骨外固定的历史远早于内固定,1840年法国外科医生Malgaigne首先使用骨外固定技术治疗胫骨骨折.二次世界大战时,在挽救战争中的骨折伤员及创伤后肢体残缺的过程中,一度促进了外固定器械、技术与基础研究的发展.但在Ilizarov生物学理论、外固定技术没有在世界传播之前,外固定技术的临床应用、作用原理类似于内固定,主要应用于治疗骨折及完成有限的肢体延长和畸形矫正,这个阶段可将其称为"传统骨外固定技术".2006年6月~ 2010年10月,我先后出席了美国巴尔迪摩、俄罗斯库尔干、埃及、西班牙召开的"国际ASAMI(Ilizarov方法研究与应用协会)和世界骨外固定技术大会"[1],深深感到,以Ilizarov技术为代表的现代外固定技术与经典外固定相比,在基础理论、器械性能、医疗理念与治疗范围、学科属性等方面,皆有突破性的发展. 相似文献

搜集陕西省结核病防治院2015年5月至2017年5月疑似结核性脑膜炎的住院患者519例,最终根据2010年国际结核性脑膜炎协作组制定的诊断标准,354例被诊断为结核性脑膜炎,其余165例排除结核性胸膜炎的诊断。评价BACTEC MGIT 960液体快速培养(简称“MGIT 960培养”)、RNA恒温扩增实时荧光检测技术(SAT-TB技术)、聚合酶链式反应-荧光探针检测技术(简称“PCR技术”)、GeneXpert MTB/RIF(简称“GeneXpert”)技术对结核性脑膜炎的诊断价值。MGIT 960培养、SAT-TB技术、PCR技术、GeneXpert技术检测结核性脑膜炎的敏感度及其95%CI值分别为23.7%(84/354;19.5%~28.4%)、7.6%(27/354;5.2%~10.7%)、12.4%(44/354;9.3%~16.2%)、39.5%(140/354;34.6%~44.7%),特异度分别为100.0%(165/165)、100.0%(165/165)、100.0%(165/165)、99.4%(164/165)。GeneXpert技术检测的敏感度明显高于MGIT 960培养、SAT-TB和PCR技术。 相似文献

AIM: To explore the role of radio-frequency ablation (RFA) as a treatment for hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
METHODS: Eleven patients with obstructive cholestasis underwent Computed Tomography (CT) examination, occupying lesions were observed in the hepatic hilar region in each patient. All lesions were confirmed as cholangioadenocarcinoma by biopsy and were classified as type Ⅲ or Ⅳ by percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography. Patients were treated with multiple electrodes RFA combined with other adjuvant therapy. The survival rate, change of CT attenuation coefficient of the tumor and tumor size were studied in these patients after RFA.
RESULTS: In a follow-up CT scan one month after RFA, a size reduction of about 30% was observed in six masses, and two masses were reduced by about 20% in size, three of the eleven masses remained unchanged. In a follow-up CT scan 6 mo after RFA, all the masses were reduced in size (overall 35%), in which the most significant size reduction was 60%. The survival follow-up among these eleven cases was 18 mo in average. Ongoing follow-up showed that the longest survival case was 30 mo and the shortest case was 10 mo.
CONCLUSION: RFA is a microinvasive and effective treatment for hilar cholangiocarcinoma. 相似文献

收集陕西省结核病防治院2021年10月至2022年7月疑似肺结核住院患者的肺泡灌洗液,同时进行涂片抗酸杆菌染色、分枝杆菌BACTEC MGIT 960液体培养(简称“培养”)及菌种鉴定、GeneXpert MTB/RIF、结核分枝杆菌RNA恒温扩增实时荧光检测技术(simultaneous amplification and testing for Mycobacterium tuberculosis,SAT-TB),并对结果进行分析。以培养法(菌种鉴定结果为结核分枝杆菌复合群)为参考标准,SAT-TB诊断肺结核的敏感度为80.61%(399/495),特异度为87.74%(1259/1435),阳性预测值为69.39%(399/575),阴性预测值为92.92%(1259/1355),约登指数为0.68。SAT-TB技术具有敏感度和特异度较高的特点,对临床快速诊断活动性结核病具有一定的价值。 相似文献

目的观察阴道毛滴虫在粘附状态下的形态结构特点。方法将固定液注入感染阴道毛滴虫的大鼠阴道,达到局部预固定效果后,再取材浸泡固定,分别进行透射电镜、扫描电镜、光镜免疫组化及特染观察。结果经预固定后制作的标本片虫体数量较多。电镜下见阴道毛滴虫呈阿米巴样粘附于上皮细胞表面,虫体指状伪足插入上皮细胞间。结论采用原位加浸泡固定方法制备的样品,虫体数量多,且更接近其粘附状态下的形态结构特点。 相似文献
