骨元肽结肠溶胶囊对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的防治作用

目的探讨骨元肽结肠溶胶囊对去卵巢大鼠引起骨质疏松症的防治作用。方法采用切除大鼠双侧卵巢的方法建立大鼠骨质疏松症模型,以雌二醇(E2)作阳性对照,用放射免疫法检测大鼠血清中E2、骨钙素(BGP)、转化生长因子(TGF-β1);用生物化学的方法检测大鼠血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALK)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)和24h尿Ca、P,同时采用骨矿密度检测仪测定骨密度(BMD)。结果骨元肽结肠溶胶囊组可明显提高血清中E2、TGF-β,增加BMD,降低血清中ALK、BGP和24h尿Ca、P含量。结论骨元肽结肠溶胶囊具有提高雌激素作用,可有效抑制骨吸收,降低骨转化率,加强成骨细胞活性,增加骨密度。对去卵巢引起的大鼠骨质疏松症具有明显的防治作用。

The protective and therapeutic effects of colon dissolving capsule of guyuang peptide on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats

Aim To investigate the treatment effects of colon dissolving capsule of Guyuang peptide on osteo-porosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods The rat models of osteoporosis were induced by ovariectomy and treated with colon dissolving capsule of Guyuang peptide in experimental groups and estradiol in positive control group.The serum levels of estradiol(E2),osteocalcine(BGP)and transforming growth factors (TGF-β1)of rat models were measured by radioimmunoassay. Serum levels of alkaline phosphatase(ALK),calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P)and Ca,P in 24 h urine were tested by biochemical automatic instrument. The bone mineral density (BMD)were determined by BMD mensurating instrument. Result The colon dissolving capsule of Guyuang peptide were significantly increased the serum levels of E2,TGF-β1,and BMD,decreased the serum levels of ALK and BGP. Conclusions The colon dissolving capsule of Guyuang peptide can treat osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats by increasing the serum estrogen ,inhibiting bone resorption,decreasing bone turnover rate, improving activities of osteoblasts and enhancing bone mineral density.
