BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: We have widely used a Ho:YAG laser to treat bullae thoracoscopically. STUDY DESIGN/MATERIALS AND METHODS: Bullae with broad necks were treated with a Ho:YAG laser thoracoscopically. Because one patient relapsed after application of fibrin glue in the early period, a DEXON (polyglycolic acid) mesh patch soaked in fibrin glue was used through a 2-cm opening in the subsequent cases. Lastly, gelatin-resorcinol formaldehyde-glutaraldehyde (GRFG) glue was applied through a 5-mm opening instead of a DEXON mesh after coagulation. RESULTS: In the 38 patients patched with DEXON mesh soaked in fibrin glue and 56 patched with GRFG glue after coagulation, none relapsed. CONCLUSION: Combined uses of fibrin glue plus DEXON mesh or GRFG glue were effective when bullae were treated with the Ho:YAG laser. However, the wound was smaller and more cosmetic in the GRFG glue group than in the DEXON mesh plus fibrin glue group.  相似文献

目的:建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定止痒酊中间苯二酚、水杨酸、苯酚的含量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Lichrospher C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(48∶52),流速1.0 mL·min-1, 检测波长为270 nm.结果:线性范围:间苯二酚40~200 mg·L-1,水杨酸20~100 mg·L-1,苯酚20~100 mg·L-1;日内、日间RSD在0.46%~2.58%,高、中、低浓度回收率在96.83%~104.0%.结论:本方法简便,快速,准确,可用于止痒酊的质量控制.  相似文献

目的:建立浮小麦药材的质量控制方法。方法:对浮小麦药材的性状鉴别、显微鉴别等方面进行生药学的研究;采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对浮小麦中5-二十一烷基间苯二酚进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法建立浮小麦药材中5-二十一烷基间苯二酚的含量测定方法。结果:对浮小麦的性状、显微特征进行了描述;薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,特征性强,重复性好;在选定的高效液相色谱条件下5-二十一烷基间苯二酚同其他成分达到较好的基线分离,5-二十一烷基间苯二酚在129.5~259 0 ng呈良好的线性关系,Y=5 056.5X+201.5(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为101.26%,RSD 1.89%。结论:建立的方法简单易行、重复性好、结果准确,能有效鉴别和评价浮小麦药材,可作为浮小麦药材的质量控制方法。  相似文献

目的建立高效液相色谱仪-二极管阵列检测器法,测定美白祛斑化妆品中苯乙基间苯二酚的含量。方法样品用无水乙醇+水(1+1)超声提取后.经0.45μm滤膜过滤,用乙睛+0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行洗脱,采用ZORBAX HC-C18色谱柱进行分离。结果以保留时问和紫外吸收光谱定性,以峰面积定量。平均回收率为88.3%~94.7%,相对标准偏差为1.85%~2.98%,最低检出浓度为0.011%。结论该法灵敏度高、准确度好,前处理简便、快速,适用于测定美白祛斑化妆品中苯乙基间苯二酚组分含量。  相似文献

A multicenter study was performed in 9 Italian centers by members of the GIRDCA, to evaluate the frequency and source of contact sensitization in a group of 302 hairdressers with dermatitis. Occupational habits and use of preventive measures were specifically investigated both in these 302 hairdressers and in a further group of 240 hairdressers who answered a questionnaire. The results showed the presence of an occupationally relevant sensitization in 60.9% of the 302 hairdressers. This proportion included 52 hairdressers who had negative patch tests to the hairdressers' series but showed positive reactions to other allergens, such as nickel, rubber additives, preservatives and fragrances, which were judged relevant to their occupation. Among hair dyes, PPD caused 73 reactions (24.2%), PAP 32 reactions (10.6%), ONPPD 24 reactions (7.9%), and PTD 40 reactions (13.2%). A low incidence of sensitization was detected in our hairdressers to resorcinol and pyrogallol (1.3% for each substance). Among permanent wave allergens, positive reactions to GMTG were found in 11.3% of patients, while ATG gave a lower rate of positive reactions (5.0%). Allergic contact dermatitis due to APS was also relatively common (11.3%). 4 hairdressers in this study gave a positive reaction 30 min after a provocative test with latex gloves, patch testing to the rubber series being negative. Enquiry regarding preventive measures revealed that the majority of hairdressers use gloves when doing hair dyeing, but rarely use them for washing dyed hair or for doing permanent waving. The infrequent use of preventive measures by Italian hairdressers was confirmed by the results of the questionnaire, and possibly explains the high frequency of skin problems (12.5%) in the hairdressing population that was specifically interviewed.  相似文献

Grevillea‘Robyn Gordon’is an Australian hybrid plant which may cause allergic contact dermatitis. Over the past 8 years, in bag been planted extensively in Australia and is now being exported to the United Slates mid other Western countries. Recently, fin explosion in incidence of contact dermatitis due to this plant has been seen. 24 patients who were suspected of being sensitive to it were patch tested to fresh plant and extracts with confirmation of sensitivity. A cross sensitivity to Toxicodendron was demonstrated clinically and on patch testing. The allergen in Toxicodendron, 3 pentadecylcatechol, is closely linked in chemical structure to 5-penladecylresorcinol. present in Grevillea banksii and tridecylresorcinol in Grevillea robusta. Patch letting in patients sensitive to Grevillea‘Robyn Gordon’with tridecylresorcinol produced positive reactions, thus implicating the sensitizing role of long chain alkyl resorcinols in Grevillea‘Robyn Gordon’allergy. There is a likelihood that (his sensitizing potential extends to other plants of the Grevillea genus, e.g. Grevillea robusta. With the spread of Grevillea‘Robyn Gordon’to other markets, this problem will become increasingly common.  相似文献

839 patients were patch tested with a series of 31 plastics and glues allergens at a dermatologic clinic over a period of 7 years. 52 (6%) had a positive patch test reaction to 1 or more such allergens. Clinic charts of 47 patients (out of 52) were available for the study. All but 3 patients had dermatitis on their hands: 17 had only hand dermatitis. 25 (53%) patients' test results were of present or past relevance to their skin diseases. 11 patients (68%) with occupational allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) and 14 (45%) with non-occupational dermatitis had relevant reactions. p -tertiary-butylphenol-formaldehyde resin was the most common allergen (9 cases). 7 patients reacted to diaminodiphenylmethane. 5 patients, who had colophony allergy, reacted to abietic acid and 4 to abitol. There was no reaction to 14 test substances. Special series, such as this plastics and glues series, reveal the cause of ACD less frequently than standard series. However, there is no other way to confirm allergy to these usually industrial allergens, which can also sensitize through non-occupational exposure during hobby working or through unpolymerized monomer left in the finished plastic product.  相似文献
