目的:用高效液相色谱法测定复方洁灵含嗽片的含量。方法:采用C18柱,以ψ(甲醇:0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液)=38:62(用磷酸调节pH值至4.0)为流动相,检测波长为258nm。样品用流动相溶解,稀释。结果:甲硝唑在20-60μg/mL,醋酸氯已定在10-30μg/mL浓度范围呈良好的线性关系。甲硝唑和醋酸氯已定回归方程分别为:Y=-787.8X 1797.3,r=0.9998(n=6),Y=-6391.4X 7340.2,r=0.9996(n=6),甲硝唑的回收率为99.8%(RSD=0.52%,n=6)。醋酸氯已定的回收率为99.6%(RSD=0.61%,n=6)。结论:用高效液相色谱法测定复方口洁灵含嗽片的含量,灵敏度高,重现性好。  相似文献

目的建立维生素B12注射液的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,紫外检测器,C18柱,流动相分别为:甲醇-水(30-70)检测波长361nm,流速:1.0mL?min-1:进样体积:10μL,柱温:30℃。结果维生素B12在21.2μg/mL~212μg/mL范围内与相应峰面积呈良好的线性关系r=0.9998(n=5)平均回收率99.7%(RSD=0.53%,n=6)。方法可靠、简便、专属性强、重现性好。可作为维生素B12注射液的含量测定方法。  相似文献

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定甲硝唑氯霉素栓中两种主成分含量的方法。方法采用Hypersil ODS柱(150.0 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-水(50∶5∶45)为流动相,280 nm为检测波长,流速1 mL/min。结果甲硝唑和氯霉素的线性范围分别为49.28~295.68μg/mL(r=0.999 1,n=6)和24.32~145.92μg/mL(r=0.999 2,n=6),平均回收率分别为98.70%和97.46%,RSD分别为0.68%和0.75%(n=9)。结论本法重复性好,准确度高,适用于制剂含量测定。  相似文献

目的:建立复方肝浸膏制剂中维生素B_1、B_2的含量及含量均匀度测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇:0.02 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠水溶液(含0.1%三乙胺,用磷酸调节pH至5.5(20∶80)),检测波长为260 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃。结果:维生素B11.9~62.0μg/m L线性良好(R~2=0.999 8),平均回收率101.33%,RSD为0.79%(n=6),维生素B20.5~16.0μg/m L线性良好(R~2=0.999 7),平均回收率97.64%,RSD为1.38%(n=6)。结论:本文所建立的HPLC含量测定方法简便、快速、准确,可用于复方肝浸膏制剂中维生素B1、B2的含量测定及含量均匀度测定。  相似文献

目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定复方三维右旋泛酸钙糖浆中维生素B 1、B2、B6和烟酰胺的含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行测定,外标法计算含量.Thermo Betasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-5 mmol·L-1十二烷基硫酸钠(含0.05%甲酸)溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为260 nm,柱温为30℃.结果:维生素B1的线性范围为5.76~115.2μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.45%、97.71%、98.42%,RSD为2.54%、2.26%、3.19%;维生素B2的线性范围为1.16~23.20μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.71%、97.73%、98.42%,RSD为2.49%、2.57%、2.89%;维生素B6的线性范围为1.72~34.4μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.69%、97.20%、98.11%,RSD为2.35%、2.39%、3.14%;烟酰胺的线性范围为5.76~115.2μg/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为96.21%、96.44%、97.99%,RSD为2.16%、2.67%、3.42%.结论:本文采用高效液相色谱法测定复方三维右旋泛酸钙糖浆中四种维生素的含量,该方法操作简便,结果准确,有效地完善了该制剂的质控标准,保证了质量控制的科学性.  相似文献

[目的]比较高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和双波长分光光度法对复方双氢青蒿素片中甲氧苄啶含量测定的作用。[方法]HPLC采用C18柱,以乙腈-0.75%二乙胺(15:85,用磷酸调pH至2.5)为流动相,检测波长为271nm;双波长分光光度法测定波长为271nm,参比波长为366nm。[结果]HPLC在20-100μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.9994(n=5),平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为0.24%;双波长分光光度法在5-25μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.99994(n=5),平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为0.24%;双波长分光光度法在5-25μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.99994(n=5),平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为0.24%,双波长分光光度法在5-25μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.99995(n=5),平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为0.45%。[结论]双波长分光光度法和HPLC均可测定复方双氢青蒿素片中甲氧苄啶的含量,该法操作简便,快捷、准确。  相似文献

