强骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

目的评价强骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效和安全性。方法随机将62例患者分为治疗组32例(口服强骨胶囊)和对照组30例(口服α-D3组),观察治疗前后临床症状总疗效,积分,骨密度和血生化指标变化。结果治疗组显效率为46.88%,对照组为30%,有显著性差异(P<0.05);总有效率和积分变化无显著差异(P>0.05)。双能X线骨密度测定:两组用药后骨密度均有上升,治疗前后治疗组股骨颈、股骨粗隆骨密度有非常显著差异(P<0.01);腰椎(L2~L4)骨密度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。血生化:两组血清碱性磷酸酶均有显著性差异(P<0.05);血清钙、血清磷无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论强骨胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效确切又安全,值得临床推广使用。  相似文献

目的:了解补肾壮骨胶囊对氢化可的松引起骨质疏松症雄性大鼠化指标的影响。方法:采用临床检验方法测定补壮骨胶囊对氢化可的松引起骨质疏松症雄性大鼠血清钙、磷、血清碱性磷酸酶的影响。结果:与空白组相比,模型对照组的血钙、血磷显著下降,碱性磷酸酶升高。与模型对照组相比,补肾壮骨胶囊高、低剂量组血钙、血磷显著升高,碱性磷酸酶下降。结果:补肾壮骨胶囊对氢化可的松引起雄性大鼠骨质疏松症有明显的防治作用。  相似文献

目的 观察仙灵骨藻胶囊结合钙尔奇D治疗女性绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效.方法 108例确诊患者随机分为3组:仙灵骨葆胶囊组每次3粒,每日2次(中药组),钙尔奇D组600mg,1天1次(西药组);仙灵骨葆胶囊合用钙尔奇D组(中西药结合组).各组治疗时间均为1个月,治疗前后检测血清骨代谢相关指标.结果 各组治疗后血清中碱性磷酸酶、血钙和血磷有所上升,与治疗前比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05);其中血钙西药组与中西药组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05);血磷中药组与中西药组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05).结论 仙灵骨葆胶囊合用钙尔奇D治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效确切.  相似文献

目的探析密盖息联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松症的疗效。方法将2011年4月~2017年12月在我院接受治疗的311例骨质疏松症患者作为研究对象,采用随机分配的方法进行分组,两组患者均给予钙尔奇-D治疗,对照组(n=155)增加密盖息治疗,观察组(n=156)给予密盖息联合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗有效性和安全性。结果通过比较两组的治疗有效率,发现观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05);通过对两组治疗前后骨密度的变化情况进行比较,发现治疗后两组患者的腰椎和股骨颈骨密度较治疗前均增加,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05);经比较两组治疗前后的骨代谢指标,发现治疗后两组的血清钙、血清磷、碱性磷酸酶较治疗前均增加,且观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05);经比较两组的用药安全性,观察组与对照组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论在骨质疏松症的临床治疗上,采用密盖息联合仙灵骨葆胶囊的方案进行治疗效果显著,可改善患者的骨密度和骨代谢,且安全性高,能够提升患者的生活质量,值得推广和应用。  相似文献

目的:以大鼠和小鼠观察骨松灵治疗骨质疏松症的药效。方法:采用小鼠扭体及耳廊肿胀,大鼠内芽肿,小鼠免疫器官及性器官增重,大鼠骨结构及钙磷含量测定等实验方法。结果:骨松灵能明显抑制小鼠耳廊肿胀及大鼠内芽组织增生;减少小鼠扭体次数;增加小鼠免疫器官的重量。减轻雌、雄性小鼠性器官的萎缩及重量减轻程度,能明显阻止髓腔面积增大及小梁骨面积减小;增加动物骨钙含量。结论:骨松灵具明确的抗炎止痛作用,能减轻性器官的萎缩程度;提高机体免疫力;通过调节钙磷代谢,保持骨矿含量,改善骨质疏松的骨结构,起到治疗骨质疏松的作用。  相似文献

目的探讨骨元肽结肠溶胶囊对去卵巢大鼠引起骨质疏松症的防治作用。方法采用切除大鼠双侧卵巢的方法建立大鼠骨质疏松症模型,以雌二醇(E2)作阳性对照,用放射免疫法检测大鼠血清中E2、骨钙素(BGP)、转化生长因子(TGF-β1);用生物化学的方法检测大鼠血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALK)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)和24h尿Ca、P,同时采用骨矿密度检测仪测定骨密度(BMD)。结果骨元肽结肠溶胶囊组可明显提高血清中E2、TGF-β,增加BMD,降低血清中ALK、BGP和24h尿Ca、P含量。结论骨元肽结肠溶胶囊具有提高雌激素作用,可有效抑制骨吸收,降低骨转化率,加强成骨细胞活性,增加骨密度。对去卵巢引起的大鼠骨质疏松症具有明显的防治作用。  相似文献

