针刺治疗智力迟缓儿童语言障碍80例临床研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 观察针刺治疗智力迟缓儿童语言障碍的疗效.方法 将160例智力迟缓儿童语言障碍患者随机分为针刺组80例,语言训练组40例,综合组40例进行临床观察,并对治疗前后的总智商(FIQ)、言语智商(VIQ)、操作智商(PIQ)进行自身和组间对照.结果 针刺组总有效率77.5%,综合组总有效率82.5%,语训组总有效率52.5%.结论 针刺对患者的FIQ、VIQ、PIQ均有明显的提高,语言训练只对VIQ有所提高,针刺配合语言训练是治疗该病的有效方法.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Jing-well point combined with educational training for the treatment of children with severe mental retardation.MethodsSixty children with severe mental retardation were randomly divided into jing-well point acupuncture plus simple special education and language training group (group A) and simple special education and language training group (group B) with 30 child patients in each group according to registration order. All the patients were treated once every other day, 10 times as a course of treatment. There were 20 days of interval between each course of treatment. Curative effect was analyzed after 3 courses of treatment. Gesell Developmental Scale test was conducted for all children before and after treatment. Development quotient at the functional area of social adaptability, large motor, fine motor, language skill and social behavior of individuals was recorded and compared between groups and before and after treatment to evaluate the curative effect.ResultsSocial adaptability and fine motor of children were improved in the group B after treatment. And in the group A, social adaptability, fine motor, language skill and social behavior of individuals were improved after treatment. Meanwhile, the group A was superior to the group B in curative effect of overall social adaptability and language skill (both P<0.05). The overall response rate in group B was 23.3% (7/30) and in group A was 46.6% (14/30, P<0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture at jing-well point combined with educational training can effectively improve the intelligence level of children with severe mental retardation and its curative effect is better than that of simply education and training.  相似文献

Objective: This study aims to investigate the action and value of acupuncture in treatment of cerebral palsy rehabilitation.Methods: A total of 200 patients from 1 to 7 years old with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups.Acupuncture with rehabilitation training group: 100 patients were treated with head acupuncture and body acupuncture and rehabilitation training; rehabilitation training group: 100 patients were treated with physical therapy.The two groups underwenta 3-month treatment and the Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM) and Beijing Gesell were used to evaluate the effects of the two groups; atrophy in computed tomography(CT) scan and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) was used to scan the rate of skull recovery.Results: The effective rate of acupuncture with rehabilitation training group was 87%, obviously higher than 55% of the rehabilitation training group.The total effective rate of the acupuncture and rehabilitation training group was obviously higher than that of the rehabilitation training group.After treatment the development quotient value and GMFM of the acupuncture with rehabilitation training group were higher than that of the rehabilitation group(P0.01).In the acupuncture with rehabilitation training group, improvement rate of brain dysphasia, brain atrophy in skull CT/MRI and recovery-to-normal rate of skull were higher than those of the rehabilitation group(P0.01).Conclusion: Acupuncture can obviously increase cerebral blood flow and improve cerebral cell metabolism, and promote partial or complete compensation of cerebral function, as well as the restoration and function of plasticity of cerebral tissue in children with cerebral palsy.  相似文献

目的:观察针刺配合吞咽训练治疗脑卒中并发吞咽障碍的疗效.方法:将60例患者随机分为针刺吞咽训练和单纯吞咽训练组,针刺取穴以项针为主,吞咽训练包括基础训练和摄食训练.结果:针刺吞咽训练组疗效优于单纯吞咽训练组(P<0.05).结论:吞咽障碍患者经针刺配合吞咽功能训练能明显提高吞咽功能,改善生活质量.  相似文献

Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture on intelligence quotient (IQ) in children with mental retardation (MR). Methods: One hundred children with MR were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a control group, 50 in each. There were 37 and 36 cases with complete data in the former and latter group respectively. Four-week treatment constituted a course, the comprehensive therapeutic effect of two groups was compared after 3 courses of treatment, and the influence of acupuncture on IQ was estimated. Results: The total effective rate in the acupuncture group was 78.4%, better than 30.56% in the control group, the difference being significant (P〈0.01). Both groups were improved in IQ but the effect of the former group was better than that of the latter group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture can obviously improve IQ of children suffering from MR.  相似文献