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定小柴胡颗粒中柴胡皂苷、黄芩苷和甘草酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18),流动相为水(0.025%甲酸)-甲醇(0.025%甲酸),检测波长为250 nm。结果:柴胡皂苷在0.201 6μg/mL123.7μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 0),平均加样回收率为94.1%,RSD为1.62%(n=6)。黄芩苷在0.749μg/mL123.7μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 0),平均加样回收率为94.1%,RSD为1.62%(n=6)。黄芩苷在0.749μg/mL458μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率为95.2%,RSD为1.52%(n=6)。甘草酸在2.270μg/mL458μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率为95.2%,RSD为1.52%(n=6)。甘草酸在2.270μg/mL135.5μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率为94.8%,RSD为1.36%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于小柴胡颗粒的质量控制。  相似文献

目的应用高效液相色谱法同时测定甲硝唑芬布芬胶囊的两组分的含量。方法以Diamonsil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为固定相,甲醇-乙腈-水(45∶55∶35)(以磷酸调节pH到2.9)为流动相,检测波长为295nm。结果甲硝唑的线性范围为16.72μg/ml-83.6μg/ml,r=0.9999(n=5),芬布芬的线性范围为12.32μg/ml-61.6μg/ml,r=0.9999(n=5)。甲硝唑的平均回收率为99.00%,RSD=0.99%(n=5),芬布芬的平均回收率为99.25%,RSD=0.85%(n=5)。结论高效液相色谱法可用于甲硝唑芬布芬胶囊中甲硝唑与芬布芬的含量测定。  相似文献

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects in acupunture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea combined with spinal Tui Na, and study its mechanism. Methods: Thirty cases of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na, and thirty cases in the control group were treated by routine acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, and 73.3% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na has good prospects for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.  相似文献

目的 探讨猪肺磷脂注射液联合经鼻持续气道正压通气(NCPAP)对呼吸衰竭早产儿的临床疗效及肌酸激酶同工酶活性(CK-MB)的影响.方法 选取呼吸衰竭早产儿80例,分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组采用NCPAP给氧治疗,观察组给予NCPAP给氧联合猪肺磷脂气管内给药.观察两组患儿治疗前及治疗12h、24 h后PaO2、PaCO2、血氧饱和度(SaO2)、pH的变化情况,检测治疗前及治疗5d后血清CK-MB水平;评估两组患儿的临床治疗效果.结果 两组患儿PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2、pH比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组治疗后的PaO2、SaO2、pH均高于对照组,PaCO2则低于对照组.两组的PaO2、SaO2、pH均随观察时间延长而升高(P<0.05),PaCO2均随观察时间的延长而降低(P<0.05).观察组治疗有效率为87.5%,显著高于对照组的70.0% (P <0.05).治疗5d后两组患儿血清CK-MB水平均较前降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 猪肺磷脂注射液气管内给药联合NCPAP可以显著降低呼吸衰竭早产儿CK-MB的含量,提高治疗有效率,起到很好的呼吸循环支持作用.  相似文献

Evidence obtained from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) has been generally accepted as the gold standard in the evaluation of clinical effectiveness. Readers need to understand the trial design, implementation, results, analysis and interpretation, so as to fully Jnderstand the results of RCTs. Thus, the investigators of RCTs have to report these items in a complete, accurate and clear manner. Since 1998, we have conducted several evaluations on the reporting quality of RCTs published in Chinese journals on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and results have shown that there is an urgent need for higher quality RCTs on TCM.  相似文献

Ankylosing spondylitis is a chronic and progressive disorder with inflammation mainly involving the central axis joints. It mainly affects the cervical spine and the lumbosacral area, with the pathogenesis closely related to the kidney and the Governor Vessel (GV). TCM holds that the syndrome is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, which is due to insufficiency of the kidney, deficiency of GV, and blocking of the channels with the invasion of exogenous evil, leading to poor circulation of qi and blood and malnutrition of the bones, muscles and joints. The TCM method of tonifying the kidney and strengthening GV to regulate circulation of qi and blood and check the arthralgia pain should be adopted, with the Kidney-Tonifying and GV Strengthening Decoction (益肾强督汤) prescribed.  相似文献
