云纹技术在断裂分析中的应用

改进了传统的云纹数据处理方法,提出用曲面拟合方法处理云纹数据,提高了计算机处理云纹数据的效率与质量。又提出用云纹法测量J积分的技术,可望解决实际工程构件的J积分测量问题。     

Surgical treatment of hemolytic anemia

The therapeutic effect of splenectomy in 70 cases of hemolytic anemia are reported. The diagnosis and therapeutic effects were analysed. It was evident that the effects were related to different types of hemolytic anemia. The HS type had the best result. Gallstones were detected in 6 cases of this series. Splenectomy and cholecystectomy were performed together in 5 cases. The median incision of upper abdomen was selected. The authors believe that the causes of infection after splenectomy are complicated and they cannot be explained by Igs alone.     

TD清洗消毒剂对口腔科器械消毒效果探讨

通过实验室和口腔科临床观察表明:TD清洗消毒剂(氯化磷酸三钠)对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种的平均杀菌率为100.0％,对口腔科器械消毒无菌率为100％,对被HBsAg阳性血清污染的器械浸泡30分钟转阴率为98.1％。其消毒效果优于新洁尔灭,与戊二醛相同。在口腔科使用两年,未见金属器械有锈斑生成。     

ROBUST GUARANTEED COST CONTROL OF UNCERTAIN NON-LINEAR ROBOTIC SYSTEM USING MIXED MINIMUM TIME AND QUADRATIC PERFORMANCE INDEX

To provide better transient performance in controlling robots, a mixed minimum time and quadratic performance index is used. For known and uncertain revolute robot manipulators a conventional optimal control and a robust guaranteed cost control are proposed respectively. Asymptotic stability is also discussed based on the Lyapunov direct method. The proposed robust control is continuous and requires no knowledge of the uncertain system except for bounding functions.     

NGF prevents the changes induced by monocular deprivation during the critical period in rats

Photic evoked responses were recorded from the striate cortex of Long-Evans hooded intact, monocular visual deprivation (MD) and MD treated with NGF rats. The averaged visual evoked responses (AVER) were obtained from both hemispheres and provided comparison after binocular photic stimuli between the contralateral and the ipsilateral striate cortex with relation to the MD eye. One month of monocular visual deprivation at the critical period of development resulted in marked reduction of the amplitudes of AVER components as compared to the control recordings (P < 0.001). These changes of the AVER could be prevented by NGF infusion to lateral ventricle at the dosage of 2.0–2.4 μg/day for four weeks during the monocular deprivation. In conclusion, the change of AVER amplitudes induced by monocular visual deprivation during the critical period of development can be prevented by NGF infusion to lateral ventricle.

“E（疫）”时代背景下大学生心理危机干预体系构建的思考

本文探讨信息时代背景下,在校大学生高发心理危机的原因,并倡导高校教学管理人员充分利用当下信息技术成果对在校大学生进行心理评估和常态化心理教育,并依托当前高校信息化建设平台收集相关信息,构建易感大学生的心理危机预警及干预机制,以期将端口前移,更好地保障在校大学生的心理健康。     

原发中枢神经系统恶性黑色素瘤的临床特点

目的 分析总结原发中枢神经系统（central nervous system,CNS）恶性黑色素瘤的临床、影像、治疗及预后特点。方法 对首都医科大学三博脑科医院神经外科2011年5月至2021年5月收治并经病理证实的17例原发性CNS恶性黑色素瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其分为4种类型,分析不同类型患者的年龄、影像特点及治疗和预后情况。结果 17例患者中6例为A型（脑表型）,5例为B型（脑池型）,4例为C型（深部孤立型）,2例为D型（椎管及其他型）。表现为颅高压症状者11例、局部神经功能障碍者9例、癫痫者3例。磁共振（magnetic resonance imaging,MRI）平扫出现T1高信号者12例。播散转移13例,其中11例呈线片状。手术切除14例、活检3例,6例术后进行了抗肿瘤治疗。总体中位生存期7个月,综合治疗的患者较单纯手术治疗的患者生存期明显延长［（20.6±7.9)个月vs (3.3±0.9)个月］。各分型间症状、影像及治疗方式均有明显差别。结论 原发CNS恶性黑色素瘤发病率低,多具有较明显的影像特点,临床可分为4种类型。该病需手术联合放射治疗等进行综合治疗,但其恶性程度高,预后差。     

退行性腰椎管狭窄症相关指南的质量评价和推荐意见比较研究

背景 退行性腰椎管狭窄症（DLSS）是一种老年多发,严重影响患者正常生活且医疗费用负担较重的疾病。DLSS治疗方法较多,开发高质量的临床实践指南和临床医生应用高质量指南是提高DLSS诊疗水平的重要途径。目的 采用AGREEⅡ及RIGHT评价DLSS相关指南的方法学及报告质量,为DLSS指南制订及报告提供参考依据。方法 计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台（Wanfang Data）、维普网（VIP）、PubMed,补充检索医脉通数据库（Medlive）、世界卫生组织（WHO）、英国国家临床优化研究所（NICE）、国际指南协作网（GIN）、美国国立指南文库（NGC）和苏格兰院际间协作网（SIGN）等指南库中有关DLSS的临床实践指南、共识或规范,检索时限均为2010-01-01至2022-01-01。由两位评价员独立对纳入文献进行方法学质量及报告质量评价,并在文献中推荐意见等级统一前提下进行比较。结果 共纳入6篇文献,其中4篇指南,2篇共识;1篇指南为中医指南,3篇指南为循证指南。AGREEⅡ评价结果显示纳入6篇文献的实际总得分/总最高可...
