白毛夏枯草不同采收期中木犀草素的分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:研究不同采收期白毛夏枯草中木犀草素的含量变化,为确定白毛夏枯草药材最佳采收期提供依据.方法:采用RP-HPLC法测定不同采收期白毛夏枯草中木犀草素的含量.色谱条件:Agilent HC-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.8%磷酸溶液(45∶55),流速为0.8 mL·min-1,柱温为30 ℃,检测波长为350 nm.结果:不同采收期白毛夏枯草药材中木犀草素含量差异有统计学意义.结论:建议白毛夏枯草药材在第1年的10月和第2年的6月采收. 相似文献

目的:为正本清源,对容易混淆的苋属2种植物(皱果苋Amaranthus viridis L.和凹头苋Amaranthus lividus L.)进行种间鉴别比较研究。方法:通过观察植物形态和药材性状特征及采用显微鉴别法(石蜡切片法技术制片、粉末制片和叶表面制片法)对2种植物的根、茎、叶的横切面、粉末显微结构及叶表面观等方面的显微特征进行比较。结果:发现2种植物形态在茎分枝、叶先端和胞果等方面有不同,药材性状均为全草类生药特点但有细微区别;2种植物的根和茎横切面中均发现主要存在三生构造,都为多轮同心性异型维管束,但轮数数量有差异;叶横切面中主脉维管束束数不同,厚角组织发达程度不一;叶表面观中表皮细胞细胞壁弯曲程度不同,气孔有细微区别;2种植物的粉末结构中含有导管、草酸钙簇晶和砂晶等结构,直径大小有区别。结论:上述形态与显微鉴别特征有鉴定意义,可以进行种间鉴别,为苋属2种植物的进一步开发应用奠定基础。 相似文献

目的:测定人工栽培与野生夏枯草土壤及其植株各器官矿质元素含量,以期为该资源保护利用及GAP研究提供理论依据.方法:运用ICP-AES法测定栽培与野生夏枯草各器官及其土壤中磷(P)、钾(K)、钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)、钠(Na)、铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、铝(A1)含量,并对测定结果进行分析.结果:栽培与野生夏枯草土壤及其茎、叶、果穗矿质元素含量存在显著差异;P,Cu含量大小顺序为果穗>叶>茎,Mg,Ca,Zn,Fe,Mn,A1元素以叶含量最高,果穗次之,茎最少,K,Na在茎叶中含量较高,其次为果穗;土壤与果穗中Fe元素含量呈极显著相关,与茎及叶呈显著正相关;土壤与果穗、茎及叶中Zn元素含量呈显著正相关;K元素含量在土壤及茎间亦呈显著正相关;栽培与野生品夏枯草各部位对P吸收有富集作用.结论:夏枯草药材与土壤中多数矿质元素含量无直接相关,主要通过选择性吸收调控药材中矿质元素含量. 相似文献

目的:研究白背牛尾菜的显微鉴别特征。方法:采用显微鉴定技术,对白背牛尾菜的根、茎、叶组织结构及粉末特征进行观察拍摄。结果:在根横切面构造、茎横切面构造、叶主脉横切面构造、叶表面组织及粉末组织等方面有明显的显微鉴别特征。结论:实验结果为白背牛尾菜药用资源的开发利用及品种鉴定提供了参考依据。 相似文献

目的:通过对南天竹的根、茎、叶、果实进行系统的形态组织学研究,为其真伪鉴定提供依据。方法:采用性状鉴定方法对南天竹各药用部位进行外观特征描述;并采用石蜡切片技术和粉末制片技术对各药用部位如根、茎、叶、花、果实等横切面和粉末的显微特征进行观察,绘制墨线图并拍照。结果:发现该原植物形态特征与本草描述一致;药材性状为根、茎、叶、花、果实类生药特点;根横切面无髓部;茎横切面中可见皮层有断续成环的纤维束及木质部内侧的帽状纤维束;叶横切面中栅栏组织较为宽广,主脉维管束周围的纤维束成环;叶柄横切面中纤维束间断排列成环;果实横切面中可见多层石细胞组成的环带;根和茎的粉末特征中主要含有含晶石细胞;叶粉末中可见晶鞘纤维和不定式气孔;花粉末中可见花粉粒,具3孔沟,外壁网状雕纹明显,有较多的网纹细胞;果实粉末中可见大量分枝状石细胞及草酸钙方晶。结论:上述形态与显微鉴别特征有鉴定意义,为南天竹的真伪鉴别、质量标准及资源开发利用提供了科学依据。 相似文献

