目的调查我国省级中医院医生福利待遇满意度及人口学影响因素。方法选取全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)31家省级中医院医生进行福利待遇满意度问卷调查。采用SPSS 25.0 软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果被调查中医院医生过去1 a税后实际收入中位数为12万元。薪酬、法定假期、学习深造、餐食、休息室数量满意度分别为27.83%、33.56%、58.67%、44.30%、69.84%。性别、年龄、行政职务是薪酬满意度影响因素,性别、学历、职称、科室和行政职务是法定假期满意度影响因素,性别、年龄、学历和行政职务是学习深造满意度影响因素,性别、学历、职称、科室和行政职务是餐食满意度影响因素,性别、职称、科室和行政职务是休息室数量满意度影响因素。结论被调查中医院医生福利待遇整体情况呈向好趋势,但实际收入不高,薪酬满意度较低。中医院应积极落实国家相关政策要求,根据不同人口学特征医生不同需求,多途径提高医生福利待遇。 相似文献

目的探讨基于胸痛中心急救流程在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者救治中的应用效果。 方法选取镇江市急救中心2017年8月至2021年8月接诊的94例AMI患者为研究对象,其中男性50例,女性44例;年龄42~81岁,平均(60.37±4.31)岁。根据就诊顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组各47例,对照组患者接受常规急救流程,研究组患者接受基于胸痛中心基础上的急救流程,比较两组患者急救各环节时间、不良心血管事件发生率及患者满意度。 结果研究组患者急救各环节时间较对照组更短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良心血管事件发生率显著低于对照组(6.38%比23.40%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度显著高于对照组(93.62%比78.72%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论基于胸痛中心急救流程可有效缩短急救过程中各环节时间,最大限度降低不良心血管事件发生风险,患者满意度高,对提高AMI患者救治效果、改善预后具有积极意义。 相似文献

目的分析综合护理在烧烫伤患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年7月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的62例烧烫伤患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(31例)与对照组(31例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采取综合护理干预,比较两组患儿的护理总有效率、并发症发生率以及家属满意度。结果观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在烧烫伤患儿护理期间,采用综合护理干预方法能够促进患儿康复,具有满意的临床效果,值得推广。 相似文献

目的分析我国医务人员远程医疗服务使用意愿和关键问题,以完善远程医疗服务体系。方法2019年10—11月,对福建、海南、河南、湖南、贵州、四川和青海7个省份中已参与过远程医疗的邀请方和受邀方医务人员进行电子问卷调查,主要内容为医务人员对远程医疗的使用意愿、满意度情况和认知评价情况等。通过描述性统计分析和非参数检验,探索不同省份和区域的医务人员继续使用意愿、满意度及存在问题。结果共回收有效问卷1084份,医务人员对所参与远程医疗服务整体满意度为98.62%,继续使用意愿程度为98.25%,且东部和西部省份使用意愿较高。医务人员视角下目前存在的主要问题为:会诊开展和反馈信息不及时,等待时间长;网速偏低,网络信号不稳定、不通畅;系统设备不完善,操作不便捷;无法实现远程查体和全面了解病情以及提供病历资料不规范、不全面、质量差等。结论医务人员对所参与远程医疗服务满意度和使用意愿较高。建议以问题为导向,强化远程医疗基础建设,优化服务流程,提升医务人员参与远程医疗服务积极性。 相似文献

Researchers argue that a number of assumptions have been made about the concepts of patient satisfaction and dissatisfaction that have compromised their validity. The aim of this study was to explore the meaning of 'dissatisfaction' with health care. Forty-one people who had experienced problems in health care were identified from a household survey of health service users. They were interviewed in depth using an unstructured schedule. A grounded theory approach was used to construct a framework inductively from their accounts. The results suggest that 'dissatisfaction' could not accommodate the range of feelings, beliefs and values people express when they encounter problems in health care. However, another concept, that of 'personal identity threat', was identified which offered additional insights into the meaning of untoward experiences in health care. This concept delineates the grounds for disappointment or dissatisfaction, and helped to capture the complexity of the feelings and views expressed. Personal identity was perceived as being challenged through experiences which were felt to be disempowering, dehumanising and devaluing. Gender, class and race differences also emerged in respondents' perceptions of identity threat. 相似文献

In this low-income Turkish sample, parents reported on father and mother division of childcare labor and satisfaction with division. Regardless of whether they were rearing typical or atypical children, mothers reported a higher level of involvement than fathers in every domain of childcare. In general, both mothers and fathers reported slight dissatisfaction with their own level of participation in childcare. Across groups, all mothers were significantly more dissatisfied (than their spouses were with their level of participation) with the fathers' level of participation in childcare.
