化学试剂行业钼盐产品作业工人职业性眼病的研究

本文对化学试剂厂从事钼盐产品专业厂的１０５名职工详细询问了病史，并进行了眼科全面检查。受检者分为接触组８３人和对照组２２人。接触毒物主要为钼盐类。检查结果表明２组受检者在眼部症状、眼病史、外眼病发生率、角膜知觉、调节近点、辐辏近点诸方面有显著性差异。角膜染色２组间无显著性，但２组与正常人群比较均有显著性，说明钼盐类化学物质对作业工人眼部有一定的影响。本文并提出相应的防护措施。     

Presynaptic α2-adrenoceptor-mediated modulation of norepinephrine release from vascular adrenergic neurons in reduced renal mass salt hypertensive rats

The present study was designed to investigate the presynaptic alpha 2-adrenoceptor function to inhibit norepinephrine (NE) release in blood vessels of reduced renal mass salt hypertensive rats (Na-loaded HT). Isolated perfused mesenteric vasculatures were prepared from Na-loaded HT and normotensive control rats (NT-control), and the NE release and vascular responsiveness were examined. Periarterial nerve stimulation caused a significantly greater release of NE and pressor responses in Na-loaded HT than in NT-control. Yohimbine, a potent alpha 2-adrenoceptor antagonist, demonstrated the facilitatory effects on NE release during nerve stimulation. The effects were significantly attenuated in Na-loaded HT compared with NT-control. These results demonstrate that vascular sympathetic nervous activity might be enhanced in Na-loaded HT. Furthermore, the increased NE release from vascular adrenergic neurons in Na-loaded HT could partially depend on impaired presynaptic alpha 2-adrenoceptor-mediated modulation, which might contribute to the pathogenesis and maintenance of this form of salt-dependent hypertension.     

梗阻性黄疸患者的内毒素血症及其对机体的影响

４９例梗阻性黄疸患者（实验组）和８１例无黄疸的胆系疾病患者（对照组）围手术期外周血的内毒素（ＥＴ）检测结果表明，实验组：①术前ＥＴ阳性率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）；②术后１０～１２ｄ夹闭Ｔ／Ｙ管后ＥＴ阳性率明显低于术前和夹管前（Ｐ＜０．００１）；③伴急性化脓性胆管炎（ＡＣＳＴ）的患者ＥＴ阳性率明显高于无ＡＣＳＴ的患者（Ｐ＜０．００１）；术前口服胆盐的患者ＥＴ阳性率则显著低于未口服胆盐者（Ｐ＜０．００１）．作者认为，本组梗阻性黄疸患者中出现的肾功能障碍、胃肠道出血以及２例患者的死亡，至少部分地与内毒素血症有关。     

A new synthesis of Rink's polymer, 4-(2′,4′-dimethoxyphenylhydroxymethyl) phenoxymethylpolystyrene

For solid-phase peptide synthesis, 2, 4-dimethoxy-4′ -hydroxybenzhydrol linker was prepared via lithium borohydride reduction of 2, 4-dimethoxy-4′-hydroxybenzophenone. The potassium salt of the linker was coupled to chloromethylpolystyrene. This method proved to be better than use of the cesium salt. This new synthesis gave a polymer with appropriate structure and a good degree of substitution.     

脱水穿心莲内酯珀琥酸半酯单钾盐家兔体内药代动力学实验研究

采用紫外分光光度法测定脱水穿心莲内酯琥珀酸半酯单钾盐血药浓度,并对腹腔单剂量注射给药后家兔体内药代动力学进行了研究。用计算机对血药时间数据进行了曲线拟合。结果表明:该药腹腔注射给药在家兔体内的转运符合二室开模型动力学方程。     

POTASSIUM ACCELERATES URINARY SODIUM EXCRETION DURING SALT LOADING WITHOUT STIMULATING ATRIAL NATRIURETIC POLYPEPTIDE SECRETION

1. Effects of potassium (K) supplementation (100 mEq/day) on urinary sodium (Na) excretion and on the secretion of atrial natriuretic polypeptide (ANP) during salt loading (350 mEq/day) were studied in 12 healthy salt-resistant normotensives under strictly controlled metabolic ward conditions. 2. Urinary volume and Na excretion on the first day of the high salt period (HSP) were significantly greater in the K-supplemented group (KG) than in the control group (CG). 3. There was a significant gain in bodyweight after salt loading in both groups, with a significantly greater gain in CG on the second day of HSP. Haematocrit decreased significantly during salt loading in both groups, the degree of which was significantly greater in CG. 4. Plasma norepinephrine decreased significantly during salt loading in both groups, the degree of which was significantly less in KG than in CG. A significant increase in plasma ANP was observed in CG on and after the second day of HSP, while a significant increase in plasma ANP was observed on the fifth day of HSP in KG. 5. These findings indicate that K supplementation accelerates diuresis and natriuresis, resulting in moderate suppression of volume expansion induced by salt loading and that this accelerated diuresis and natriuresis is not a result of the action of ANP.     

尿中83—1除草剂代谢产物的鉴定

本文采用高效液相色谱、质增、紫外和红外光谱对经83—1除草剂(2,4—二氯—6—硝基酚铵)染毒后大鼠尿液中出现的5种组分的化学结构进行了鉴定,并用纯品对照进行确证,发现组分Ⅴ为未代谢的农药母体,其余4种为代谢产物,依次为:二氯氨基酚、二氯氨基酚丙酮酸结合物、二氯羟氨基酚缩合物和二氯氨基酚葡萄糖醛酸结合物。     

2%HPMC对兔眼内压及角膜内皮影响的实验研究

报导了2%羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)、1%透明质酸钠(Na-HA)及平衡盐液(BSS)分别注入兔眼前房后,其眼内压、角膜内皮细胞数及内皮细胞形态的变化。证实自制2%HPMC 与进口1%Na-HA 性能基本相同,仅有一过性眼压升高,不损害角膜内皮,能在眼前节手术及人工晶体植入时有效地保护角膜内皮细胞。     

盐析法提取卵黄免疫球蛋白的研究

为了确定盐析法提取特异性卵黄免疫球蛋白的最佳盐浓度，采用SDS—PAGE鉴定IgY的纯度，用RID测定IgY含量，间接ELISA法检测特异性卵黄抗体的活性。结果表明：用饱和度50％的硫酸铵盐析一次，再用140g／L的硫酸钠溶液盐析，可以获得469，6的回收率和77％的纯度。盐析液经超滤膜包超滤后制得的冷冻干燥制品，保持了完整的抗体结构和良好的抗体活性。这一结果为IgY的进一步分离纯化奠定了基础。     

新银盐法测定化妆品中微量砷的研究

本文以硝酸——硝酸银——聚乙烯醇——乙醇为砷化氢吸收显色剂测定化妆品中的微量砷,操作简便快速,灵敏度高,重现性好。摩尔吸光系数为二乙氨基二硫代甲酸银法(DDC—Ag法)的5.7倍。