目的 探讨复方白毛夏枯草对实验小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法 实验小鼠随机分为复方白毛夏枯草大、中、小剂量组和生理盐水对照组,给予相应的药物及生理盐水灌胃7 d后,测定胸腺指数、脾脏指数、EA花环形成率、吞噬细胞吞噬中性红的能力、脾淋巴细胞转化能力、血清IgG及IgM含量.结果 与生理盐水对照组比较,复方白毛夏枯草各组小鼠的胸腺及脾脏指数无明显差异(P>0.05);腹腔巨噬细胞的数量明显增加(P<0.05),同时吞噬能力也明显增强(P<0.05或P<0.001),以中、大剂量用药组最显著;血清中免疫球蛋白IgG的含量明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),大剂量用药组含量最高,而血清中免疫球蛋白IgM的含量无明显变化(P>0.05);脾脏淋巴细胞增殖能力有显著提高(P<0.01或P<0.05或P<0.001),以大剂量用药组增殖最显著.结论 复方白毛夏枯草对实验小鼠免疫功能总体上表现为增强效应. 相似文献

A steroid fraction of chloroform extract from bee pollen of Brassica campestris induces apoptosis in human prostate cancer PC-3 cells 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Bee pollen of Brassica campestris L. is widely used in China as a natural food supplement and an herbal medicine in strengthening the body's resistance against diseases including cancer. The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of a steroid fraction of chloroform extract from bee pollen of Brassica campestris L. on human cancer cell viability. Our studies show that among nine cancer cell lines of different origin (PC-3, LNCaP, MCF-7, Hela, BEL-7402, BCG-823, KB, A549 and HO8910), this steroid fraction displayed the strongest cytotoxicity in human prostate cancer PC-3 cells. The mode of cell death appeared to be apoptosis in PC-3 cells, as shown by flow-cytometric analysis and fluorescence microscopes. Caspase-3 activity was obviously enhanced after the cells were treated with the fraction. A time-dependent decrease in the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 was also observed by Western blot analysis. It is suggested that the steroid fraction could induce cytotoxicity in prostate cancer PC-3 cells by triggering apoptosis. The studies indicate that the steroid fraction of chloroform extract from bee pollen of Brassica campestris L. may be a promising candidate for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. 相似文献

Cissus quadrangularis L. (Cissus) is a medicinal plant commonly used for centuries for various conditions, but lacks critical appraisal of its clinical effects. This study aimed to determine the efficacy and safety of Cissus in all conditions. Publications from 12 electronic databases were searched from inception through November 2016. A total of nine studies with 1108 patients were included. Each outcome was pooled using a random effects model. Effects of Cissus on hemorrhoid symptoms were not different from any comparators but had significant effects on bone pain. Effects of Cissus combination products on body weight reduction, low‐density lipoprotein, triglyceride, total cholesterol, and fasting blood sugar were superior to placebo, with weighted mean difference of ?5.19 kg (?8.82, ?1.55), ?14.43 mg/dl (?20.06, ?8.80), ?37.50 mg/dl (?48.71, ?26.29), ?50.50 mg/dl (?70.97, ?30.04), and ?10.39 mg/dl (?14.60, ?6.18), respectively. No serious adverse effects were reported. Quality of evidence based on Grades of Recommendations Assessment Development and Evaluation (GRADE) indicated low (bone fractures) to high quality (hemorrhoids, body weight reduction).In conclusion, Cissus had benefit for bone fractures, but not for hemorrhoids. For obesity/overweight, only combination products are pooled and show benefit. However, high‐quality studies remain needed. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献
