综合护理在烧烫伤患儿中的应用效果

目的分析综合护理在烧烫伤患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年7月蚌埠市第三人民医院收治的62例烧烫伤患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(31例)与对照组(31例)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采取综合护理干预,比较两组患儿的护理总有效率、并发症发生率以及家属满意度。结果观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属对护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在烧烫伤患儿护理期间,采用综合护理干预方法能够促进患儿康复,具有满意的临床效果,值得推广。

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in children with burn and scald

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of children with burn and scald.Methods A total of 62 children with burn and scald treated in the Third People’s Hospital of Bengbu from May 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(31 cases)and the control group(31 cases)according to random number table method.The children in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the children in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The total effective rate of nursing,the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of family members of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the families of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the nursing period of children with burn and scald,the comprehensive nursing intervention method can promote the rehabilitation of children,has satisfactory clinical effect,and is worth popularizing.
