目的研究妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2008年3月~2013年3月在我院接受治疗的70例妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化患者的临床资料。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组患者的切口愈合时间和平均住院时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论采取微波治疗法对妇产科腹部手术切口脂肪液化进行治疗,疗效明显优于常规治疗方法,且能够极大缩短切口愈合时间和住院时间,具有临床推广价值。  相似文献

Reduced calcium absorption is a risk factor for osteoporosis. This study examined factors associated with fractional calcium absorption (FCA) and net calcium absorption in postmenopausal women in a post hoc analysis of three completed dual-isotope studies. Data were analyzed from 50 postmenopausal women undergoing 121 inpatient research visits in three studies evaluating changes in FCA related to correction of vitamin D insufficiency (n=19), use of proton pump inhibitors (n=21), and use of aromatase inhibitors to treat breast cancer (n=10). Net calcium absorption was the product of FCA and total calcium intake in milligrams per day. Variables included subjects' age, race, body mass index, serum calcium, creatinine, parathyroid hormone, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D, 25-hydroxyvitamin D, and habitual intake of kilocalories, protein, fat, carbohydrate, fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium, oxalate, phosphorus, potassium, and vitamin D based on outpatient diet diaries. In multivariate models, subjects' age, dietary intake of kilocalories, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, calcium, and potassium were significant predictors of FCA. In multiple variable models predicting net calcium absorption, dietary intake of kilocalories, fat, fiber, calcium, potassium, and serum 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D were significant. The square of the correlation between actual and predicted values (an approximation of R2) was 0.748 for FCA and 0.726 for net calcium absorption. Similar to other studies, this study found that age, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D, and dietary calcium and fat were associated with calcium absorption. Dietary intake of kilocalories, carbohydrates, and potassium were new factors that were significantly associated with FCA and net calcium absorption. In summary, the study suggests that several dietary habits play a role in calcium absorption, beyond vitamin D and calcium.  相似文献

Over the past three decades, the potential effects of lifestyle interventions targeting changes in body weight and composition (weight, body mass index, fat mass, waist circumference) among adults with an intellectual disability (ID) have been examined in various systematic reviews. Nevertheless, since the middle of the 1980s, the potential effects of these interventions for youth with an ID remain an open question. The purpose of this article is to review the effects of lifestyle interventions targeting changes in body weight and composition among youth with an ID. This review will focus on changes in body weight and composition, healthy lifestyle, and secondary health conditions. A systematic review of English- and French-language studies, published between 1981 and 2013, was performed on Academic Search Complete, PsycARTICLES, Medline and Scopus. The nine studies included in this review focused mainly on: a sample with a wide age range (e.g., 7–22 years); males; overweight-obese youth having a mild-to-moderate ID with Down or Prader-Willi syndrome; physical activity interventions; cohort pre- and post-test designs with/without a control group; and changes in body weight and composition. Taken together, results from these studies suggest successful changes in weight, body mass index and fat mass. However, intervention effects on healthy lifestyle and secondary health conditions are scarce and inconclusive. Given the weaknesses of the reviewed studies, the present findings should be considered preliminary and indicative of the need for future research.  相似文献

Orange by-products from juice extraction are generally discarded or used in animal feed due to their low market value. However, orange by-products show potential as dietary fiber (DF) and fat replacers in products such as yogurt. This study assessed the benefits of using orange by-products in DF-enriched materials such as DF powders (OP) and micronized DF with ball-milling (MDF). The study also investigated the effects of adding different levels of OP and MDF on the quality of low-fat yogurt. Results show that MDF showed better physicochemical and functional properties than OP, and that 2% MDF as a fat replacer in yogurt retained most of the textural and sensory properties of full-fat yogurt. Therefore, this study showed that MDF is a promising alternative as a fat replacer in low-fat yogurt, without sacrificing good taste and other qualities of full-fat yogurt.  相似文献
