三级甲等公立医院药学教学案例资源库的构建

目的 构建符合深化医疗卫生体制改革要求的三级甲等公立医院药学教学案例资源库。方法 成立案例编写小组，负责案例的搜集、整理和编写。根据药学硕士专业学位案例编写规范完成案例编写，经案例修改、审核和筛选，确定入组案例，最终完成案例资源库的构建。结果 入选了文献典型案例34例，入选首都医科大学某附属医院药事部2021-01-01—2021-08-31各项工作的高频药品、工作实例等116例，完成案例资源库的构建。结论 构建了三级甲等公立医院药学教学案例资源库，为培养合格医院药师提供案例基础。     

子宫颈鳞状细胞癌中PD-L2的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨子宫颈鳞状细胞癌(cervical squamous cell carcinoma, CSCC)组织中程序性死亡配体-2(programmed death-ligand 2, PD-L2)的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化EnVision法检测CSCC及子宫颈腺癌(cervical adenocarcinoma, CAC)组织中PD-L2的表达；分析PD-L2表达与CSCC临床病理特征、无瘤生存期(disease free survival, DFS)和总生存期(overall survival, OS)的关系。结果 肿瘤细胞PD-L2的总阳性率为16.8%(24/143),肿瘤浸润性免疫细胞(tumor-infiltrating immune cell, TIIC)PD-L2的总阳性率为66.4%(95/143)。肿瘤细胞PD-L2在CSCC中的阳性率为16.3%(21/129),TIIC PD-L2在CSCC中的阳性率为65.1%(84/129);肿瘤细胞PD-L2在CAC中的阳性率为21.4%(3/14),TIIC PD-L2在CAC中的阳性率为78.6%(11/14...
