Objectlve To analysis the changes of white matter fiber in autistic disorder.Methods Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)data were obtained from 18 autistic children and 10 age-,sex-and intelligent quotient matched normal controls.Voxel-based analysis Was applied to assess the fractional anisotropy(FA)in cerebral tissues.Results Compared with the controls,the FA values in autistic children were significantly decreased in the white matter of right inferior frontal gyrus,left middle frontal gyrus and right inferior temporal gyms,and increased in the white matter of left superior parietal lobule(P<0.001).Furthermore.the white matter changes on left middie frontal gyrus were significandy correlated with the scores of Childhond Autism Rming Scale(CARS)in autistic children(r=-0.63,P=0.005).Conclusion The white matter integrity is probably disconnected in many brain regions in children with autistic disorder.  相似文献

目的 分析高功能孤独症患儿的全脑白质纤维的完整性.方法 对18例高功能孤独症患儿(病例组)以及10名年龄、性别、智商与病例组相匹配的健康儿童(对照组)进行全脑弥散张量成像(DTI)测量;应用基于体素的分析方法,比较两组全脑各向异性分数(FA)的差异.使用Spearman相关分析,分析病例组各感兴趣区FA值与儿章期孤独症评定表(CARS)总分及各项目之间的关系.结果 与对照组相比,病例组右侧额下回、左侧额中回及右侧颞下回邻近白质的FA值低(分别为0.67±0.10、0.57±0.09、0.50 ±0.12),左顶上小叶邻近白质的FA值高(0.55±0.15;P<0.001).病例组左额中回邻近白质的FA值与CARS中的与非生命物体的关系的得分呈负相关(r=-0.63,P=0.005).结论 高功能孤独症患儿多个部位的脑白质纤维的完整性受到破坏.  相似文献

目的 探讨注意缺陷多动障碍患儿父母的依恋特征.方法 用亲密关系经历量表、关系问卷和自制的一般情况表对164名注意缺陷多动障碍患儿的父母与328名正常儿童的父母施测.结果 父亲依恋类型病例组安全型(43.9%)低于对照组(52.4%),轻视型(41.5%)高于正常组(34.1%),倾注型(12.2%)高于对照组(8.0%),害怕型(2.4%)低于对照组(5.5%),差异无统计学意义(X2=3.888,P>0.05);母亲依恋类型病例组安全型(40.2%)低于对照组(50.0%),轻视型(30.5%)低于正常组(32.3%),倾注型(20.7%)高于对照组(l0.4%),害怕型(8.5%)高于对照组(7.3%),差异无统计学意义(X2=5.526,P>0.05).病例组父亲焦虑、父亲回避、母亲焦虑、母亲回避评分[分别为(3.44±0.97)分,(3.70±0.57)分,(3.37±0.87)分,(3.74±0.68)分]与对照组[分别为(3.37±0.82)分,(3.72±0.57)分,(3.36±0.83)分,(3.64±0.59)分]差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).结论 注意缺陷多动障碍患儿父母的依恋特征与正常儿童父母的依恋特征无差异.  相似文献

目的:探讨高功能孤独障碍儿童是否存在抑制功能缺陷。方法:运用反应/不反应任务对33名符合美国精神病学会《精神障碍诊断和统计手册》第4版(DSM-Ⅳ)男性高功能孤独障碍儿童和19名对照组儿童进行抑制功能测试,同时采用功能性近红外光学成像技术(near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)测量并比较两组儿童在执行抑制任务时大脑前额叶的含氧血红蛋白含量的差异,运用多变量方差分析进行统计。结果:高功能孤独障碍儿童在执行不反应任务中的误按数[(6.03±4.82)vs.(2.84±1.61)]及平均反应时[(564.55±124.90)msvs.(473.63±45.63)ms]均高于对照组(P0.05)。控制智商因素后,两组的平均反应时差异仍有统计学意义(P0.05)。NIRS显示高功能孤独障碍儿童执行抑制任务时的右侧前额叶含氧血红蛋白激活量较正常对照组降低[(-0.34±0.45)10-2×a.uvs.(0.15±0.69)10-2×a.u],差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:高功能孤独障碍儿童存在抑制功能缺陷。  相似文献

目的:对比分析高功能孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童青少年患者的全脑白质结构网络的拓扑属性特征。方法:对36例6~16岁高功能ASD患者以及39例年龄、性别以及智商相匹配的正常发育儿童对照组(TD组)进行弥散张量成像(DTI)扫描,在纤维追踪技术的基础上运用基于图论的分析方法分析两组被试脑网络的拓扑属性值,并进一步探讨高功能ASD儿童青少年脑网络拓扑属性特征值与年龄以及临床症状之间的相关性。结果:与TD组相比,高功能ASD儿童青少年脑结构网络的全局拓扑属性异常,表现为局部效率(Eloc)(P=0.02)和校正集群系数(γ)的显著降低(P=0.00)。结论:儿童青少年期高功能ASD全脑白质结构网络存在着小世界属性;与TD组相比,高功能ASD组全脑局部信息处理效率降低。  相似文献

抽动障碍儿童亲子依恋特点的初步研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:探讨抽动障碍儿童的亲子依恋特点。方法:采用儿童依恋量表对47名抽动障碍儿童与83名正常儿童进行测试,对比各维度评分;采用耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表(YGTSS)对抽动障碍儿童进行症状评估;将抽动障碍儿童的依恋评分与抽动严重程度进行相关分析和比较。结果:抽动障碍组儿童的父亲依赖度(3.05±0.67)分、母亲依赖度(3.13±0.61)分、母亲亲近度(2.71±0.54)分、父子安全性依恋(2.80±0.56)分及母子安全性依恋(2.93±0.47)分总分均低于对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);抽动严重程度与依恋量表各维度未见明显相关性。结论:抽动障碍儿童亲子安全性依恋水平低于正常儿童。  相似文献
