目的通过观察OSAHS患者血清内脂素、血糖、甘油三酯水平的变化,探讨糖脂代谢紊乱与0sAHS的相关性。方法选择OsAHS患者45例,轻度OSAHS患者组20例,中重度0sAHS患者组25例。选择正常对照组20例。采取酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定空腹血清内脂素的浓度,常规检测血糖、甘油三酯。结果轻度及中重度OSAHS组与正常对照组比较,血清内脂素水平均升高(F=38.59,P〈0.01);中重度OsAHS组与轻度OSAHS组比较,血清内脂素水平升高(t=2.93,P〈0.01)。轻度OSAHS组与正常对照组比较,甘油三酯水平升高(t=2.97,P〈0.01)。血糖升高不明显(t=1.58,P〉O.05);中重度0sAHS组与正常对照组比较,甘油三酯、血糖水平均升高(t=4.26,3.01,P值均〈0.01)。中重度0sAHs组与轻度0sAHS组比较,甘油三酯、血糖水平升高(t=3.12,2.93,P值均〈O.01)。血清内脂素与反映睡眠呼吸严重程度的指标有相关性(r=0.83,0.615,0.715,0.642,0.710,P值均〈O.01)。结论0sAHS患者存在血清内脂素、血糖、甘油三酯水平的异常,且与OSAHS的病情严重程度相关,说明0SAHS与糖脂代谢紊乱具有相关性。 相似文献

目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关高血压(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea associated hypertension,OSAHAHT)患者血清过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)和丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)水平的变化.方法 选择OSAHS患者24例,OSAHAHT患者21例;正常对照组23名,测定血清CAT、GSH-PX、MDA水平.并与睡眠呼吸监测指标进行相关分析.结果 与正常对照组比较,OSAHS组及OSAHAHT组血清CAT、GSH-PX活性均降低(P<0.01),MDA浓度均升高(P<0.01).OSAHS及OSAHAHT患者血清CAT、GSH-PX、MDA水平与反映睡眠呼吸暂停严重程度的指标有相关性(P<0.01).结论 OSAHS患者存在CAT、GSH-PX、MDA水平的变化,且与OSAHS的病情严重程度相关;氧化应激及氧化损伤在OSAHAHT患者中更明显. 相似文献

Methods All observed subjects were divided into 3 groups: control group (n=20),OS-AHS group(n=19),OSAHS + HT group (n=21). Plasma 8-iso-PGF2αand serum CRP concentrations levels were measured by ELISA and were compared.
