目的 :研究乌药叶的抗炎、抗菌的有效成分。方法 :柱色谱等进行分离 ,化学及波谱学等方法鉴定结构。结果 :分离得到 5个化合物和 1个互变异构体的混合物 ,6-acetyl lindenanolide B-1和B-2 (Ⅰ) ,去氢香樟内酯(Ⅱ) ,羟基香樟内酯 (Ⅲ) ,乌药内酯 (Ⅳ) ,山柰酚 (Ⅴ )和 β-谷甾醇 (Ⅵ)。 结论 :均首次从乌药叶中分离得到。  相似文献

Two new illudane sesquiterpenoids, craterellins D and E (1 and 2), and one new menthane monoterpene, 4-hydroxy-4-isopropenyl-cyclohexanemethanol acetate (3), were isolated from cultures of Craterellus cornucopioides. Structures of 13 were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis. Their cytotoxic activities on five tumor cell lines were evaluated.  相似文献

Context: Eryngium foetidum L. (Apiaceae) is a traditional herb that has been used for numerous medicinal applications, including as a treatment for parasitic infections, especially in the Neotropics from where it originates.

Objective: This study evaluates the in vitro leishmanicidal and cytotoxicity activities of isolated compounds based on a bioassay-guided fractionation approach.

Materials and methods: Defatted aerial parts of E. foetidum were subjected to extraction with methanol followed by partitioning with n-hexane, ethyl acetate and 50% methanol. Then, the first two fractions were subsequently fractionated by column chromatography and HPLC. Compound identity was confirmed by mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. Leishmania tarentolae (promastigotes) and L. donovani (amastigotes) were used as testing parasites. L6 rat myoblasts were used for cytotoxicity. All extracts and fractions were tested at 20?μg/mL.

Results: The initial methanol extract showed 20% growth inhibition of L. tarentolae. Then, the n-hexane and ethyl acetate fractions were also active showing approximately 40% growth inhibition. From these two fractions, the following compounds were isolated: lasidiol p-methoxybenzoate (1), a daucane sesquiterpene; and 4-hydroxy-1,1,5-trimethyl-2-formyl-cyclohexadien-(2,5)-[α-acetoxymethyl-cis-crotonate] (2), a terpene aldehyde ester derivative. Compound 1 inhibited the growth of both L. tarentolae and L. donovani with IC50 values of 14.33 and 7.84?μM, respectively; and showed no cytotoxicity (IC50?>?50?μM). Compound 2 was inactive in the L. tarentolae assay (IC50?>?50?μM).

Discussion and conclusion: This study presented the bioassay-guided fractionation with the leishmanicidal and cytotoxicity activities of two compounds isolated for the first time from an Eryngium species.  相似文献

Two new sesquiterpenoid glycosides, nicotabalactonecoside (1) and nicotabadiolcoside (2), along with four known terpenoids (36) were isolated from the leaves of Nicotiana tabacum. The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were determined as dihydrodeacetylphytuberin-2-one 11-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and 1,2-dehydro-4-epieremophil-9-ene-11,12-diol 12-O-β-d-glucopyranoside by extensive spectroscopic analyses (HR-ESI-MS, UV, IR, 1D, and 2D NMR) and chemical method. Compound 1 is an unusual phytuberin-type sesquiterpenoid with a 6/5/5 tricyclic system.  相似文献

One new sesquiterpenoid (5R*,8R*,9R*,10R*)-cinnamolide (8), and seven known compounds, 5-hydroxy-7-methoxyflavonone (1), 8-hydroxy-3-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)-6,7-(2″,2″-dimethylchromene)-tetralone (2), 8-hydroxy-3-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-6,7-(2″,2″-dimethylchromene)-tetralone (3), 1β-E-O-p-methoxycinnamoyl-bemadienolide (4), 1β-O-(E-cinnamoyl)-6α-hydroxy-9-epi-polygodial (5), 1β-O-(E-cinnamoyl)-6α-hydroxypolygodial (6), and 1β-O-E-cinnamoylpolygodial (7) were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of barks of Zygogynum pancheri subsp. arrhantum (Winteraceae). The structures of these molecules were assigned predominantly based on spectral data. The structure of compound 8 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Compounds 2 and 3 exhibited significant antioxidant activity, whereas compounds 1 and 47 showed significant α-amylase inhibitory activity.  相似文献

为了研究肿节风全草中倍半萜类化学成分,利用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱及制备液相色谱等分离技术从肿节风70%乙醇提取物的正丁醇和乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到4个倍半萜内酯类成分,根据化合物的光谱数据分别鉴定为4α-hydroxy-5αH-lindan-8(9)-en-8,12-olide(1)、chloranthalactone E(2)、8β,9α-dihydroxylindan-(5),7(1)-ieb-8α,12-olide(3)和chloranoside A(4)。其中化合物1为新化合物。  相似文献

目的应用超高效液相色谱-四级杆串联飞行时间质谱法(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS)对野马追药材的主要化学成分进行定性研究。方法采用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C_(18)(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,以0.1%甲酸水(A)-乙腈(B)溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量0.2 mL/min,柱温为35℃;质谱分析采用信息关联模式(IDA)正、负离子分别采集。结果应用PeakView软件的Formula Finder等功能、在线数据库及各色谱峰的二级碎片裂解规律,从野马追醇提样品中共鉴定出26个化合物,其中11个成分为野马追中首次报道;其主要成分类别包括黄酮、核苷、生物碱、苯丙素、倍半萜、香豆素、多元醇等。结论该方法精确、可靠、高效,适用于野马追化学成分的快速鉴定,为阐明野马追的药效物质基础提供科学依据。  相似文献
