Moisture problems in buildings have in a number of studies been shown to increase the risk for respiratory symptoms. The study Dampness in Buildings and Health (DBH) was initiated with the aim to identify health relevant exposures related to dampness in buildings. A questionnaire study about home environment with a focus on dampness problems and health was conducted in one county of Sweden (8,918 homes, response rate 79%). Building characteristics that were associated with one or more of the dampness indicators were for single-family houses, older houses, flat-roofed houses built in the 1960s and 1970s, houses with a concrete slab on the ground that were built before 1983. Moreover, tenancy and earlier renovation due to mould or moisture problems was strongly associated with dampness. A perception of dry air was associated with window-pane condensation, e.g. humid indoor air. 相似文献

目的: 运用近红外光谱(NIR)技术对姜黄丸水分进行快速测定。方法: 采集不同批次姜黄丸样品的近红外光谱图,结合OPUS软件进行预处理,在7 552.3~6 707.5 cm-1,6 699.8~5 538.8 cm-1,5 515.7~4 204.3 cm-1谱段内,选择8个主成分,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立姜黄丸水分近红外定量模型。结果: 所建模型相关系数(R2)为0.998 6,交互验证均方根偏差(RMSECV)为0.233,仪器精密度及样品重复性良好,所建模型可以准确测出姜黄丸水分含量。结论: 该方法具有快速、准确、简便的特点,可以用于大批量姜黄丸水分含量的快速在线检测。 相似文献

The rates of moisture sorption and the resultant effect on stability of a moisture-sensitive drug blended or formulated with different components are addressed. Total moisture increase was determined by weight gain, and change in mobile water level by water activity measurements. Equilibrium relative humidity is a useful tool in predicting the stability of a moisture-sensitive drug in solid dosage forms. Since immobile water is perceived not to react chemically, the amount of mobile water rather than total water is the critical parameter in degradation reactions involving hydrolysis. Materials that have a high capacity for binding water equilibrate more slowly to higher levels of mobile water and consequently show greater chemical compatibility with a moisture-sensitive drug than materials with lower binding capacities for water. 相似文献

Reproducible and reliable cryopreservation of blood cells by freeze-drying is a difficult goal to achieve. During the freeze-drying process of cells, their cell membrane or macromolecular contents are susceptible to damage. In this paper, the general process of freeze-drying as a means to achieve cryopreservation is described.In order to guarantee reproducible and reliable cryopreservation by freeze-drying, it is essential to: (a) recognise the physicochemical and technical parameters which affect the quality/activity of freeze-dried blood cells and constituents and (b) have knowledge of the quantitative interrelationships between these parameters.To ensure an optimal process it is necessary for instrumentation to be supplemented with computer control and vacuum lock sampling. In the preservation of structural and functional integrity of cells, residual water left after freeze-drying is crucial. 湿热交换过滤器预防术中病人低体温的临床研究 总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10
目的:探讨湿热交换过滤器(heat and moisture exchanger and filter,HMEF)预防术中全麻病人低体温的临床应用价值。方法:择期颅脑手术的成年病人60例,随机分为A、B两组,每组30例。置入直肠温度探测头接Datex Ⅱ型多功能监测仪持续监测体温。观察组(A组)在气管导管与呼吸回路间安置HMEF,对照组(B组)则不放置。将两组间体温的变化进行比较。结果:A组在诱导后、术中于术毕体温也有下降,但组间各期比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。B组在诱导后60分钟时体温下降最为明显,为2.6℃,与A组(1.4℃)同期比较有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。术毕寒战发生率两组间相比也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:使用湿热交换过程过滤器的预防术中低体温的作用。 相似文献
