【目的】 研究我国中文SCI科技期刊的现状,以期为其影响力提升和未来发展提供思考。【方法】 利用网站调研(期刊官网和Web of Science数据库等)、微信公众号运营情况查询及统计分析等方法对中文SCI科技期刊进行较全面的数据采集与分析。【结果】 18种中文SCI科技期刊有深厚的历史积淀和良好的发展基础,但整体上仍存在一些问题,如国内影响力不如优秀的纯中文期刊(国内影响力排名不够靠前),国际影响力不高(JCR分区仅为Q3或Q4区),国际化发展程度不够(国际编委占比为0的期刊高达11种,缺乏国际新媒体宣传),不够重视网络首发(仅9种期刊有网络首发)等。【结论】 在目前国内良好政策环境下,我国中文SCI科技期刊需要坚守初心,可根据各自期刊定位制定个性化发展策略,从而发展成为旗舰期刊甚至是世界一流期刊。  相似文献

BACKGROUND

Online physician rating websites are increasingly used by patients to evaluate their doctors. The purpose of this investigation was to evaluate factors associated with better spine surgeon ratings.

METHODS

Orthopedic spine surgeons were randomly selected from the North American Spine Society directory utilizing a random number generator. Surgeon profiles on three physician rating websites, namely, www.HealthGrades.com, www.Vitals.com, and www.RateMDs.com, were analyzed to gather qualitative and quantitative data on patients’ perceptions of the surgeons. Independent variables from the websites were analyzed in relation to overall physician or patient satisfaction rating. Comments were coded by subject into following three categories: professional competence, bedside manner, and practice characteristics.

RESULTS

A total of 250 surgeons were evaluated, and 92% (n=230) of these doctors had at least one rating among the three websites. The surgeons with a higher average rating had significantly better trust (p<.01), scheduling (p<.01), staff (p<.01), helpfulness (p<.01), and punctuality (p<.01) scores but significantly less experience (p<.05). A linear regression model for the average rating of each surgeon (R2 value=0.754) yielded only following three significant variables: trustworthiness (p<.01), experience match (p<.05), and the average number of negative comments on surgeon's professional competence (p<.05). Trustworthiness (β=0.749) was the strongest predictor variable of physician rating, followed by the number of negative professional competence comments (β=?0.132) and experience match (β=?0.112).

CONCLUSIONS

This investigation assessed spine surgeon online patient ratings and categorized factors that patients associate with quality care. Trustworthiness was the most significant predictor of positive ratings, whereas ease of scheduling, quality of staff, helpfulness, and punctuality were also associated with higher patient ratings. Understanding what patients value may help optimize care of spine surgery patients.  相似文献

BackgroundFew studies have investigated the impact of web-based physical activity interventions on mental health outcomes. Therefore, this study examined the impact of a web-based personally tailored physical activity intervention on depression, anxiety, stress and quality of life.Methods501 participants were randomised into either a control group or a pooled intervention condition who received a 3-month web-based personally tailored physical activity intervention. Previously, this intervention has demonstrated to improve self-reported physical activity, but not device-measured physical activity. At baseline, 3- and 9-months, depression, anxiety and stress were assessed using the DASS21, and quality of life was assessed using the SF-12V2. General linear mixed models examined differences between groups over time.ResultsMost participants (>80%) reported normal levels of depression, anxiety or stress. Relative to baseline levels, significant reductions of depression, anxiety, stress and the SF12 mental health component were observed in the pooled intervention group at 3 and 9 months. Relative to the control group, significant reductions were observed in the pooled intervention group for depression and stress (3-months only) and anxiety (3- and 9-months), but not quality of life.ConclusionA web-based physical activity intervention can result in positive mental health outcomes, even in the absence of device-measured physical activity improvements. 目的 本研究对疫情期间通过网络教学实施的新型冠状病毒相关内容培训进行效果评价,并对网 络教学实践过程进行总结分析,为脑血管病住院医师规范化培训网络教学的开展及教学质量提高 提供参考。 方法 组织2017-2019级脑血管病住院医师进行新型冠状病毒相关内容网络教学培训,培训内容 包括操作规范、病毒知识与防控要点、诊断与治疗、诊疗流程等。采用自身对照研究的方法,通过对 比住院医师培训前后两次考核成绩对实施的网络教学进行效果评价。 结果 共189名脑血管病住院医师参加培训及考核。根据培训前后考试成绩的差异性分析结果,培 训后辅助检查、院感、诊断与治疗、防控、诊疗流程五项内容分数及总分均高于培训前(均P<0.001)。 根据广义方程模型分析结果,校正学历和规培年限等因素后,培训后考试总分较培训前高9.14分 (95%CI 7.22~11.06,P<0.001)。 结论 脑血管病住院医师网络教学培训效果较好,教学管理者需要充分发挥网络教学的优势,规 避劣势,将网络教学纳入脑血管病住院医师常态化教学活动。  相似文献

