】 Objective To explore the causes of
misdiagnosis of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma. Methods 13 patients who had been diagnosed as bronchioloalveolar
carcinoma were analysed retrospectively. Results No definite diagnosis for 52 cases out of 103 were made
until three months after they were hospitalized for examination for the first time,and the
misdiagnosis rate was 50.5%. Conclusion The clinical manifestations and X-ray signs of
bronchioloalveolar carcinoma are varied and are very apt to be misdiagnosed, to which the
clinical doctors must pay great attention. 相似文献

】 Objective To investigate the possibility of
retaining partial mandible in the surgical management for the advanced tongue
carcinoma.Methods The
clinical material of 24 cases receiving modified combined radical operation retaining
partial mandible was analyzed retrospectively.Results All of the cases could have a common diet and cosmetic
deformity was slight after operation.The survival rate of 3,5 years was 54.1%,43.8%
respectively.The overal five-year survival rate was comparable with that of the cases
receiving combined radical operation cutting off the mandible in the same time(P＞0.05).Conclusion The modified combined radical
operation retaining partial of mandible should be done if there are the indications for
patients with advanced tongue carcinoma. 相似文献

ObjectiveTo
study the effect of Enapril on retarding glomerular sclerosis.MethodsUsing
immunohistochemistry method,the effect of Enapril on glomerular extracellular matrix (ECM)
accumulation was observed in rats with 5/6 renal mass ablation.ResultsThe results showed
that urine protein contents were significantly reduced in Enapril-treated group in five
weeks〔（2.01±0.13）g/24 h vs.(3.10±0.17）g/24 h〕.Meanwhile,glomerular ECM accumulation and retarting
glomerular sclerosis index were decreased in treatment groups compared to controls
(sclerosis index1.67±0.76 vs.2.00±0.75).Similarly,glomerular cell count and positive
cell count of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were markedly decreased in rats
following Enapril treatment 〔cell count（72.28±13.70）cells per glomerular cross
section vs.(81.16±16.62）cells per glomerular cross section;PCNA count(6.76±2.72）cells per glomerular cross section vs.(8.16±2.78）cells per glomerular cross
section〕.ConclusionsEnapril
can retard glomerular sclerosis;it may be associated with reduction of ECM accumulation. 相似文献

］ Purpose To investigate left ventricular
systolic and diastolic reserved function of normal aged and aged subjects with coronary
heart disease (CHD) under submaximal stress conditions. Methods 89 subjects (young
healthy 20,aged healthy 31,aged CHD 38) performed submaximal supine bicycle exercise with
electrocardiography,ultrasonic cardiography and 99m-Technetium imaging exercise testings
done synchronously.The aortic and mitral flow patterns were recorded by Doppler
echocardiography. Results The percent changes in aortic variables of systolic
function of aged healthy subjects were much lower than those of young healthy subjects,and
much higher than those of aged CHD patients.After exercise,the A/E ratio increased in
young group,while decreased in aged healthy and CHD groups. Conclusion Under submaximal stress
conditions,the cardiac systolic reserved function was obviously decreased in aged healthy
subjects,and much lower in aged CHD patients.The changes of left ventricular filling
patterns in healthy aged and aged CHD groups might suggest an elevation in left atrial
pressure and decreased cardiac diastolic reserved and left atrial compensatory functions. 相似文献

】 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic power
of BALF HCMV PCR for HCMV infection of lung.MethedsCompared with venus white blood cell
(WBC) and serum anti-HCMV IgM, the power of BALF HCMV DNA PCR was prospectinely
investigated.HCMV DNA was measured by means of polymerse chain reaction,and the
conservative segment of HCMV DNA was detected with the length of the amplified of HCMV DNA
PCR 400bp. Anti-HCMV IgM was measured in ELISA. Results The sensitivity, specificity and predictive value were
respectively (1)BALF HCMV DNA PCR86.67%,96.67%,92.86%;(2)WBC HCMV DNA
PCR26.67%,93.33%,66.67%;(3)serum anti-HCMV IgM80.00%,53.33%,46.15%.Conclusion BALF HCMV PCR is obviously more
valuable than the other two methods in the diagnosis of HCMV infection of lung. 相似文献
