目的:探索肌内效贴结合镜像神经元激活训练对卒中后咽期吞咽障碍患者的疗效观察。方法:将60例脑卒中后存在咽期吞咽障碍的患者随机分成3组各20例。每组均进行常规吞咽治疗30min,在常规治疗基础上,对照组另外接受肌内效贴扎治疗,在对照组基础上,观察1组另外接受观察静态食物图片人工音治疗,观察2组接受镜像观察动态吞咽视频声音治疗,每次训练20min,每天1次,每周5d,共持续4周。在治疗前、治疗后分别使用功能性经口摄食量表(FOIS)、洼田饮水实验(WST)、进食评估问卷调查(EAT-10)评估患者的吞咽功能,治疗后用WST分级结果进行总有效率比较。结果:治疗后3组患者FOIS评分较治疗前均提高(P<0.05),观察2组FOIS评分较对照组、观察1组提高(P<0.05)。治疗后3组WST分级、EAT-10评分均有降低(P<0.05),且观察2组较对照组、观察1组降低更明显(P<0.05)。总有效率比较,观察2组较对照组及观察1组有效率显著提高(P<0.05),观察1组与对照组比较有效率差异无统计学意义。结论:肌内效贴扎治疗的同时,予以镜像观察吞咽相关的动作视频及声音刺激,对脑卒中后咽期吞咽障碍患者有明显改善作用。  相似文献

IntroductionKinesio Taping (KT) is being widely used in neurorehabilitation as an adjuvant technique due to its therapeutic effects. The objective of this study was to determine the effects of Kinesio Taping combined with the motor relearning method on upper limb motor function in adult patients with post-stroke hemiparesis.MethodsA quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test in a sample of 10 adult patients with post-stroke hemiparesis, randomly assigned in two groups: experimental (n: 5) who received 12 sessions of Kinesio Taping combined with the motor relearning method and a control group (n: 5) who only received 12 sessions of the motor relearning method. Motor function was assessed through the selective movement pattern scale for adult patients with upper motor neuron injury before and after each intervention.Resultsstatistically significant differences (p < 0.05) were found when comparing the means of upper limb movement patterns of the experimental group.Conclusionsthe use of Kinesio Taping combined with the motor relearning method was encouraging for upper limb motor function in patients with spastic hemiparesis.  相似文献

[Purpose] The aim of this study was to evaluate the changes in function and balance after Kinesio Taping application in stroke patients. [Subjects and Methods] Thirty subjects were randomly divided into an experimental group and control group. The experimental group was applied taping before therapeutic exercise, and the control group received only therapeutic exercise. Functional gait was measured using the straight line walking test, and dynamic balance ability was measured using the Berg Balance Scale. Walking velocity was measured with the 10 m walking test. [Results] There were statistically significant differences between the results of the straight line walking and 10 m walking tests in the pre-post analysis for the experimental group. There were a statistically significant difference in the Berg Balance Scale and 10 m walking test between the two groups. [Conclusion] Application of taping to the paralyzed parts of a stroke patient has a positive effect on improvement of typical asymmetric gait and walking speed.Key words: Kinesio taping, Stroke, Gait  相似文献

[Purpose] The main aim of this study was to identify the short-term effects of Kinesio taping (KT) on the static body alignment and overall balance function presented by the coordinate and foot balance in stroke patients. [Subjects and Methods] Thirty-eight stroke subjects were randomly allocated into the study groups. The kinematic analysis measured deviation or changes from standard body alignment and foot pressure by the human anatomy-based coordinates were examined using the Shisei Innovation System PA200 ver.9.0. [Results] The glabellas on the front view, larynx on the front view, rt. greater tubercle of the humerus (vertical changes), lt. greater tubercle of the humerus (vertical changes), posterior superior iliac spine, and greater trochanter (horizontal changes) showed statistically significant decreases, indicating dislocation from the axis center, after taping. [Conclusion] The clinical use of KT for stroke patients who have asymmetrical and imbalanced body posture could be an optimal therapeutic approach. Since more evidence based practices are needed, future studies should include large numbers of subjects and examine diverse KT application patterns.Key words: Kinesio taping, Stroke, Postural balance  相似文献