目的:研究健骨灵胶囊对维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠骨形态和骨代谢的作用.方法:建立维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松症模型,造模同时灌胃给予健骨灵胶囊0.18,0.36,0.72 g·kg-1·d-1,qd,连续给药29 d后,测定大鼠的骨形态学指标、血液生化学指标及24 h尿中钙(Ca)、磷(P)排泄量.结果:与模型组比较,健骨灵胶囊组大鼠骨小梁平均宽度、骨小梁面积、骨小梁骨细胞数、骨皮质平均宽度、股骨头平均灰度均显著增加;血清Ca、P、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)的含量显著增加,甲状旁腺激素(PTH)水平显著降低;尿中Ca和P排出量显著减少,大鼠股骨、卵巢和睾丸系数显著增加,大鼠的性腺组织学结构不同程度的得到改善.健骨灵胶囊的作用呈现一定的剂量依赖性.结论:健骨灵胶囊对维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠的骨形态和骨代谢有一定的改善作用.  相似文献

鲑鱼降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松疗效观察   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的观察鲑鱼降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法:对96例原发性骨质疏松症患者,应用鲑鱼降钙素50U隔日肌注一次,连续一个月,后改用鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂每日200U持续半年,同时每日口服元素钙1000mg。观察治疗前后腰椎骨密度的变化。结果:96例患者用药后总有效率为93.7;疼痛改善时间最快4h。治疗半年后腰背痛积分平均值明显降低(P<0.05),L1-4骨密度在治疗前后差异均有显著性。治疗后骨代谢生化指标比较,血碱性磷酸酶,骨钙素升高;尿羟脯氨酸/肌酐比值有明显降低(P<0.05),而尿钙/肌酐比值没有明显改变。结论:鲑鱼降钙素治疗原发性骨质疏松症可提高骨密度,改善骨代谢,能够较好的缓解骨质疏松症患者的自发性和负重性骨疼痛。  相似文献

目的观察复方补骨脂颗粒对维甲酸致骨质疏松症大鼠的影响,评价其治疗骨质疏松症的作用。方法将大鼠随机分为6组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组、模型对照组、复方补骨脂颗粒小剂量组、复方补骨脂颗粒中剂量组、复方补骨脂颗粒大剂量组及阳性药仙灵骨堡胶囊组,连服2周,观察大鼠的一般状况,体重、性腺器官的萎缩、血清碱性磷酸酶活性、骨灰重及骨钙含量等指标情况。结果复方补骨脂颗粒可明显改善维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠的一般状况,减缓体重和性腺器官的萎缩(P〈0.05或〈0.01),降低血清碱性磷酸酶活性(P〈0.01),增加骨质疏松大鼠骨灰重及骨钙含量(P〈0.01)。结论复方补骨脂颗粒对维甲酸致骨质疏松大鼠具有明显治疗作用。  相似文献

目的研究力骨胶囊预防和治疗维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松症的药效学。方法采用维甲酸致大鼠实验性骨质疏松模型 ,随机分组给药 ,检测实验鼠股骨密度、断裂载荷、湿重、干重等物理指标及相关生化指标。结果力骨胶囊能明显提高模型大鼠的股骨密度和断裂载荷 ,显著增加模型大鼠血清Ca、P、Mg水平 ,降低模型大鼠血清ALP水平及羟脯氨酸与肌酐比值 ,并增加模型大鼠的股骨湿重、干重、灰重、体积、长度、直径等。结论力骨胶囊可有效地预防和治疗维甲酸诱导的大鼠实验性骨质疏松  相似文献

Objective The standard extract of Pueraria Lobata(SEP)was extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Pueraria Lobata.and the anti-osteoporotic effect of SEP were evaluated in the paper.Methods The ovariotomied rats were used simulating osteoporosis model,and characterized from thighbone measurement,bone density,blood biochemistry assay,emiction biochemistry,bone morphology and womb pathology were also determined.Results The ovariotomy causes rats' weight,serum ALP,Strap,bone calcium element,emiction calcium element,emiction hydroxide praline increased;bone calcium content,bone density and rigidity,thighbone wet weight,dry weight and ash weight remarkably reduced;and the bone anti-bend intensity,the maximum bend strength decreased,the bone girder thinner,or even be broken.This indicates that ovariotomy causes rats lost bone calcium and got osteoporosis.One month after operation,SEP was provided subsequently for 12 weeks to different samples(medicament quantity 2.5,1.25,0.625 g·kg-1;model group;fake operational group and masculine medicament estrogen group).It was found that SEP can suppress the weight increase caused by ovariotomy,improved the thighbone metrology standard of the OVX rats(the bone calcium content 26.2%,20.1% and 15.7% separately);increase the thighbone density and rigidity,the thighbone wet weight,dry weight and ash weight;increased blood calcium,blood phosphorus,decreasing ALP,Strap,increasing serum estradiol level,reducing bone calcium content;improve the emiction biochemistry characteristics:decreased emiction calcium,emiction hydroxide proline ejection amount;improved the OVX rats thighbone biomechanics characteristic:increased the anti-band intensity and maximum bend strength.Conclusions SEP exerted upon an inhibited effects on osteoporosis caused by ovariotomy.  相似文献

