基于雨课堂的临床流行病学教学改革与实践

目的探讨雨课堂在临床流行病学教学中的作用和效果。方法采用随机对照法在本科阶段无流行病学学习经历的临床专业硕士研究生中,使用雨课堂线上课前预习及课后随堂练习的功能,用于评价雨课堂线上功能的辅助教学效果。结果应用雨课堂线上功能干预组与对照组在基线、阶段小测和末考卷面成绩均无统计学差异;但对于主动学习,雨课堂参与度较高的学生成绩提高明显。结论雨课堂有利于理论性较强课程的学习,但是仍不能忽略课堂教学师生互动过程。     

校友资源在高校大学生创新创业教育发展中的情况调查研究

为研究校友资源在高校大学生创新创业教育发展中情况,采用个案调查方法对校友资源在大学生创新创业教育发展中情况进行调查,调查内容涉及影响大学生创新创业意识、动机、教育培养、校友资源运用等多个方面,调查结果运用SPASS软件进行统计分析,最后从高校校友资源角度对高校大学生创新创业发展提出意见建议,以期为高校校友资源在高校创新创业教育发展中提供借鉴和参考。

从高原部队医院实际出发,阐述了适应新形势谋求新发展应处理好的七个关系:即继承与创新的关系;坚持“姓军为兵的服务方向与对外有偿服务的关系;基础建设与人才建设的关系;日常医疗保障与科研的关系;发挥自身特色与学习借鉴的关系;硬件建设与软件建设的关系;科技研究与成果转化的关系。

目的 总结背驮式肝移植时病肝切除及肝流出道重建的经验。方法 回顾性分析1999年1月至2002年10月行67例背驮式肝移植时病肝切除及肝流出道重建的方法改进及效果。结果 肝移植病例围手术期死亡7例，手术死亡率为10.45％。2例存活超过3年，8例存活超过2年，19例存活超过1年。结论 病肝切除及肝流出道重建方法的改进有利于提高背驮式肝移植的成功率、减少技术性并发症。     

医工融合背景下医电交叉案例教学及其在教学上的实践

本研究以医学与电气工程学科的融合为例,介绍了医电交叉融合的教学方法及近3年的教学实践经验。从学情特点分析、教学导入流程、案例讨论分析及课后追踪提升等环节着手,分析了医电交叉教学特点,并提出了相应的教学方法与配套案例。初步探索表明,该教学方法可以提升学生的综合能力,特别是多学科思维能力,具有一定的正面效应。     

Some notes on uncertainty; Federal policy and innovation

The legislative background and current responsibilities of the new National Center for Health Care Technology (NCHCT) are discussed. The NCHCT's charge is to consider the stage of development, the actual or potential risks, costs and rate of use of health care technology. The role of Government in supporting new technologies, stimulating innovation and encouraging application of research products is considered. These issues are discussed in the context of the uncertainty inherent in planning and the formulation of public policy.     

Innovation as hospital culture: a trial and demonstration facility in an acute-care hospital ward

This short communication describes the establishment of a trial and demonstration facility for new products, technologies, methods and procedures in an acute-care hospital ward at Concord Hospital in Sydney, Australia. The importance of innovation for all businesses, including hospitals, is discussed; and, why a project like the Model Ward can promote innovation as part of the corporate culture. The Model Ward development, implementation and its benefits are reported on and discussed.     

能力型医院:21世纪医院管理新思路

21世纪是个革新的时代 ,医院管理也需要不断改革、创新。在激烈竞争的今天 ,医院只有以能力为核心 ,建立能力型医院 ,才能提高医院实力和经济效益。而在设计能力型医院时 ,应从医院管理职业化、能本管理、知识管理和建立学习型医院等方面出发 ,并从医院开发和员工自我开发两个层次来建立医院能力的开发机制。     

论医学教学实施创新教育 培养创新人才的必要性

素质教育可分为规范教育和创新教育两部分。规范教育包括知识规范和道德规范，解决的是知识与道德的继承；创新教育则包括知识创新与能力创新两个方面内容，解决的是知识发展与人类发展的问题，因此，笔者认为，为了适应知识经济发展的要求，医学教学应注重实施创新教育，重点研究如何解决培养学生创新意识、创新精神和创新能力等问题，以使学生作为独立的个体，能够主动着手发现、认识有意义的新知识、新事物、新思想、新方法，并掌握其中蕴涵的基本规律及相应的各种能力。     

Innovation in the time of SARS-CoV-2: A collaborative journey between NHS clinicians,engineers, academics and industry

During the pandemic healthcare faced great pressure on the availability of protective equipment. This paper describes the entire novel innovative process of design optimisation, production and deployment of face-visors to NHS frontline workers during SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. The described innovative journey spans collaboration between clinicians and academic colleagues for design to the implementation with industry partners of a face-visor for use in a healthcare setting. It identifies the enablers and barriers to development along with the strategies employed to produce a certified reusable, adjustable, high volume and locally produced face-visor. The article also explores aspects of value, scalability, spread and sustainability all of which are essential features of innovation.
