae), in addition to three lignans of the arylnaphthalene type (justicidin B, isojusticidin B and retrohelioxanthin), we isolated four lignans of the aryldihydronaphthalene type. The major constituent contains a novel type of ring closure, formed by additional cyclisation between rings A and D of the aryldihydronaphthalene skeleton via an oxymethylene bridge, yielding a novel 2,8-dihydro-3 H-benzo[ E]naphtho[1,8- BC]oxepine ring system hitherto unreported for a lignan or any other natural product. We named this novel unusual lignan linoxepin. In addition, three further aryldihydronaphthalenes (one new and two known) were isolated. The absolute stereochemistry at C-8 of linoxepin and the related dihydronaphthalene lignans was established as R on grounds of CD spectra which were in good agreement with results of time dependent density functional (TDDFT) quantum mechanical simulations. The occurrence of aryldihydronaphthalenes in the genus Linum or the Linaceae has not been reported before.  相似文献

目的研究Nigrospora sp.Z18-17号菌株代谢产物,对其化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱分析确定化合物的结构。结果从Nigrospora sp.Z18-17菌株发酵液和菌丝体中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:2-羟基-3-(4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯[2-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)propionic acid methyl ester,1]、对羟基苯乙醇α-羟基丙酸酯(4-hydroxyphenethyl 2-hydroxypropanoate,2)、环(脯-缬)[cyclo(Pro-Val),3]、环(脯-脯)[cyclo(Pro-Pro),4]、环(苯丙-脯)[cyclo(Phe-Pro),5]、环(酪-羟脯)[cyclo(Tyr-Hyp),6]、尿嘧啶核苷(uridine,7)。结论化合物1~7均为首次从Nigrospora sp.Z18-17号菌株的代谢产物中分离得到。  相似文献

Jacaranone and related compounds (1-3) were isolated, along with three triterpenes (4-6), from the fresh fruits of Ternstroemia japonica. The compounds were identified as jacaranone (1), 3-hydroxy-2,3-dihydrojacaranone (2), 3-methoxy-2,3-dihydrojacaranone (3), 3-O-acetyloleanolic acid (4), 3-O-acetylursolic acid (5), and ursolic acid (6). Jacaranone and its derivatives were isolated for the first time from Theaceae. Of the isolated compounds, compound 3 is a new compound. Jacaranone (1) exhibited weak antioxidative effect on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical.  相似文献

Two new triterpene saponins, ilekudinchosides F (1) and G (2), along with three known saponins were isolated from the leaves of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng. The new compounds were characterized as 3β,19α-dihydroxy-12α-ethoxy-urs-13(18)-ene-28,20β-lactone-3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1 → 3)]-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 → 2)]-α-L-arabinopyranoside (1) and 3β,19α-dihydroxy-12α-methoxy-urs-13(18)-ene-28,20β-lactone-3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 → 2)]-α-L-arabinopyranoside (2). The new structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR, HR-TOF-MS, and CD spectrometry, and the known compounds were identified by the comparison of their NMR and HR-TOF-MS data with those reported in the literature.  相似文献

Two new bislabdane-type diterpenoids lanceolatin (1), lancelatol (2) and three new diterpenoids 15-nor-14-oxo-8(17),12-labdanien-14,18-dionic acid (3), 8(17),12,14-labdantrien-18-oic acid (4) and 8(17),12,14-labdantrien-18-ol (5), together with 7 known diterpenoids were isolated from the roots of Cunninghamia lanceolata. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods. All of these compounds were isolated from the species for the first time. One of the isolated compounds showed a significant inhibition effect on mouse hind-paw edema induced by carrageenan.  相似文献

目的研究平卧菊三七叶子的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法、反相ODS柱色谱法、Seph-adex LH-20柱色谱法和HPLC法等进行分离纯化,并通过波谱分析技术鉴定其化学结构。结果从平卧菊三七叶子中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇-3-O-龙胆二糖苷(β-sitosterol-3-O-gentiobioside,1)、3-吲哚甲酸(indole-3-carboxylic acid,2)、蚱蜢酮(grasshopper ketone,3)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,4)、毒豆甲酮(drummondone A,5)、正三十二烷醇(n-dotriacontanol,6)和毒豆乙酮(drummondone B,7)。结论化合物1~3、5、7为首次从菊三七属植物中分离得到,化合物4、6为首次从平卧菊三七中分离得到。  相似文献

Three new diterpenoids, 18-formyloxy-8 β-hydroxysandaracopimar-15-ene (1), 15(R)-N-butoxypinusolidic acid (2), and 15,16-dihydro-15,16-dimethoxylambertianic acid (3), along with twelve known compounds (4-15) were isolated from MeOH extracts of leaves of Thuja orientalis L. The structures of the three new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses, including extensive 2D-NMR data. The absolute stereochemistry of compound 2 was clarified by a CD spectroscopic study. The isolated compounds were evaluated for cytotoxicity against A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, and HCT-15 cell lines in vitro using the sulforhodamin B (SRB) bioassay.  相似文献

目的对蔷薇科山楂属植物山楂(Crataegus pinnatifidaBge.)的叶子部分的化学成分进行研究。方法运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱?ODS柱色谱、制备HPLC等分离手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从山楂叶体积分数为80%乙醇的提取物中分离得到7个化合物。分别鉴定为18,19-seco,2α,3β,-dihydroxy-19-oxo-urs-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid(1)、3,9-dihydroxy-megastigma-5-ene(2)、(3S,5R,6R,7E)-megatsigmane-7-ene-3-hydrox-y-5,6-epoxy-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、(Z)-3-hexenyl-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1″-6′)-β-D-gluco-pyranoside(β-primeveroside)(4)、苯甲酸(5)、对羟基苯丙酸(6)、反式对羟基桂皮酸(7)。结论化合物1-4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,5-7为首次从该种植物中分离得到。  相似文献