The effects of ethylene glycol (EG) ingestion on calcium and phosphorus concentrations of bone and serum and changes in the urinary excretion of calcium, phosphorus, hydroxyproline, and citric acid were investigated in male albino rats. EG was administered po at a daily dose of 2 ml/kg for 6 days. Decreases were observed in calcium and phosphorus of bone, serum calcium, and urinary phosphorus and citric acid. Serum phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase activity, and urinary calcium and hydroxyproline were increased. The results indicate bone demineralization is an attempt to maintain serum calcium concentrations. The decreased citric acid excretion in the urine may explain the reason for the precipitation of oxalic acid with calcium, its deposition in the renal tubules, and its excretion in the urine. The hyperphosphatemia observed on EG administration was the result of the nephrotoxic effect of the glycol.  相似文献

目的 观察不同剂量卡托普利对抗小鼠维甲酸性骨质疏松的量效关系 ,探讨卡托普利抗骨质疏松的骨代谢作用特点及骨药理学作用机制。方法 用维甲酸 (10 5mg·kg-1)造成小鼠骨丢失为主的骨质疏松模型 4组 ,同时其中 3组再用 3种剂量卡托普利分别给药 ,实验过程监测体重 ,2wk后处死取肝、脾、胸腺称重 ,并取股骨进行骨干重、骨钙、磷、镁、锌、锰、硫及骨羟脯氨酸 (B HOP)的测定和比较。结果 维甲酸可造成小鼠骨丢失为主的骨质疏松 ,卡托普利可对抗维甲酸所致的小鼠骨横短径、骨基质的主要成分骨羟脯氨酸及骨矿物质的减少。结论 卡托普利可对抗维甲酸引起小鼠以骨钙、磷、镁和骨羟脯氨酸丢失为主的骨质疏松 ,其中尤以低剂量卡托普利 (6 2 5mg·kg-1)作用最显著  相似文献

The effects of 3-[bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl]-2-[4-(2-chlorophenyl)- piperazin-1-ylcarbonyl]-1-(2-dimethylamino ethyl) indole methanesulfonate (KW-8232) on the bone turnover in ovariectomized (OVX) rats were studied by the oral administration for 6 weeks. KW-8232 inhibited the decreased bone mineral densities of the femur and tibia in OVX rats. OVX induced the increase of serum alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin levels, markers of high bone turnover, and also increased urinary hydroxyproline, pyridinoline and deoxypyridinoline excretion, markers of bone resorption. KW-8232 significantly inhibited the increase of serum alkaline phosphatase level at doses of 10 and 30 mg/kg and the increase of osteocalcin level at a dose of 3 mg/kg. KW-8232 (1 mg/kg) markedly suppressed the OVX-induced increase of urinary hydroxyproline, pyridinoline and deoxypyridinoline excretion. KW-8232 didn't affect serum calcium level, but significantly decreased urinary calcium excretion at doses of 10 and 30 mg/kg. These results suggest that KW-8232 decreased bone loss in this model by suppressing bone resorption.  相似文献

