双语教学模式在精神病学教学中的初步应用

本文主要是对双语教学模式、双语教学与精神病学教学的特点进行分析，总结双语教学在精神病学教学中的初步应用，并对双语教学的接受程度及其教学效果相关因子分析。     

Students teaching students: a medical school peer tutorial programme

A peer tutorial programme which is available to all first- and second-year medical students has been in operation at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine since 1972. A retrospective study of the classes of 1982, 1983 and 1984 was undertaken to assess the participation levels in the tutorial programme and to compare the participation level to available performance parameters. The analysis revealed that 54% of the first-year classes and 22% of the second-year classes participated in the peer tutorial programme. X2 analysis of the data demonstrated that the relationship between participation in the tutorial programme and performance on examinations reached statistical significance. The results suggested that an open peer tutorial programme responded to the needs, both cognitive and affective, of medical students.     

Teaching school health to undergraduate medical students

This paper describes a teaching programme for final- (sixth-) year undergraduate medical students during their 10-week term in child health. Students attend schools on two occasions and are actively involved in the physical, educational and emotional assessment of children. The advantages of the programme include active participation by the students, contact with children in a less threatening environment, learning new skills in the assessment of children, and knowledge of common screening procedures. Student evaluation of the programme has been positive.     

理气类中药对大鼠离体胃平滑肌条的作用

目的：观察理气类中药对大鼠离体胃平滑肌条运动的影响。方法：将肌条放置在灌流肌槽中，用生理记录仪记录肌条的收缩活动。结果：陈皮、枳实对胃各部位平滑肌条均为抑制效应，香附、薤白、木香、柿蒂、乌药对胃底肌条为兴奋效应，但对其他部位肌条则表现为兴奋或抑制不同的效应，沉香仅降低胃窦环行肌收缩波平均振幅，对其他肌条无影响。结论：理气类中药对大鼠离体胃平滑肌条既有兴奋作用，也有抑制作用。     

谈多媒体教学在医学理论课教学中的问题及措施

多媒体技术在教育领域的应用，促进了教育教学理念和方式的变革。然而，通过调查，在医学理论课多媒体教学中出现了一些问题，寻找解决问题的出路，是促进多媒体教学不断成熟和完善，提高现代化教学手段质量的最佳途径。     

Clinical problem-solving using video simulation: an investigation

This paper examines the use of videotape simulation as a research method for the exploration of clinical problem-solving, the challenges posed and the strategies employed to overcome the difficulties encountered are discussed. The simulation forms part of a larger comparative study of outcomes of pre-registration nurse education programmes, commissioned by the English National Board for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting.     

明清时期新安药店及其医药学作用

新安药店始于宋，成于明，至清末一度达到鼎盛。较有代表的宋有“陆氏保和堂”，明有“徐保元堂”、“正田药店”、“胞与堂”等，清有“胡庆余堂”、“胡咸春”、“种德堂”等。这些药店明多为医家兼营，清多为徽商经营。新安药店作为集医疗、生产、经营一体的传统手工业，至今不少成为著名药厂，如“武汉健民制药厂”、“胡庆余堂”等。其在生产、经营、管理上积累了许多经验，同时在方剂学以及药物炮炙、贮藏、采集、加工、成方制作等方面皆有不少成就。     

论网络化时代电视教材的重要性

针对教学实践中重视计算机辅助教学忽视电视教材的倾向，本文通过对网络时代中电视教材的作用和地位的分析，阐述了加强计算机辅助教学的必要性和加强电视教材制作及应用的重要性以及二者间的关系。     

"在线期刊-写作-讨论"结合教学与临床医学教育

以参加教学改革的(01)口腔大专2个班90人为实验组，以采取传统授课方式的(00)口腔大专2个班96人为对照组，实验组采用问卷调查，将实验组和对照组课后对授课内容进行测试的成绩进行横向对比，结果表明与“在线期刊-写作-讨论”结合的临床课教学方式对培养医学生的临床思雄能力、自学能力、解决问题的能力、学生自我表达能力、收集资料能力、文字表达能力等比传统教学方式有明显的提高，对提高临床医学专业专科医学生综合素质有明显的效果。     

临床医学院教学管理工作的思考

临床医学院教学管理工作直接影响到临床教学质量。非直属临床医学院没有专职教师,教研室管理比较松散。做好非直属临床医学院的教学管理工作,进一步增强教学意识,改进教学方法,规范教学要求,对于保证临床教学任务的落实、确保教学质量显得十分重要。
