目的 探讨初诊多囊卵巢综合症征(PCOS)患者血清betatrophin水平及其影响因素。方法 收集2016年8月至2017年3月就诊于安徽医科大学第一附属医院的初诊PCOS患者81例作为PCOS组,同期选择安徽医科大学第一附属医院体检中心就诊的30名月经周期规律的健康女性作为对照组。测量两组受试者基本临床及生化指标,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定空腹血清中betatrophin水平,比较两组上述指标变化;使用Pearson相关性分析betatrophin水平与代谢指标之间的关系,根据相关分析结果确定可能影响betatrophin的因素,进一步多元逐步回归分析betatrophin的独立因素。结果 PCOS组患者血清betatrophin水平(95.52±58.59) pg/mL高于对照组(148.57±110.91) pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Pearson相关分析显示,PCOS组患者血清betatrophin水平与空腹血糖(FBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)呈正相关(P<0.01),与空腹胰岛素(FINS)、稳态模式胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)无相关性(P>0.05);多元逐步回归分析提示,TG是血清betatrophin的独立影响因素;NC组无上述相关性。结论 PCOS患者血清betatrophin水平水平高于健康人群,TG是其独立影响因素,betartophin可能与PCOS患者体内的糖、脂代谢紊乱有关。  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the plasma levels of betatrophin in patients with cirrhosis.METHODS: Forty patients diagnosed at the clinic with liver cirrhosis according to biological, ultrasonographic,or histological criteria were included.The severity of cirrhosis was classified according to Pugh's modification of Child's classification and MELD score. Insulin resistance(IR) was assessed by the Homeostasis Model Assessment. A total of 20 patients showed a MELD score higher than 14. The control group consisted in 15 sex-and aged-matched subjects.Fasting blood samples were obtained for subsequent analysis. Serum insulin was determined by Liaison automated immune chemiluminiscence assay(DiaSorin S.p.A.) using a sandwich assay. The sensitivity of the assay was 0.2 μU/mL. The intra and interassay variation coefficients were 4% and 10%,respectively. The normal values were between 2 and17 μU/mL. Human active betatrophin was analyzed by specific quantitative sandwich ELISA(Aviscera Bioscience). The sensitivity of the assay was 0.4 ng/mL, and the intra and interassay reproducibility were 6% and 10%, respectively.RESULTS: Plasma betatrophin levels were significantly increased in patients with cirrhosis compared with those in healthy subjects(P = 0.0001). Betatrophin levels were also associated with disease severity, being higher in Child-Pugh C patients compared to Child-Pugh B(P 0.0005) and in patients who displayed a MELD score higher than 14 points compared to patients with lower punctuation(P = 0.01). In addition, we found a positive correlation between plasma betatrophin levels and the severity of cirrhosis according to Child-Pugh classification(r = 0.53; P 0.01) or MELD score(r = 0.45; P 0.01). In the overall cohort, a moderate correlation between serum betatrophin and plasmatic bilirrubin(r= 0.39; P 0.01) has been observed, as well as an inverse correlation between betatrophin and albumin(r =-0.41; P 0.01) or prothrombin time(r =-0.44;P 0.01). Moreover, insulin resistance was observed in82.5% of the cirrhotic patients. In this group of patients,betatrophin levels were significantly higher than those in the group of patients without IR(P 0.05).CONCLUSION: Plasma betatrophin is increased in patients with cirrhosis. This increase is related to the severity of cirrhosis, as well as with the emergence of insulin resistance.  相似文献

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血清Betatrophin含量与机体糖脂代谢紊乱的关系。方法前瞻性选取2018年12月至2020年1月在庆阳市人民医院进行糖耐量筛查并确诊为GDM的孕妇117例作为GDM组,同期在本院进行糖耐量筛查的健康孕妇100例作为正常对照组。比较2组孕妇的血清Betatrophin含量、外周血糖代谢指标(空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛β细胞分泌功能、胰岛素抵抗指数)、脂质代谢指标[总胆固醇(TC)、载脂蛋白A1(Apo-A1)、载脂蛋白-B(Apo-B)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]水平差异。采用Pearson检验评估GDM孕妇血清Betatrophin与糖脂代谢紊乱程度的相关关系。结果GDM组孕妇血清中Betatrophin的含量为(309.47±38.66)pg/mL,高于正常对照组孕妇[(217.66±25.73)pg/mL],差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。GDM组孕妇的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数分别为(5.47±0.71)mmol/L、(12.37±1.95)pmol/mL、(2.88±0.35),高于正常对照组孕妇[(4.38±0.56)mmol/L、(7.54±0.92)pmol/mL、(1.34±0.19)],胰岛β细胞分泌功能为(140.64±17.29),低于正常对照组孕妇(161.33±18.51),差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。GDM组孕妇的TC、Apo-B、LDL-C水平分别为(5.98±0.7)mmol/L、(1.76±0.21)g/L、(2.98±0.37)mmol/L,高于正常对照组孕妇[(5.60±0.76)mmol/L、(1.54±0.18)g/L、(2.62±0.34)mmol/L],Apo-A1、HDL-C水平为(0.91±0.10)g/L、(1.70±0.19)mmol/L,低于正常对照组孕妇[(1.12±0.14)g/L、(1.96±0.24)mmol/L],差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析发现,GDM孕妇血清Betatrophin含量与糖代谢指标空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数呈正相关(r=0.827、0.716、0.704),与胰岛β细胞分泌功能呈负相关(r=-0.793);与脂质代谢指标TC、Apo-B、LDL-C水平呈正相关(r=0.665、0.684、0.833),与Apo-A1、HDL-C水平呈负相关(r=-0.711、-0.675,P<0.05)。结论GDM孕妇血清Betatrophin含量可客观反映机体糖脂代谢紊乱程度,是病情评估的简便指标之一。  相似文献