目的 观察肌内效贴对脑卒中后流涎的治疗效果。方法 2019年10月至2021年1月,脑卒中后吞咽障碍流涎患者40例随机分为对照组和试验组,各20例。两组均接受常规药物治疗、吞咽常规训练和吞咽困难康复护理,试验组加用肌内效贴,共3周。治疗前后采用功能性经口摄食评估量表(FOIS)、洼田饮水试验(WST)和教师流涎量表(TDS)进行评定。结果 试验组脱落1例。治疗后,两组FOIS、TDS和WST评分均改善(|Z| > 2.000, P < 0.05),试验组均明显优于对照组(|Z| > 3.045, P < 0.01)。结论 配合肌内效贴可进一步改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的流涎。  相似文献

目的:评价肌内效贴中较常用的功能矫正贴扎技术改善脑卒中后足下垂患者步行功能的即刻效果。方法:选取60例脑卒中后足下垂患者,随机分为试验贴扎组(KT组)、安慰贴扎组(PT组)、空白贴扎组(ZT组)各20例。KT组使用肌内效贴布实施足下垂功能矫正贴扎技术,PT组使用相同品牌、规格、颜色的肌内效贴布施行安慰性贴扎,ZT组不实施任何贴扎。KT组、PT组患者贴扎前后分别进行评估,ZT组患者间隔20min进行2次评估,评估指标采用10m步行测试(10MWT)、TUGT起立-行走计时测试及Berg平衡量表(BBS)等。结果:3组患者行功能矫正贴扎后,KT组10m步行及TUGT所需的时间较贴扎前及PT组和ZT组均明显减少(P0.05),PT组和ZT组干预前后比较差异无统计学意义。3组贴扎前后及组间的BBS评分比较均差异无统计学意义。结论:功能矫正贴扎技术能即刻改善脑卒中后足下垂患者步行功能,在平衡能力的改善及长期疗效方面仍有待进一步研究。  相似文献

[Purpose] The purpose of this research was to evaluate the change in muscle function induced by a Kinesio Tape application with no or moderate tension, to the dominant and non-dominant arms. [Subjects and Methods] This research was a quantitative study, in which 75 women participated. The subjects, aged 18–30 years, were divided into 3 groups, Kinesio, Kinesio without Tension, and Control, and they were assessed before the taping intervention and after 30 minutes, 24 hours, and 48 hours of taping. [Results] The Kinesio group subjects demonstrated an increase in handgrip strength after 30 minutes, 24 hours, and 48 hours of tape application compared to control. A statistically significant increase in strength was observed in the Kinesio group comparison to the Control after 24 hours and 48 hours for the right hand, and after 48 hours for the left hand. Improvement in the Kinesio group compared to the Kinesio without Tension was observed only after 24 hours of taping application, and only in the right hand. [Conclusion] The Kinesio Taping method augmented the handgrip strength of healthy women, and the increase in grip strength was maintained for 48 hours after its application; the dominant hand demonstrated the greatest strength values.Key words: Kinesio Taping, Handgrip, Muscle strength  相似文献

[Purpose] Nonspecific low back pain (NSLBP) is a very common but largely self-limiting condition. Several types of tape and their associated application methods are available for different conditions. The aim of the present study was to observe the effect of Kinesio taping (KT) compared with traditional management of NSLBP. [Subjects and Methods] Forty male and female patients with a mean age of 34.8±7.54 years were randomly divided into two groups; group 1 (n=20) which underwent conventional physical therapy with KT, and group 2 (n=20), which underwent only conventional physical therapy. The intervention sessions for both groups were three times per week for four weeks. Outcomes were assessed for activities of daily living (ADL) using the Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire, pain severity using a visual analogue scale, and ranges of motion (ROMs) of trunk flexion and extension using the modified Schober’s test. [Results] Significant differences in measures of pain, ADL, and trunk flexion and extension ROMs were observed post intervention within each group. In comparison, there were no significant differences in measures of pain, ADL, and trunk flexion and extension ROMs post intervention between groups. [Conclusion] A physical therapy program involving strengthening exercises for abdominal muscles and stretching exercises for back, hamstring, and iliopsoas muscles with or without Kinesio taping was beneficial in the treatment of chronic low back pain.Key words: Back pain, Taping, Exercises  相似文献

