一测多评法(quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker,QAMS)已成熟应用于中药材、中药提取物及中成药领域等中药复杂体系的质量评价研究中,有效解决了因对照品缺乏而导致的多指标质控技术推广难问题。本文查阅近五年的国内外研究文献,重点总结了高效液相色谱、气相色谱和质谱等技术在QAMS法中药质量控制中的应用。高效液相色谱联用紫外检测器(UV)技术应用最为广泛,最适合于中药QAMS法定量,结果稳定、准确;而高效液相色谱联用蒸发光检测器在中药QAMS法应用中,其测定准确性和适用性仍然需进一步探索和验证。液质联用技术虽然具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽等优点,但易受仪器参数、基质效应等的影响。进一步发展HPLC-UV技术在中成药制剂质量评价中的应用,是QAMS法多成分定量值得关注的方向;探索LC-MS和GC技术在中药QAMS质量评价中的稳定性和普适性是未来将面临的挑战。  相似文献

Analytical procedure for detection and quantification of etaqualone in human blood and urine using GC–MS/MS was established and applied to authentic human samples obtained from volunteers. A liquid–liquid extraction method was employed. Each 1.0 mL of blood or urine was alkalized and extracted with diethyl ether. The solvent layer was evaporated to dryness and reconstituted with methanol then analyzed by GC–MS/MS. linear relationships within the concentration range of 1–100 ng/mL were obtained in calibrators for both blood and urine, demonstrating correlation coefficients values being>0.999. For blood and urine samples, the intra-day assay precision and accuracy values are each less than 3.65%, 7.13%, and 6.02%, 9.12%; those values of the inter-day assay are each less than 1.82%, 6.74%, and 3.99%, 7.41%. The extraction recovery rates for etaqualone ranged from 98.7% to 106%. The lower limit of quantifications was 1.0 ng/mL in both blood and urine. Stabilities of etaqualone in blood and urine were satisfactory under various temperatures within 15 days. 8.51 and 2.06 ng/mL of etaqualone in blood and urine were detected at 4 h later oral ingestion; 6.91 and 3.94 ng/mL of etaqualone were also detected 30 min and 2 h later smoking from blood and urine.  相似文献

BackgroundGastric cancer (GC) is a leading cause of cancer-related death in the world and most patients have advanced disease upon presentation. The effect of age on prognosis in GC is controversial. We aimed to determine the impact of age on survival in patients with GC.MethodsThis was a retrospective study of the medical records of Lebanese patients diagnosed with GC at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC) between 2005 and 2014. Patients were divided into young (<65 years) and older groups (≥65 years). A multivariate analysis was done to determine the independent predictors of survival. Kaplan-Meier method was used for analysis of long-term survival outcomes.ResultsThe sample consisted of 156 patients. The mean age was 62.15 (SD 13.54). Most patients presented with stage 4 disease (62.2%) and poorly differentiated histology (66.4%). The most common symptoms were abdominal pain and weight loss. On bivariate analysis, advanced stage (P=0.02) and higher grade (P=0.04) were associated with increased mortality. Patients <65 years of age were significantly more likely to have poorly differentiated tumours, while patients ≥65 years had more comorbidities (P=0.001). The 5-year DFS were 35% and 37% for patients <65 years of age and ≥65 years of age, respectively (P=0.15).ConclusionsHigher grade and advanced stage are associated with worse survival in patients with GC, but age did not seem to have an impact. Screening high risk patients and early diagnosis are necessary to improve survival.  相似文献