目的探讨针刺治疗在脑瘫康复中的作用及价值。方法对100例2~7岁的痉挛型脑瘫患儿分别用针刺加康复训练(治疗组50例)和单纯康复训练(对照组50例),物理治疗选用Bobath与Vojta方法,根据病情程度,治疗3个月~1年。结果总有效率治疗组显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);治疗后治疗组血管搏动指数低于对照组,发育商值治疗组高于对照组(均P〈0.01)。头颅CT脑发育不良、脑萎缩的好转率和脑灌流断层显影(emission computed tomography,ECT)恢复正常率治疗组高于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论针刺能促进脑功能的代偿作用,对提高脑瘫患儿生存质量有良好的作用。  相似文献

目的探究针灸治疗儿童功能性构音障碍的临床疗效及对智力结构的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月于我院康复科接受诊治的功能性构音障碍患儿80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组予语言训练,观察组在对照组的基础上予针灸疗法,2个月为1个疗程,治疗结束后比较临床疗效及构音结构变化。结果声母构音的错误模式主要包括置换、省略、扭曲等3种,其中以置换居多,其次为省略,扭曲较少,l、ch、t、c、zh等音的错误率均超过了70%,治疗结束后各声母构音错误率均较前下降,l、ch、t、c、zh、d、p等音的错误率处于10%~20%,其余均在10%以下,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患儿声母构音的错误模式与观察组一致,治疗结束后各声母构音错误率均较前下降,但治疗后错误率高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后观察组治疗结束后总有效率为87.5%,对照组为70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗结束后,观察组患儿的总智商、操作智商均高于治疗前和对照组,而言语智商无明显变化。结论针灸治疗可提高FAD的临床治疗有效率,提高操作智商,促进FAD患儿智力结构平衡发展。  相似文献

目的观察醒脑开窍针刺法配合语言康复治疗对脑梗死致运动性失语患者语言功能恢复的影响。方法将90例患者随机分为醒脑开窍针刺法配合语言康复训练组(针康组)30例、单纯醒脑开窍针刺法(针刺组)30例与单纯语言康复训练组(对照组)30例。采用西方失语症成套测验(WAB)来评定患者的语言功能,作为诊断和疗效判定依据,观察患者失语商(AQ)、自发言语、口语理解、复述、命名4项基本语言功能及日常生活交流能力(CADL)。结果治疗后,3组患者AQ和CADL、自发言语、口语理解、复述及命名的评分较治疗前与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。治疗后针康组患者AQ、CADL、自发言语、复述和命名与对照组比较有统计学差异(P0.05或P0.01)。针刺组CADL、复述和命名的评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后针康组与针刺组各指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针刺法配合语言康复训练治疗对脑梗死致运动性失语患者有积极作用,且提示对自发言语、复述、命名以及日常生活交流能力方面有治疗优势。  相似文献

目的:观察针刺治疗对脑性瘫痪患儿的临床治疗作用及作用机制.方法:90例符合入选标准的脑性瘫痪患儿按就诊年龄、性别随机分为两组,观察组﹙针刺加综合康复治疗﹚和对照组﹙综合康复治疗﹚连续治疗3个月,治疗前和治疗结束后分别进行粗大运动功能量表评估和Gesell智力测试.结果:针刺观察组疗效﹙总有效率96.5%﹚好于对照组﹙总有效率81.6%,P<0.01﹚观察组粗大运动功能量表评分结果﹙37.49±4.81)及Gesell智力测试之适应性项发育商﹙DQ)得分结果(84.86±7.27)均较对照组高(P<0.01).结论:针刺治疗是脑性瘫痪患儿安全方便确切有效的临床康复治疗方法之一.  相似文献