Hyoid–larynx approximation is an essential part of the swallowing process, and is related to airway protection. We aimed to evaluate the reliability of ultrasonographic examination of hyoid–larynx approximation and measure the approximation in stroke patients with or without dysphagia. Fifteen normal subjects and 40 stroke patients with or without dysphagia admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of a tertiary hospital between July 2006 and February 2007 participated in this study. The distance between the thyroid cartilage and hyoid bone during swallowing was measured by ultrasound. Hyoid–larynx approximation was defined as the distance obtained by subtracting the shortest distance between the hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage during swallowing from the initial resting distance. Ten stroke patients with dysphagia also underwent standard videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS). The change percentage of hyoid–larynx approximation was very similar between ultrasonographic examination and VFSS. There was no significant difference in resting distances between the thyroid cartilage and hyoid bone between normal subjects and stroke patients with or without dysphagia. Among stroke patients, hyoid–larynx approximation was less in the dysphagia group than in the nondysphagia group. In conclusion, ultrasound can quantitatively measure hyoid–larynx approximation with good reliability. Hyoid–larynx approximation was significantly reduced in stroke patients with dysphagia. 目的:研究肩周肌群训练联合肌内效贴治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取符合肩袖损伤标准的患者40例,随机分成研究组和对照组各20例。对照组进行肩周肌群训练,研究组在对照组基础上增加肌内效贴布,治疗疗程为4周。2组在治疗前(T1)、治疗4周后(T2)、治疗结束后1个月随访时(T3)进行评估,评价指标采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Constant-Murley肩关节评分系统(CMS)、美国加州大学肩关节评分系统(UCLA)、患侧肩关节活动范围(ROM)。结果:在T2和T3时,2组患者VAS评分均较T1时明显下降(均P<0.05),CMS及UCLA评分均较T1时明显提高(均P<0.05),前屈、外展、内外旋活动度均较T1时明显增加(均P<0.05),且研究组VAS评分均更低于对照组(均P<0.05),CMS及UCLA评分均更高于对照组(均P<0.05),前屈、外展、内外旋活动度均更高于对照组(均P<0.05);在T3随访时,研究组VAS评分较T2时明显下降(P<0.05),CMS及UCLA评分均较T2时明显提高(均P<0.05),前屈、外展、内外旋活动度均较T2时明显增加(均P<0.05),而对照组各项评分和肩关节ROM较T2时差异均无统计学意义。结论:说明肩周肌群训练联合肌内效贴治疗肩袖损伤效果更好,而且在治疗结束后1个月内肌内效贴仍能够维持一定的效果,值得临床推广应用。  相似文献

目的:观察针刺联合肌内效贴治疗周围性面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例周围性面神经炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(针刺联合肌内效贴组)和对照组(单纯针刺组),两组患者均接受常规药物治疗。两组患者治疗前,治疗后2周、4周采用House-Brackmann面神经分级标准给予评定,并在治疗前后采用中文版FaCE量表评价面神经麻痹患者的生存质量。结果:治疗后2周、4周,两组House-Brackmann评分均较治疗前改善(P0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗4周后两组FaCE量表比较,两组评分均较治疗前提高,差异有显著性意义(P0.05),与对照组相比,治疗组对于改善面部运动、面部感觉、口腔功能、泪液分泌、社会功能等方面疗效更为明显(P0.05),对于改善眼睛感觉,治疗组与对照组疗效相当,差异无显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:针刺联合肌内效贴能进一步改善患者面神经功能,提高患者生存质量。  相似文献

[Purpose] The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of a lumbar fascia Kinesio Taping® technique forward bending range of motion. [Subjects and Methods] This was a longitudinal study with a randomized clinical trial composed of 39 subjects divided into three groups (control, Kinesio Without Tension-KWT, and Kinesio Fascia Correction-KFC). The subjects were assessed by Schober and fingertip-to-floor tests and left the tape in place for 48 hours before being reassessed 24 hours, 48 hours and 30 days after its removal. [Results] In all three experimental groups no significant differences were observed with the Schober test, but it was possible to observe an increase in lumbar flexion after 30 days. With the fingertip-to-floor distance assessment, the KFC and KWT groups showed significantly improved flexibility 24 hours and 48 hours after tape removal. [Conclusion] The Kinesio Taping® influenced fascia mobility, allowing for slight improvement of lumbar flexibility.Key words: Kinesio Taping, Low back mobility, Fascia  相似文献