目的研究中药苦碟子的化学成分。方法将干燥药材全草经水提醇沉后,所得浸膏用水混悬,依次用等体积的石油醚(60~90℃)、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,再利用各种柱色谱及HPLC等方法对氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为1-呋喃甲酸(1)、香草醛(2)、原儿茶醛(3)、dehydrovomifoliol(4)、loliolide(5)、3-(4′-羟基-3′-甲氧基苯基)-1-丙醇(6)、lirioresinol-A(7)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Two new gallotannins, pistafolins A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the leaf extract of Pistacia weinmannifolia. Their structures were determined by spectral methods. Four known gallotannins (3-6), seven known flavonoid glycosides (7-13), along with 1-O-beta-D-(6'-O-galloyl)-glucopyranosyl-3-methoxy-5-hydroxybenzen e (14), gallic acid (15), methyl gallate (16), (+)-catechin (17), and (+)-gallocatechin (18), were also isolated. Some of these compounds were tested for their cytotoxicity toward K562 cells, and two small molecular phenolic compounds, 15 and 18, showed significant inhibitory effects with IC50 values less than 5 micrograms/ml.  相似文献

Two new phragmalin-type limonoid orthoesters, C-15 enolic acyl type and 13/14/18-cyclopropanyl type, named chukvelutilide H (1) and tabularin R (2), together with three known limonoid orthoesters (3-5), were isolated from the stem barks of Chukrasia tabularis var. velutina. 从豨莶(Siegesbeckia orientalis L.)的地上部分,分离出八个化合物,其中I和I根据理化性质和光谱数据确定其结构为ent-17-acetoxy-18-isobutyryloxy-16(α)-kauran-19-oicacid(I)和ent-17-ethoxy-16(α)-kauran-19-oicacid(II),均为新化合物,分别被命为豨莶酯酸(siegesesteric acid,I)和豨莶醚酸(siegesetheric acid,I)。其余化合物分别鉴定为腺梗豨莶萜醇酸(ent-16β,17-dihydroxy-kauran-19-oicacid,II),奇任醇(kirenol,IV,β-谷甾醇葡萄糖甙(β-sitosterolglucoside,V),二十一醇(heneicosanol,VI),花生酸甲酯(methyl arachidate,VII)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,VII)。除奇任醇和β-谷甾醇外,均为首次从该植物中分得。  相似文献

Three new isopimarane diterpenes 7β-hydroxy-19α-methylmalonyloxy-isopimara-8(14),15-diene (1), 7β-hydroxy-14-oxo-isopimara-8(9),15-dien-19oic acid (2), and 7β-hydroxy-14-oxo-19α-methylmalonyloxy-isopimara-9(11),15-diene (3) in addition to the known compounds isopimaric acid (4), 7oxo-13-epi-pimara-14,15-dien-18oic acid (5), 7oxo-13-epi-pimara-8,15-dien-18oic acid (6), and 6β-hydroxyisopimaric acid (7) were isolated from the hexane extract of Rhizoclonium hieroglyphicum. The structures of compounds 1-7 were established by 1D and 2D NMR techniques. The isolated diterpenoids were screened for antimicrobial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and yeast strains.  相似文献

目的对中药生品芫花(Daphne genkwaSieb.et Zucc.)花蕾中的化学成分进行研究。方法运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、制备HPLC、重结晶等分离手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从芫花花蕾体积分数95%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物。分别鉴定为8-甲氧基山奈酚(8-methoxykaempferol,1)、柚皮素(naringenin,2)、芫花素(genkwanin,3)、5,4′-二羟基-7,3′-二甲氧基黄酮(velutin,4)、芫花素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(genkwanin-5-O-β-D-glucoside,5)、芫花素-5-O-β-D-茜黄樱草糖苷(genkwanin-O-β-D-pri-meveroside,6)、(-)-松脂素((-)-pinoresinol,7)、(-)-落叶松脂素((-)-lariciresinol,8)、(-)-双氢芝麻脂素((-)-dihydrosesamin,9)、瑞香烷型二萜酯-7(daphnane-type diterpene ester-7,10)。结论化合物1为首次从瑞香属植物中分离得到,化合物2,9,10为首次从芫花中分离得到。  相似文献

目的 研究中药狼毒药材来源之一瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme L)根的化学成分。方法 用各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,用各种波谱分析方法鉴定其结构。结果 从瑞香狼毒的根中分离并鉴定出3种双黄酮和8种木脂素:瑞香狼毒素A (1)和B (2 ) ,4 ,4″,5 ,5″,7,7″-hexahydroxy-3,3″-biflavanone (3) ,(+) kusunokinin (4) ,lirioresinol-B (5) ,magnoleninC (6) ,(-)- pinoresinol monomethyl ether (7) ,(-) pinoresinol(8) ,(+) matairesinol (9) ,isohinokinin (10 )和(-)-eudesmin (11)。结论 化合物1和2为新化合物,1是已知双黄酮chamaejasmenin C的对映体,4 ,6,8,9,10和11是从本植物中首次分得,7是首次从天然界分得,体外生物测试表明3和8有抗菌活性,1,2 ,9和11有免疫调节活性。  相似文献
