2-Hydroxy-3-butoxypropyl hydroxyethyl celluloses (HBPEC), which are thermoresponsive polymers, are prepared by grafting butyl glycidyl ether onto hydroxyethyl cellulose. The effects of several factors on the cloud point (Tc) of the HBPEC are also investigated. The Tc of HBPEC can be tuned to a ranging from 17.0 to 43.0 °C by changing the molar substitution of hydrophobic groups. Increasing the concentration of HBPEC leads to a faster phase transition as well as a corresponding linear decrease in the Tc. A series of salts with common anions or cations are used to investigate the effects of specific anions or cations on the Tc of HBPEC aqueous solutions. It is discovered that the Tc of HBPEC is largely influenced by the variation of cation identity and concentration. Plotting Tc as a function of cation activity shows that the Tc can be classified by charge density. 相似文献

Cellular senescence is widely believed to play a key role in tumor suppression, but the molecular pathways that regulate senescence are only incompletely understood. By using a secretome proteomics approach, we identified insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP3) as a secreted mediator of breast cancer senescence upon chemotherapeutic drug treatment. The senescence-inducing activity of IGFBP3 is inhibited by tissue-type plasminogen activator-mediated proteolysis, which is counteracted by plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1), another secreted mediator of senescence. We demonstrate that IGFBP3 is a critical downstream target of PAI-1-induced senescence. These results suggest a role for an extracellular cascade of secreted proteins in the regulation of cellular senescence. 相似文献

Limitations in current capabilities to constrain aerosols adversely impact atmospheric simulations. Typically, aerosol burdens within models are constrained employing satellite aerosol optical properties, which are not available under cloudy conditions. Here we set the first steps to overcome the long-standing limitation that aerosols cannot be constrained using satellite remote sensing under cloudy conditions. We introduce a unique data assimilation method that uses cloud droplet number (N(d)) retrievals to improve predicted below-cloud aerosol mass and number concentrations. The assimilation, which uses an adjoint aerosol activation parameterization, improves agreement with independent N(d) observations and with in situ aerosol measurements below shallow cumulus clouds. The impacts of a single assimilation on aerosol and cloud forecasts extend beyond 24 h. Unlike previous methods, this technique can directly improve predictions of near-surface fine mode aerosols responsible for human health impacts and low-cloud radiative forcing. 目的 探索智能云平台的居家培训方式在新型冠状病毒肺炎储备护士培训中的应用效果。方法 将我院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎的80名储备护士,前3批援助武汉的40名储备护士设为对照组,后面培训的40名储备护士设为干预组,对照组采用传统理论操作授课培训,干预组采用智能云平台的居家培训方式培训相关内容,比较2组理论、操作成绩、培训疲劳程度、培训满意度的差异。结果 对照组与干预组在理论和操作成绩上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组培训疲劳程度低于对照组(P<0.001);干预组培训满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 利用智能云平台的居家培训方式在新型冠状病毒肺炎储备护士培训中,能有效保证培训的质量,并且降低培训的疲劳感,减少群体培训交叉感染病毒的风险。 相似文献

Conventional methods to estimate the number of dentinal tubules cannot be considered reliable and repeatable, because results depends on the operator outlining of the tubules contours. In this study, we propose a totally automated computerized analysis technique to evaluate dentinal tubules and their surface area. The comparison test of these conventional with a semi-automatic methods shows that the automated analysis allowed a reliable identification and numbering of dentinal tubules, by means of high-quality images. 目的:通过建立开放式三明治酶联免疫分析方法(OE-ELISA),对雌二醇进行检测。方法:通过基因拼接构建质粒后在原核表达系统中制备小分子泛素相关修饰物蛋白-大肠杆菌麦芽糖结合蛋白-抗体轻链可变区(sumo-MBP-VL)和碱性磷酸酶-抗体重链可变区(ALP-VH)融合蛋白,并从产量和可溶性角度对两种蛋白的表达条件进行优化。将得到的两种蛋白纯化后分别作为包被抗体和酶标抗体,建立检测雌二醇的OE-ELISA方法。应用竞争ELISA和OE-ELISA测定不同浓度的雌二醇标准品,绘制标准曲线并计算两种方法的敏感性。结果:在质粒中加入sumo标签后,实现了sumo-MBP-VL融合蛋白的可溶性表达。在Rosetta 宿主菌中37℃诱导后得到大量的ALP-VH和sumo-MBP-VL融合蛋白。OE-ELISA测定雌二醇标准品的标准曲线为y=0.029 6x+1.302 9,r2=0.9961,敏感性为532 pg/mL,优于竞争ELISA 803 pg/mL的敏感性。结论:成功建立了检测雌二醇的OE-ELISA方法。 相似文献

为了更好地将物联网医学技术应用于ARDS诊治,现基于“ARDS智能辅助诊治程序”(以下简称ARapp)制定中国专家共识。ARapp功能:(1)辅助医生诊断:根据患者临床资料智能诊断ARDS并生成严重程度分级;建立在线ARapp5A数据库,实时抓取数据并维护维护更新;借助海量数据训练诊断模型,提高自身诊断效能。(2)指导医生治疗:形成以指南为基础的治疗意见供医生参考,提供联系专家及多学科会诊,并协助出院后随访。同时为保证辅助诊治的治疗,还需对数据及医生的临床实践进行质量控制。从而真正将物联网医学技术落实到ARDS的精准诊断及同质化治疗中。 相似文献
