摘    要:目的:本实验对大鼠灌胃黄芪提取物及阳性对照药物(番茄红素)后,对其进行一次性无适应性急性大强度运动,通过测定分析各组大鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)的指标,阐述中药黄芪对大鼠氧自由基代谢的影响,并初步探讨其机制。方法:将50只大鼠随机分为5组,空白对照组每天自由进水饮食;黄芪高、中、低量组每天分别灌胃10g/kg、5g/kg和2.5g/kg的黄芪提取物,自由进水饮食;阳性药物对照组每天灌胃番茄红素5mg,自由进水饮食,灌胃21d,最后一次灌胃后立刻给大鼠负重,进行一次无适应性急性大强度运动,直至力竭后立即股动脉取血,并测得结果。结果:服用黄芪和阳性药物的两组对于空白对照组,其血液中SOD、GSH和MDA含量明显良性变化。结论:本实验中服用黄芪提取物后大鼠抗氧化的能力明显升高,MDA水平显著降低,表明黄芪提取物能有效提高机体的抗氧化能力,提高对自由基的清除能力,并减轻运动所引起的脂质过氧化损伤和氧化应激。

Abstract:Objective:To this experiment to rat stomach astragalus extracts and filling the positive control drugs(lycopene),the one-time without adaptive acute high intensity exercise,through the analysis of the rats were the serum SOD,glutathione(GSH) and malondialdehyde(MDA) index,this paper expounds the traditional Chinese medicine HuangQi to rat oxygen free radical metabolism influence,and discussed its mechanism.Methods:50 rats and then assigned to 5 groups,blank control group free water every day diet;Astragalus high,middle and low quantity group daily,irrigation stomach 10 g/kg,5 g/kg and 2.5 g/kg astragalus root extract,free water diet;Positive drug control filling every day stomach lycopene 5mg,free food into water,irrigation stomach 21 days,the last time immediately after filling the stomach rats weight,a big strength without adaptive acute exercise until exhaustion femoral artery immediately after take blood,the results.Results:Taking the drugs and astragalus positive two groups for blank control group,the blood SOD,GSH and MDA was obviously positive change.Conclusion:This experiment taking astragalus extract rats after antioxidant capacity increased significantly,MDA were significantly reduced,it shows that astragalus extract can effectively enhance the antioxidation ability of,improve the ability of free radical clear,and to alleviate movement caused by the lipid peroxidation damage and oxidative stress.