目的:探讨脐血血清促代谢因子(Betatrophin)水平与巨大儿的关系。方法:采用横断面研究的方法。选择巨大儿、正常出生体质量儿(NBW)各30例。检测脐血、母血Betatrophin水平,分析脐血血清Betatrophin水平与巨大儿生长发育指标、脂代谢指标和脂联素等的相关性。结果:巨大儿、NBW的脐血血清Betatrophin水平分别为(1 088.338±67.749)、(929.487±80.949)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=8.242,P<0.001);2组新生儿血脂各指标水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关分析显示巨大儿脐血Be-tatrophin水平与新生儿出生体质量、身长、重量指数(PI)、脐血甘油三酯水平呈正相关(r=0.894、0.632、0.860、0.767,P<0.001);与脐血脂联素水平呈负相关(r=-0.398、P<0.05);与母血Betatrophin水平、孕前和分娩时体质量、孕前体质量指数(BMI)、孕期体质量指数增加量(ΔBMI)无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Be-tatrophin水平变化与巨大儿发生有关,脐血Betatrophin水平可反映胎儿的生长发育状况。  相似文献

Background

Oxytocin (OXT) is a neurohypophyseal hormone that has been recently shown to possess a number of beneficial effects in diabetes and obesity. Betatrophin is a protein expressed in fat and liver that regulates lipid metabolism and promotes pancreatic β-cell proliferation. It is not investigated yet whether OXT and betatrophin levels correlate in metabolic syndrome (MS) or diabetes patients.

Methods

The aim was to assess correlations between plasma betatrophin and OXT levels in MS-diabetic or prediabetic (N = 89) as compared to MS-non-diabetic (N = 69) patients. Competitive binding ELISA was used to evaluate betatrophin and OXT plasma concentrations. Correlations of the above biomarkers and patient clinical characteristics were also detected.

Results

As compared to the control MS participants (0.32 ± 0.25 ng/mL); betatrophin plasma levels were increased (P < 0.001) in the MS-pre/T2DM patients (1.23 ± 0.68 ng/mL). On the contrary, OXT concentrations were decreased (P < 0.001) in the MS-pre/T2DM patients (1222.46 ± 514.55 pg/mL) as compared to the MS control subjects (2323.42 ± 848.68 pg/mL). OXT concentration correlated negatively (r = ?0.492, P < 0.001), while HbA1c and FPG correlated positively with betatrophin plasma levels (P < 0.001), but were inversely correlated with OXT levels (P < 0.001) in the total sample.

Conclusion

Betatrophin levels are increased, while OXT levels are decreased in MS-pre/T2DM. We found an inverse correlation between the levels of the two biomarkers in addition to correlation between their levels and the degree of glycemic control.  相似文献

目的探讨新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清Betatrophin水平及其与代谢指标的相关性。方法选取2014年1月至2016年2月进行诊治的52例新诊断2型糖尿病患者为观察组,并选取同时间段内的52例健康体检者为对照组,将两组研究对象的血清Betatrophin水平、脂代谢、糖代谢及骨代谢指标进行检测与比较,同时比较观察组中不同糖化血红蛋白水平者的检测结果,并以Logistic回归分析脂代谢、糖代谢及骨代谢指标与血清Betatrophin的关系。结果观察组的血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及骨钙素(BGP)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。血清Betatrophin水平及其他脂代谢、糖代谢、骨代谢指标均高于对照组,且不同糖化血红蛋白水平患者的以上相关指标检测结果也存在明显差异(P0.05)。经Logistic分析显示上述脂代谢、糖代谢及骨代谢指标均是血清Betatrophin水平异常的危险因素(P0.05)。结论新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清Betatrophin水平较高,且脂代谢、糖代谢及骨代谢指标是血清Betatrophin水平异常的危险因素,应给予充分的监测与干预。  相似文献

目的探讨血清Betatrophin在新疆哈萨克族及汉族冠状动脉病变中的评估价值。方法选择经动脉造影检查后且无糖尿病的患者为研究对象,其中哈萨克族108例,汉族115例,采用Gensini积分系统评估冠状动脉病变程度,并依据Gensini积分将研究对象分为病例组与对照组,其中病例组132例,对照组91例;采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测血清Betatrophin水平,AB-ELISA法测定血清ANGPTL3含量,ELISA法测定血清脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)含量,并检测两组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FBG)等水平。结果①与对照组比较,病例组的体质指数(BMI)、TC、TG、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)水平升高(P均0.05);与汉族病例组比较,哈萨克族病例组的BMI、TC、TG、LDLC水平升高(P均0.05)。②病例组与对照组的空腹胰岛素(FINS)、FBG、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β差异无显著性(P均0.05)。③哈萨克族病例组血清Betatrophin、ANGPTL3、LPL均高于汉族病例组(P均0.05)。④哈萨克族病例组Gensini积分与TC、TG、LDLC、Betatrophin呈正相关(r分别为0.204、0.454、0.452、0.446,P均0.05);汉族病例组Gensini积分与BMI、TC、TG、LDLC、Betatrophin呈正相关(r分别为0.438、0.195、0.296、0.357、0.393,P均0.05);多元线性回归分析显示TG、哈萨克族为Betatrophin增高的因素;Logistic回归分析显示BMI、LDLC、Betatrophin是影响汉族冠状动脉病变的因素,LDLC、Betatrophin、ANGPTL3、LPL是影响哈萨克族冠状动脉病变的因素。结论 Betatrophin水平升高可能加重新疆哈萨克族及汉族人群的冠状动脉病变,TG、哈萨克族可能是影响Betatrophin血清学水平的因素。  相似文献