Purpose: The clinical effects of scalp acupuncture in treating infantile cerebral palsy were observed.Methods: Forty-five patients were treated by scalp acupuncture, functional exercise, intravenous drip, and parents' instructive training.Results: Basic recovery occurred in 4 cases, marked effectiveness in 21 cases and effectiveness in 15 cases. The total effective rate was 88.9%. The shorter duration and the longer course were, the better curative effects got.Conclusion: A combined treatment of scalp acupuncture, physiotherapy and intravenous drip can markedly improve clinical symptoms, signs, and intelligence in children with cerebral palsy. [目的]比较针刺合肌力训练和单纯针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。[方法]将60例KOA患者随机分为针刺合肌力训练治疗组30例和单纯针刺对照组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合肌力训练治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗。观测两组患者治疗前后的症状及体征改善情况[美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分标准],并根据《中医病证诊断疗效标准》的疗效标准观察其疗效。[结果]治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组(P=0.042<0.05)。两组患者的疼痛、功能、活动度、肌力以及稳定性较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组的各项评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]针刺配合肌力训练治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效确切,有较好的临床应用价值。  相似文献

Objective The clinical effects of acupuncture and massaging abdomen with salt the treatment of simple obesity was observed.Methods: Eighty cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by acupuncture and massaging abdomen with salt and control group in which another 40 cases were treated by conventional acupuncture. Their effects were observed and compared.Results: The clinical cure rate and marked effective rate in treatment group were significantly higher than in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion: The clinical effects in the treatment group are much better than those in the control group. 目的观察针刺联合语言训练对脑性瘫痪患儿语言发育迟缓的作用。方法132例脑性瘫痪患儿按数字随机表法分为语言训练组(训练组,44例)、小儿常规针刺联合语言训练组(电针组,44例)和行针联合语言训练组(行针组,44例)。训练组采用一对一的语言训练,包括游戏治疗,交流态度训练等;电针组及行针组选取百会、四神聪、语言一区、语言二区、语言三区等进行常规针刺后,电针组进行电针治疗,再进行语言训练;行针组进行语言训练同时行针及留针40min。3组每天治疗1次,每周5次,20次为1个疗程,共6个疗程。采用S.S检查法评定各组疗效,根据Gesell发育量表观察各组治疗前及治疗3、6个疗程后语言发育商(developmentquotient,DQ)。结果电针组(有效率:77.5%,DQ值:60.4±13.5)和行针组(有效率:81.0%,DQ值:64.0±11.6)疗效及治疗后DQ值均优于训练组(有效率:51.3%,DQ值:58.1±13.3,P〈0.05),电针组和行针组疗效及治疗后DQ值比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论针刺联合语言训练对脑性瘫痪患儿语言发育迟缓疗效明显。  相似文献

目的观察针刺治疗婴儿听力障碍的临床疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准和纳入标准的听力障碍患者126例,随机分为两组,针刺组64例,常规组62例,并随机抽取72例正常儿童设为对照组。采用脑干听觉诱发电位检查及小儿智力检查(Gesell评分量表)评估。结果针刺组总有效率为95.8%,常规组总有效率为68.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);且针刺组智力检查结果与对照组(正常儿童)比较无差异(P0.05),其中语言及个人社交能力明显优于常规组(P0.05)。结论针刺能更有效地促进婴儿听力障碍的康复,利于小儿语言及社交能力的发展。  相似文献

目的:观察针刺、针药结合对绝经后女性生存质量及生殖内分泌水平影响。方法:将47例患者,随机分配至针刺组和针药组,针刺组23例,针药组24例,3个月为一观察疗程。采用简明SF36中文版问卷方式,对各组患者进行治疗前后生存质量调查,同时,采用放免技术,观察治疗前后两组患者血清中生殖激素卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)含量变化。结果:治疗后两组生存质量总体比较差异显著,针药组优于针刺组(P〈0.01);针药组E2含量提高较针刺组显著(P〈0.05),FSH、LH含量变化两组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。结论:针刺、针药皆能改善绝经后女性的生存质量及提高患者明显低下的E2含量水平,针药治疗对患者的生存质量、E2含量提高较针刺治疗显著,提示针剌、针药皆能改善绝经后女性的症状、体征及身心健康状况,提高生存质量,改善生殖内分泌环境,针药结合效果尤佳。  相似文献