BackgroundKT is an elastic taping that has been widely used as an adjunct to conventional physiotherapy. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Kinesio Taping on peak torque, muscle fatigue index and muscle activity of erector spinae in women with low back pain presenting fears and beliefs related to physical activity.MethodsThis is a pilot controlled clinical trial. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the Fear Beliefs Avoidance Questionnaire (FABQ): Group A (Patients with no fears and/or beliefs related to physical activity) and Group B (Patients with fears and/or beliefs related to physical activity). The Kinesio Taping was applied in "I" in order to facilitate erector spinae. An isokinetic dynamometer and a surface electromyography were used to evaluate the outcomes. The evaluations were performed without and with the KT.ResultsSample of 16 women equally divided into two groups with similar characteristics regarding age, weight, height, body mass index, functional capacity and pain levels in the evaluations without and with Kinesio Taping. There were within-groups and between-groups differences in the peak torque (p ≤ .05), with better results in the Group B. No differences were found on muscle fatigue index and muscle activity in both groups (p > .05).ConclusionIt was concluded that Kinesio Taping had immediate effects in the peak torque of the erector spinae of women with nonspecific chronic low back pain presenting fears and beliefs related to physical activity. Background: Lymphedema is known as a secondary complication of breast cancer treatment, caused by reduction on lymphatic flow and lymph accumulation on interstitial space. The Kinesio Taping (KT) has become an alternative treatment for lymphedema volume reduction. The objective of the study was to evaluate the literature through a systematic review on KT effects on lymphedema related to breast cancer.

Methods: Search strategies were performed by the following keywords: “Kinesio Taping,” “Athletic Tape,” “Cancer,” “Neoplasm,” “Lymphedema,” and “Mastectomy” with derivations and different combinations. The following databases were accessed: SCIELO, LILACS, MEDLINE via PubMed, and PEDro, between 2009 and 2016. Studies published in English, Portuguese, and Spanish were considered for inclusion. The studies’ methodological quality was assessed by the PEDro scale.

Results: Seven studies were identified by the search strategy and eligibility. All of them showed positive effect in reducing lymphedema (perimeter or volume) before versus after treatment. However, with no effects comparing the KT versus control group or others treatments (standardized mean difference = 0.04, confidence interval 95%: ?0.24; 0.33), the average score of the PEDro scale was 4.71 points.

Conclusions: KT was effective on postmastectomy lymphedema related to breast cancer; however, it is not more efficient than other treatments.  相似文献

[Purpose] The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a structured program of resistance training for the tongue in order to improve swallowing function in stroke patients with dysphagia. [Subjects and Methods] Twenty-seven stroke patients with dysphagia were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group participated in a resistance-training program involving a 1-repetition maximum, with an intensity of 80%, along with 50 repetitions per day each for the anterior and posterior regions of the tongue. Both groups received conventional therapy for dysphagia for 30 min per day, 5 times per week, for 6 weeks. [Results] The experimental group showed statistically significant improvements in both, the anterior and posterior regions of the tongue. In contrast, the control group showed significant improvements only in the anterior region of the tongue. In the videofluoroscopic dysphagia scale evaluation, improvement was noted at both, the oral and pharyngeal stages in the experimental group, whereas significant improvements were only noted in the oral stage and total score in the control group. [Conclusion] Our study confirmed that tongue resistance training is an effective intervention for stroke patients with dysphagia, offering improved tongue muscle strength and overall improvement in swallowing.Key words: Dysphagia, Stroke, Tongue  相似文献