抓取“微医网”医患评论数据,对其中时滞与患者满意度进行关联分析,并对评论内容进行主题挖掘,提取不同时滞区间内患者重点关注的内容。通过对患者评论文本不同时滞区间内容的分析,寻找满意度提升策略,以缓解医患关系。使用K-means将患者反馈数据根据就诊后时长反馈分为“短期”和“长期”,通过LDA主题提取模型,对满意度划分后的患者评论文本挖掘不同时滞区间内患者所关注的重点内容,将其差异进行对比分析发现,患者就诊满意度随着时滞呈现趋高现象,不同时滞文本显示患者评论维度大致相同,但随着时滞区间的转移,患者所关注的就诊体验内容也有所变化。  相似文献

目的 为了满足学生的个性化学习需求、推动教育信息化,探究“微课”教学模式在心血管内科临床实习教学中的应用情况。方法 纳入2016 年1-9月西安交通大学第二附属医院在心血管内科实习的学生98例,随机地将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组实习生进行传统实习教学,观察组实习生在传统实习教学中引入“微课”教学模式,对比两组在心血管内科实习的理论和技能考核成绩,并且进行对心内科实习教学满意度情况的调查。结果 观察组实习生的临床技能考核成绩显著高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。并且,观察组对心血管内科教学方法满意度明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 将“微课”模式引入心血管内科临床实习教学中可显著增强实习生对临床操作技能的掌握,并且可增强实习生对心血管内科实习教学的满意度  相似文献

BackgroundOpportunities and pitfalls of e-health have been described and assessed in various health domains, but in the field of sexual health, the respective literature is limited.AimThe aim of this document is to present the European Society of Sexual Medicine’s (ESSM) current position statement on e-sexual health.MethodsThis statement article is an expert opinion–based proposal that was developed under the auspices of the ESSM with input from the e-sexual health subcommittee of the ESSM Scientific Committee.OutcomesESSM statements were provided on four domains: health information for patients, e-learning for professionals, health interventions, and health research.Resultse-Sexual health is the use of information and communication technologies for sexual health including sexual health care, surveillance, education, knowledge, and research. Quality indicators have to be applied on Web pages that provide sexual health information, e-learning can increase educational opportunities for professionals, online treatment interventions can be effective but needs to be available to the public, and online health research can provide access to difficult to reach populations.Clinical ImplicationsThe ESSM acknowledges the necessity for the use of information and communication technologies to meet the sexual health needs of citizens and patients and also the professional needs of sexual healthcare providers, in an evidence-based manner.Strengths & LimitationsESSM statements on this topic were provided based on expert opinion and summarize the ESSM position in this field.ConclusionThe ESSM believes that e-sexual health can provide opportunities for the improvement of the sexual health of the population.Kirana PS, Gudeloglu A, Sansone A, et al. 目的 研究脑血管病急诊规范化培训网络课程APP的教学效果。 方法 首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院急诊科规范化培训基地根据国家急诊医师规范培训的要求 制定、录制脑血管病相关教学课程,并呈现于网络课程APP。以急诊医师规范化培训基地培训的学员 24人为研究对象,在带教老师的指导和督导下,学员自行在线学习,学习前后均进行考核,比较学习前 后的考核成绩。 结果 经过一年的学习应用,学员考核成绩较入科成绩显著提高(91.13±3.51分 vs 66.04±2.79分, P =0.003)。 结论 网络课程APP的应用有效提高了急诊医师规范化培训学员的学习效果。  相似文献