目的评价锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)及三维重建技术对儿童上颌前部埋伏多生牙定位的价值,为临床提供准确的治疗措施。方法选择2017年6月-2018年9月来本院就诊上颌骨内埋伏牙儿童患者263例行锥形束CT扫描,获取牙体表面三维立体图像及任意平面图像和任意曲面体层图像,从多个角度显示埋伏牙的形态、大小、萌出方向、唇腭侧位置及与邻牙位置的关系。结果263例患儿312颗上颌前部埋伏多生牙252颗位于腭侧,50颗位于唇侧,10颗位于牙槽骨中部;牙冠正向生长77颗,牙冠倒置生长154颗,牙冠横向生长81颗。所有患者顺利完成手术,术前诊断与术中结果完全一致,准确率为100%。结论锥形束CT是精确定位儿童上颌前部埋伏多生牙有效方法,可直接、准确地反映埋伏多生牙的位置,为临床诊断和治疗提供可靠信息。  相似文献

目的探讨微型种植体支抗治疗青少年口腔正畸的临床效果。方法纳入襄阳市中医医院口腔科100例青少年口腔正畸治疗患者。随机数字表分组,传统正畸疗法组对就诊青少年口腔正畸患者根据以往的常规治疗方法进行正畸治疗,微型种植体支抗治疗组则采用的是微型种植体支抗进行口腔的正畸干预。比对两组疗效;患者对牙齿矫正后外观的满意度评分;施治前后患者磨牙出现移位的距离、上中切牙倾角以及凸距的差值;牙齿松动发生比例。结果微型种植体支抗治疗组疗效、患者对牙齿矫正后外观的满意度评分、磨牙出现移位的距离、上中切牙倾角以及凸距的差值相比传统正畸疗法组有优势,P<0.05。微型种植体支抗治疗组牙齿松动发生比例低于传统正畸疗法组,P<0.05。结论对于需要进行正畸治疗的患者而言,在治疗过程,选择微型种植体支抗治疗可获得良好的效果,其进行正畸治疗的效果更为满意且不良情况出现率更少。  相似文献

The presence of dental abnormalities in the same individual may be related to syndromic cases and occur through associated systemic changes. Kabuki syndrome presents well‐defined systemic changes, but its clinical characteristics related to the oral cavity have not been fully explained. This study aimed to report the dental changes in a child diagnosed with Kabuki syndrome. A male brown patient aged 2 years and 7 months, accompanied by his mother to the dental visit, they main complaint was the presented of an additional tooth behind upper right central incisor. Anamnesis, intra‐ and extraoral examinations, and dental X‐rays were performed, revealing a talon cusp. Considering the dental clinical findings, the patient was referred to a medical geneticist who additionally requested cardiological and genetic examinations, which established the Kabuki syndrome. The caregivers were advised that the talon cusp would not cause any injury to the natural exfoliation of the tooth and that oral hygiene should be performed carefully. Abnormalities in the oral cavity and developmental delay may be associated with a potential undiagnosed syndrome. The medical evaluation becomes decisive for investigation, diagnosis, and final conduct of the case.  相似文献

Milk remains one of the most frequently recommended solutions for storage of avulsed teeth because it can maintain cell viability and is easily accessible. However, some negative effects of milk on avulsed teeth have been reported, just as the effects of milk on the long‐term functions of cells are not clear. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different types of milk on the viability, proliferation, and functions of periodontal ligament fibroblasts (PDLF)s in vitro. Human PDLFs were culture‐medium depleted for 5 min and stored in Hanks’ balanced salt solution (HBSS), whole cow's milk, low‐fat cow's milk, or almond milk for 1 h at 25°C. Cell viability and proliferation were assessed using MTT assays. Expression of the genes encoding type I collagen and its modifying enzymes were analyzed using real‐time PCR. Collagen matrix production was evaluated using Picrosirius red polarization. Our results showed the overall efficiency of low‐fat cow's milk in maintaining the viability and proliferation of PDLFs, and in enhancing the process of collagen production. Almond milk storage resulted in the highest rate of PDLF proliferation, and comparable collagen biosynthesis ability to the control. Therefore, besides low‐fat cow's milk, almond milk may potentially be an alternative tooth‐storage medium for PDLF preservation and PDL tissue regeneration.  相似文献