Purpose: to identify postural balance changes in subjects with low back pain after the application of Kinesio Taping, which is then compared to a no treatment control group, using baropodometric evaluation. Methods: This randomized controlled trial was carried out on 50 individuals (both sexes) with chronic low back pain. They were then randomized into two groups: an experimental group - EG (treated with Kinesio Taping in the lumbar region) and a control group - CG (no intervention). Both groups underwent a baropodometric evaluation (mean plantar pressure, peak plantar pressure, plantar surface, mass distribution on right foot and left foot, mass distribution on forefoot and rear foot and base width) at four different moments: pre-intervention, 10 minutes, 48 hours, and 10 days after the intervention on the EG. The level of statistical significance was established at 5%. Results: Significant changes were observed in the EG compared to the CG. In the EG, peak pressure reduced on both right and left foot after Kinesio Taping application; the right base width was reduced, and the mass distribution between the forefoot and the rear foot normalized towards the ideal 50% distribution. These changes happened 48 hours after the Kinesio Taping application, with effects lasting up to 10 days. Conclusion: The use of Kinesio Taping in the lumbar region of subjects with chronic low back pain improved postural balance. This is proved by changes in peak plantar pressure, plantar surface, and mass distribution 48 h after Kinesio Taping application, with effects lasting up to 10 days.  相似文献

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of taping on the articular angle of the knee joint and on the functioning of patients with hemiplegia resulting from stroke. [Subjects] The subjects of this study were 30 patients who were diagnosed with hemiplegia due to stroke. The subjects were randomly assigned to either an experimental group which received proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation combination patterns and kinesio taping were applied, or a control group which received neurodevelopmental treatment. [Methods] Joint angle was measured at the hip and the ankle for both the paretic and non-paretic sides using a goniometer. Dynamic balance ability was assessed using the Berg Balance Scale. Gait velocity was measured as the 10-m walking time using a stopwatch. [Results] Comparative analysis of the experimental group''s pre-test and post-test results showed statistically significant differences in the BBS and 10-m walking test. There were significant differences between the groups in ankle dorsiflexion, BBS, and 10-m walking times. [Conclusion] We judge the application of taping on the knee joint prior to rehabilitation treatment for patients in accordance with nervous system damage positively influences their functional improvement.Key words: Stroke, Hemiplegia, Kinesio taping  相似文献

This study applied submental ultrasonography (SUS) to measure changes in dysphagic stroke patients' tongue thickness and hyoid bone displacement when swallowing 5 mL of water and correlated the results with the severity of clinical dysphagia. We included 60 stroke patients (30 tube-feeding-dependent and 30 on regular oral intake) and 30 healthy controls. An additional 10 healthy people were recruited to assess the reliability of SUS. Measurements of hyoid bone displacement using videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) and SUS were compared for 12 stroke patients to assess the correlation between the two methods. Changes in tongue thickness and hyoid bone displacement were significantly less in the tube-feeding group. Those with a tongue thickness change of less than 1.0 cm and hyoid bone displacement of less than 1.5 cm were likely to be tube-feeding. SUS showed good intra-rater/inter-rater reliability and correlated well with VFSS measurement. SUS can be an adjunct assessment tool of swallowing.  相似文献

[Purpose] The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of kinesio taping (KT) on the kinematics of the lumbo-pelvic-hip complex during forward bending by individuals with reduced hamstring extensibility. [Subjects] Eighteen males with reduced hamstring extensibility were randomly assigned to one of two groups:, the hamstring KT group (n=9), or the sham KT group (n=9). [Methods] The kinematics of the lumbopelvic-hip complex during lumbar forward bending was measured using a motion capture system before and after applying KT. [Results] The angle of lumbar flexion during late lumbar forward bending increased significantly post-KT compared to pre-KT measurements in the hamstring KT group. 目的使用吞咽造影同步咽腔测压(MFG)评估脑干损伤后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,分析异常的运动学与生物力学参数以及舌骨位移与咽腔、上食管括约肌(UES)压力之间的关系。 方法对脑干损伤后吞咽障碍患者(病例组)13例与健康志愿者(对照组)13例分别进行MFG检查,对比两组吞咽时的运动学与生物力学参数,分析两组运动学与生物力学参数之间的关系。 结果病例组舌根与下咽部的压力峰值、压力上升速率、舌骨向前位移低于对照组,病例组UES的最大开放幅度、开放后压力峰值、开放持续时间低于对照组。病例组舌根部与下咽部的收缩持续时间、UES松弛残余压高于照组。对照组舌骨向前位移与UES松弛残余压成负相关;病例组舌骨向前位移分别与舌根部压力峰值、下咽部压力峰值成正相关。 结论MFG可以同时使用吞咽造影和高分辨率咽腔测压评估吞咽功能,可作为临床一种精确、全面的定量评估吞咽功能的方法。  相似文献
