克泻灵片中苦参碱类生物碱的HPLC分析 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
目的:对克泻灵片中主要有效生物碱定性、定量。完善产品的质量控制及评价手段。方法:采用HPLC,紫外测定波长:220nm。结果:片剂中有有效生物碱以苦参碱类生物碱为主,其中苦参碱和槐定碱含量高,分别占总生物碱的14.2%~31.6%和22.6%~62.7%,其次为槐颗碱和槐胺碱,氧化苦参碱的含量很低。结论:建立了HPLC测定克泻灵片中主要生物碱,方法简便快捷,精密度好,回收率高,可用于制剂及原料的质量控制。 相似文献

本文以脾脏溶血空斑形成,E花环试验,ConA诱导的淋巴细胞转化及白细胞介素2(IL-2)活性测定为检测指标,观察槐胺碱(SA)对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响,SA15,20mg/kg降低E花环形成率,抑制ConA诱导的淋巴细胞转化及IL-2的产生,但对脾脏溶血空斑形成无明显的影响,SA25mg/kg则减少脾脏溶血空斑形成,降低E花环形成率,抑制ConA诱导的淋巴细胞转化及IL-2的产生,表明SA为一种免 相似文献

The cardiac effects of the lupin alkaloids, matrine (Mat), allomatrine (Amat), oxymatrine (Omat), sophoridine (Sori) and sophoramine (Sora) were compared in guinea-pig papillary muscle stimulated electrically and in isolated perfused bullfrog heart. Mat (0.4–2.4 mM), Amat (0.41–6.5 mM), Sori (0.68–6.3 mM) and Sora (0.61–6.5 mM) possessed positive inotropic effects, but not Omat (4.84 mM). The relative intrinsic activity was Amat>Mat>Sora>Sori. The effects of lupin alkaloids on isoproterenol (Isp)-or Ca2+-induced contraction were also tested in guinea-pig papillary muscle. Mat, Amat, Sori and Sora, but not Omat, at a concentration (0.4 mM) inducing less or no inotropic effect, shifted the concentration-response curves for Isp to the left and/or upward, and the maximal response of the concentration-response curve for Ca2+ was only increased by Sora and Mat. The cardiotonic effects of lupin alkaloids were composed of: (1) potentiation of isoproterenol-induced positive inotropic effects at low concentrations; and (2) a direct positive inotropic action at high concentrations. As the lupin alkaloids have similar chemical structures but different steric configurations, their patterns of cardiotonic actions were clearly different. 相似文献

目的:建立一种利用荧光分光光度法快速、灵敏地测定槐胺碱浓度的方法,并应用于苦参碱与氧化苦参碱粗品中槐胺碱含量的测定。方法:采用乙醇 水(2∶8)混合溶剂,在激发波长与发射波长分别为 394 nm和 467nm条件下,用荧光光度计直接测定槐胺碱溶液的荧光强度。结果:此方法在10~200μg·mL-1线性良好,回归方程为Int= 1.137C+3 875,r=0.998 3,回收率为98%~102%。结论:利用槐胺碱的荧光特性可快速、灵敏地检测槐胺碱含量,此方法不受苦参碱与氧化苦参碱的影响,具有较高的选择性,结果令人满意。 相似文献

目的:研究槐胺碱(SA)对移植排斥反应的影响并探讨其发生机制。方法:以同种皮肤移植大鼠作为动物模型,免疫荧光浊测定T淋巴细胞及克亚群数量;MTT比色法测定T淋巴细胞增殖反应。结果:SA减少CD3、CD4细胞数、降低CD4/CD8,抑制T淋巴细胞的增殖,延长移植物存活时间。结论SA对移植排斥反应有抑制作用,此作用与其减少T淋巴细胞数量并抑制T淋巴细胞功能有关。 相似文献
