针刺配合肌力训练治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的]比较针刺合肌力训练和单纯针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法]将60例KOA患者随机分为针刺合肌力训练治疗组30例和单纯针刺对照组30例。治疗组采用针刺配合肌力训练治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗。观测两组患者治疗前后的症状及体征改善情况美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分标准],并根据《中医病证诊断疗效标准》的疗效标准观察其疗效。结果]治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组(P=0.042<0.05)。两组患者的疼痛、功能、活动度、肌力以及稳定性较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组的各项评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]针刺配合肌力训练治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效确切,有较好的临床应用价值。

Therapeutic effct of acupuncture combined with strength training of muscle on knee osteoarthritis

Objective] To compare the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with strength training of muscle and acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis(OA). Methods] Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with strength training of muscle, and other 30 cases in the control group were treated by acupuncture only. The improvement of symptoms and signs and curative effect of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results] The effective rate in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05). After treatment the pain feeling, function, activity, muscle strength and stability of two groups were significantly improved that of the compared with that before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment, the score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion] Acupuncture combined with strength training of muscle is effective on KOA. It has good clinical application value.
