基于CiteSpace的结直肠癌患者生命质量研究

目的：通过中英文文献了解结直肠癌患者生命质量研究现状及发展趋势。方法：运用CiteSpace对中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库、Web of Science核心数据集、PubMed、Cochrane Library中收录的关于结直肠癌患者生命质量研究的中英文文献进行可视化分析。结果：检索得到中文文献1 285篇，英文文献871篇，中英文文献发文量均呈上升趋势，相关研究关注的重点主要是结直肠癌患者造口、抑郁、免疫、肠道功能、化疗及化疗药物，但机构之间、学者之间合作程度及研究类型等方面存在一定差异。结论：中文文献相关研究起步晚、发展快，但在研究质量与研究深度等方面与英文文献相比还有一定差距；国内学者之间、机构之间应加强合作，关心患者肠道功能、心理状况，提高患者体力活动水平，开展更多高质量研究。     

Les répercussions psychiques du cancer chez l’adolescent et le jeune adulte – AJA – et la famille : revue de la littérature narrative

Adolescent and young adult cancer – AYA – enters a period of life during which a dynamic developmental process takes place, particularly with the existential issues of separation-individualization and empowerment at stake. The experience of cancer is in fact a major ordeal, a major upheaval not only for the young person but also for his entire family. This review of the narrative literature aims to take stock of current knowledge on the psychological repercussions of serious illness on the AYA and his family. After presenting results, we will propose recommendations for the clinic and avenues for future research.     

中医药治疗慢性前列腺炎研究概况

综述近年中医药治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床研究,认为本病病因病机之核心在于脾肾亏虚为本,湿热、痰浊、瘀毒为标,病久则伤及脾肾,由实转虚。中医内治法主要以辨证论治、辨病论治或单方验方为主,外治法以中药洗浴、中药灌肠、肛门给药、针灸为主。中医药治疗本病优势明显。应继续完善对中医药作用机制的认识,制订统一的辨证论治及疗效评价标准,针对效果显著的名方开展研究。

基于文献可视化软件的中药治疗糖尿病足知识图谱分析

目的:探索和发现中药治疗糖尿病足领域的热点话题和研究前沿。方法：检索中国知网已发表的中药治疗糖尿病足文献(日期:自建库至2019年6月3日),运用文献可视化软件(CiteSpaceⅤ)绘制中药治疗糖尿病足的知识图谱,进行文献关键词共现分析及聚类分析。结果:该关键词共现聚类网络由909个节点,1 241条边组成,被分成24个聚类。研究热点是:1)中西医结合疗法治疗糖尿病足;2)中药足浴。研究前沿是:1)穴位注射;2)活血化瘀清热解毒疗法。结论:中药治疗糖尿病足的未来之路是注重中医疗法的基础上进行中西医结合,且需更多高质量的证据支持。     

When should patients begin ambulating following lower limb split skin graft surgery? A systematic review

Pretibial lacerations and lower limb wounds are referred to plastic surgery teams for split skin graft surgery. Traditionally, these patients have been immobilised on bedrest following surgery. More recently, patients have commenced ambulation earlier to avoid medical complications and facilitate discharge. The objective of this literature review was to determine when such patients should begin walking. A literature search was undertaken using the electronic databases AMED, Cinahl, Embase, Medline (via Ovid), PEDro and Pubmed. Clinical trials using human subjects, written in English, were included. Seventeen (of 1137) papers met the inclusion criteria and were reviewed. The literature suggested that patients should begin walking immediately or at the earliest possible opportunity after lower limb skin graft surgery. Although the literature advocated early ambulation, the evidence base presented with a number of recurrent methodological limitations, including small sample sizes, lack of a control sample, and limited follow-up. Accordingly, further research employing large, well-designed, randomised controlled trials is recommended. It will then be possible to understand with greater certainty when patients should begin walking after lower extremity split skin graft surgery.

分析了中小型图书馆文献编目质量规范方面的问题,对提高编目人员的规范意识、编目数据著录规范、学习与使用标目法与机读目录格式、数据格式标准化及标目规范控制工作范围、制定编目规范控制细则等五个方面进行了探讨.     

Attention to Color: An Analysis of Selection, Controlled Search, and Motor Activation, Using Event-Related Potentials

In this study the organization of information processing in a selective search task was examined by analyzing event-related potentials. This task consisted of searching for target letters in a relevant (attended) color. The ERPs revealed two different effects of attention: an early occipital negativity (+/- 150 ms) reflecting feature-specific attention, and a later, central N2b component (+/- 240 ms) reflecting covert orienting of attention. A later, prolonged negativity (search-related negativity) (+/- 300 ms), maximal at Cz, was related to controlled search to letters in the attended color. Detection of relevant targets resulted in a parietal P3b component. Depending on stimulus presentation conditions an earlier response to both attended and unattended targets was found: an N2 component (+/- 250 ms). In these same conditions, C'3-C'4 asymmetries (Corrected Motor Asymmetries--CMA) suggested motor activation at +/- 300 ms, in the same time range as search-related negativity. It was argued that N2 and CMA suggest the existence of a preattentive target detection system, operating in parallel with a slower serial attentive system, as reflected by N2b and search negativity.
