常见肿瘤患者血清维生素A,E,C水平

本文报告２６０例恶性肿瘤患者血清维生素Ａ、Ｅ、Ｃ水平的测定结果。发现除慢性白血病外，蓁７种恶性肿瘤患者血清维生素Ａ水平平均显著低于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）；急性白血，肝癌、食管癌患者血清维生素Ｅ水平显著低于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０５）；急性粒细胞白血病、急性单核细胞白血病、肝癌患者血维生素Ｃ水平显著低于健康人（Ｐ＜０．０１）。本研究工作为维生素Ａ、Ｅ、Ｃ药物在肿瘤临床上的应用提供了参考。     

人血清中IgE含量随年龄增长的改变及临床意义

IgE是反应素型抗体,血清中浓度很低,在体内与嗜碱细胞或肥大细胞表面的IgE受结合.对不同年龄组正常人进行血清IgE检查,发现随年龄增加,IgE含量有增高趋势,并且随年龄增高亦有过敏性疾病多发的趋势.吸烟数量过多、时间长亦可使IgE增高.     

Extraction of Serum Proteins Adsorbed on the Surface of Dialysis Membranes

Abstract: Extraction of adsorbed proteins from dialysis membranes that had been used during actual hemodialysis procedures was performed. The condition of extraction with SDS plus 2–mercaptoethanol at 95°C is more efficient than with only PBS or with SDS solution without 2–mercaptoethanol at 37°C.     

How adverse drug reactions can play a role in innovative drug research

We describe how adverse drug reactions (ADRs) can play an important role in pharmaceutical research and drug development. Not only do ADRs represent the risks and drawbacks associated with drugs but they can also be related to other knowledge available in pharmaceutical and medical research. We offer a model that can be used to systematically map the pathways through which ADRs can lead to innovative research. These pathways include chemical, therapeutic or pathophysiological steps that can be taken to arrive at new knowledge based on ADRs. We used the development of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, especially captopril, as a case study. The similarity between the ADR profiles of captopril and penicillamine was a starting point for further innovation. Historical analysis shows that in several instances research in the field of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors has been triggered by ADRs. The model presented here might be applicable to other areas of innovative drug research.     

Duchenne型肌营养不良症

作者综述了１０年来对Ｄｕｃｈｅｎｎｅ型肌营养不良症（ＤＭＤ）的研究概况。主要包括①ＤＭＤ的临床研究。②血清生化研究表明ＣＫ、ＬＤＨ、Ｍｂ是诊断ＤＭＤ病人和携带者的敏感指标。③心脏无创性检测和肌肉超微结构研究。④部分抗肌萎缩蛋白基因ＹＡＣ物理图谱，精细限制酶图谱和缺失热区的核苷酸顺序分析，首次发现内含子中ＡＴ富集区的同源顺序与ＤＭＤ断裂有关。⑤抗肌萎缩蛋白的缺失热区疏水肽段存在与否与ＤＭＤ发病密切相关。     

3,5-diBr-PADAP直接光度法测定血清锌

目的　建立一种不去除血清蛋白、简便灵敏的直接光度法测定血清锌。方法　以新的有机试剂2 -(3 ,5 二溴 -2 -吡啶偶氮 ) -5 -二乙氨基酚 (3 ,5 diBr -PADAP)为显色剂 ,在有表面活性剂存在的Tris-HC1介质中 ,手工分析法和自动分析法测定血清锌。结果　该法线性范围 0～ 80 μmol/L ,手工分析法和自动分析法平均回收率为 99 9%和 10 0 2 % ,批内变异系数 (CV)和批间变异系数分别为 0 0 18、 0 0 17和 0 0 2 8、0 0 2 6,与原子吸收分光光度法比较具有良好的相关性 ,线性回归方程和相关系数分别为Y =1 0 0 4X -0 12 6,r=0 9912和Y =1 0 0 6X -0 195 ,r =0 0 992 8。 89例健康人血清锌含量分别为 8 96～ 2 2 5 2 μmol/L和 8 63～2 2 43 μmol/L (x± 2s)。结论　用 3 ,5 diBr-PADAP直接光度法测定血清锌方法简便、灵敏可靠 ,适合临床应用。
