科技期刊全媒体平台建设思维探究——以金属加工全媒体平台为例

【目的】 通过对金属加工杂志社搭建的全媒体平台(以下简称“金属加工全媒体平台”)特色和建设思维的研究,为科技类期刊的全媒体平台建设提供借鉴。【方法】 采用访谈法、观察法和个案分析法等对金属加工全媒体平台的建设和运营情况进行资料收集、思考和分析。【结果】 金属加工全媒体平台的特色在于它不仅是不断延展的开放式平台,也是优质内容的一站式平台,更是用户导向的服务平台,亦是杂志社主导的共建性平台。【结论】 虽然金属加工杂志社的“大而全型”全媒体平台只是科技类期刊全媒体平台的一种类型,但其平台建设中的差异化思维、用户思维和融合思维具有普适性,可以为其他科技期刊的全媒体平台建设提供参考。     

促性腺激素释放激素激动剂降调节激素替代治疗周期在冻融胚胎移植中的研究进展

冻融胚胎移植（frozen-thawed embryo transfer,FET）技术因具有提高累积妊娠率和降低卵巢过度刺激风险等优点被广泛应用于临床,移植胚胎质量、子宫内膜以及两者同步性是FET成功的关键因素。临床常见的子宫内膜准备方案包括自然周期、控制性卵巢刺激周期、激素替代治疗（hormone replacement treatment,HRT）周期以及降调节HRT周期。大多数妇女采用常规方案进行FET子宫内膜准备,但多囊卵巢综合征、子宫内膜异位症、子宫腺肌病、反复着床失败以及薄型子宫内膜等特殊人群,采用常规方案临床效果欠佳。垂体降调节方法是在促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist,GnRHa）垂体降调节基础上应用HRT准备子宫内膜,即降调节HRT周期较常规方案可有效改善上述特殊人群的妊娠结局。综述GnRHa降调节HRT周期的相关机制及其适宜人群。     

Construction,quality assurance and calibration of spherical isotropic fibre optic light diffusers

Spherical isotropic fibre optic light diffusers are used in photodynamic therapy either as a light source or as a light detector. The construction of light diffusers using different materials is described, viz. an optical method involving local polymerization of a dental fissure sealant, which is referred to as the Henderson method, and a second method using plastic or ceramic pre-fabricated spheres. Quality tests necessary for reliable clinical use are presented for the mechanical strength, output power and isotropy. The maximum pull-off force and blow-off output power for the different kinds of diffusers were determined. The calibration procedures are given for measurement of the output power and wavelength of the light emitted by a diffuser and for measurement of the fluence rate by a light-detecting diffuser, using a compact integrating sphere device. With all types of diffusers described, an isotropy can be obtained of better than ± 20% measured over a 320° angle for spheres as small as 1 mm. Larger ceramic diffusers are particularly suitable for delivering high output powers. A 3-mm-diameter ceramic diffuser mounted on a 600-m-core fibre can emit up to 5 W of continuous wave (CW) visible light in air. Diffusers used for light detection can measure the light fluence rate in tissue with 15% accuracy or better if calibration factors are determined for each individual probe.

A molecular scheme for the reaction between γ-aminobutyric acid and the most abundant chloride channel on crayfish deep extensor abdominal muscle

Single-channel measurements were performed with the aim of constructing a detailed molecular scheme for the reaction between -aminobutyric acid (GABA) and a chloride channel of crayfish deep extensor abdominal muscle (DEAM). GABA was applied in pulses to outside-out patches of muscle membrane, and, based on the dose-response of the peak currents and of their rise times, a linear model with five binding steps has been proposed. Evaluation of the single-channel kinetics indicated at least three open states. Two of them originate most probably from the fully liganded receptor state and are grouped in mixed bursts due to their different life times. The third one appears independently, outside the bursts, and originates from a lower liganded receptor state. Simulations of the dose-responses and the open time distributions with this model led to a set of rate constants which generated relatively optimal fits.