Objective To search the effects of Bixieqianggupian(BXQBP)on osteoporosis.Methods The experimental models of osteoporosis(OP)induced by ovariectomy(OVX),retinoic acid(RA)and dexamethasone(DXM)in rats were introduced in this study.In the same time,the influence on tibia fracture healing in rats was also observed.Moreover,the anti-inflammation effects and analgesia of BXQBP in mice and rats were also studied.Results The body weight gain induced by OVX was prevented obviously by administering BXQBP.And serum estradiol and bone gla protein(BGP)were examined by RIA,and results showed that estradiol increased and BGP decreased.Bone mineral density(BMD),bone mineral content(BMC)and bone mass of femur had increased,moreover,calcium content of bone(monitored by atomic absorption)had been improved significantly after BXQBP administration.Furthermore,biomechanical characters of bone were measured by three point bending test,and the anti-bend intensity and maximum bend strength increased remarkably.The alkaline phosphatese(ALP)decreased.And amount of urine calcium(Ca)and hydroxyproline(HOP)decreased obviously.However,effect on the proliferation of endometria was not obvious.The RA induced OP model.Compared with model,the BMD and BMC increased markedly in BXQBP rats(i.g.30 days).And bone mass and calcium content were increased.Then BGP and ALP decreased by administering BXQBP.The anti-band intensity and maximum bend strength increased evidently.And ejection of urine Ca and HOP decreased obviously.The bone trabecula became thinner,and arranged in disorder in OP rats,however,the status was reversed obviously by administrating BXQBP.The OP model also induced by DXM in rats:Effect against weight losing caused by DXM was observed in groups of three doses(i.g.12 weeks)of BXQBP.And BMD,BMC,bone mass and calcium content increased evidently.The results showed that the fracture healing had been enhanced obviously at three doses(i.g.40 days),callus growth was promoted and bone rigidity was reinforced.Moreover,BXQBP had the anti-inflammation and analgesia effects in mice and rats.Conclusions These results indicated that BXQBP had an obviously protective effect on osteoporosis in experimental animals,and promoted the fracture healing.  相似文献

The present study was designed to explore the antiosteoporosis activity of the Indian black scorpion (Heterometrus bengalensis) venom on experimental osteoporosis female albino rats. Sham operated control rats were designated as Gr I, Gr II animals served as osteoporosis control, Gr III osteoporosis rats were treated with SV (1/25th of MLD), Gr IV osteoporosis rats were treated with 1/50th of MLD of SV and Gr V osteoporosis rats were treated with standard (calcium and vit-D3). As compared with the Gr I rats, the Gr II rats showed typical osteoporosis changes in increased of urinary Ca2+, PO43−, CRE, OH-P levels, serum/plasma Ca2+, PO43−, TRAP, IL1, IL6, TNFα and PTH level, bone Ca2+, PO43−, Mg2+, Zn2+ and decreased level of serum/plasma ALP, EST and PTH, bone Na+. In Gr III, Gr IV and Gr V rats, the osteoporosis changes of urine, serum and bone, were significantly restored as compared with the Gr II rats. The bone dimensions, morphology and histological changes observed in Gr II rats were restored in Gr III, Gr IV and Gr V rats. This study confirms that the Indian black scorpion venom may influence bone remodeling process by stimulating bone formation and reducing bone resorption process of osteogenesis.  相似文献

目的:探讨尿Crosslaps/Cr的测定对判断甲亢、糖尿病、骨质疏松患者骨代谢状况的临床价值。方法:ELISA检测甲亢、糖尿病、骨质疏松患者的尿Crosslaps/Cr,对骨质疏松患者进行血钙和24h尿钙、骨密度测定并与正常对照组比较。结果:甲亢患者的尿Crosslaps/Cr较正常对照组显著增高。2型糖尿病患者的尿Crosslaps/Cr与正常对照组之间无显著性差异。骨质疏松患者尿Crosslaps/Cr与骨密度无相关性,血钙和24h尿钙都与股骨颈的骨密度呈显著正相关。结论:尿Crosslaps/Cr测定是临床观察代谢性骨病骨转换动态变化的重要指标。  相似文献

目的 观察金雀异黄酮对实验性骨质疏松后骨折大鼠的骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)和血清骨代谢生化指标的影响。方法 采用SD雌性大鼠去双侧卵巢8周后建立骨质疏松后骨折模型,给予金雀异黄酮及雌二醇灌胃.分别于骨折后7天、14天、28天监测大鼠骨折段骨密度及其形态学改变,检测血清骨碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清钙(Ca)、血清磷(P)等骨代谢生化指标。结果 骨质疏松后骨折大鼠采用金雀异黄酮治疗后骨密度明显升高,且形成骨痂较多.与阴性对照组的差异具有统计学意义(P〈0、05),与雌二醇组无显著性差异。雌二醇组和金雀异黄酮组血清ALP活性低于阴性对照组。结论 金雀异黄酮能促进骨质疏松后骨折的愈合。  相似文献

目的:观察益骨胶囊对骨质疏松(OP)模型大鼠形态学及血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF -α)水平的影响。方法:将大鼠分为假手术组、模型组和治疗组,模型组和治疗组大鼠切除双侧卵巢建立OP模型,之后测定各组骨密度;取骨组织脱钙切片观察骨形态学;采用放射免疫法测定血清E2 和TNF -α水平。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组骨密度及血清E2 水平降低,血清TNF -α水平升高(P<0. 01) ;与模型组比较,治疗组骨形态明显改善,骨密度及血清E2 水平增加,血清TNF -α水平降低(P<0 .05或P<0. 01) ,与假手术组接近。结论:益骨胶囊能有效改善OP模型大鼠的骨质疏松状况。  相似文献
