ObjectiveTo study the anatomic elements of the pathogeny of the cubital tunnel syndrome.Methods60 elbows of adult cadavers were dissected.The length and width of the arcuate ligament(AL),the depth of the cubital tunnel,the extension of the ulnar nerve(UE) and the distance from medial epicondyle to olecranon(OE) as the elbow flexed from neutral to 90 degrees were measured.ResultsVariations in the arcuate ligament were classified into four typesⅠ,the proximal 1/2 part of the arcuate ligament was absent;,the whole tunnel was covered by arcuate ligament;,A thickened fascial band was observed in the arcuate ligament;,the thickened facial band was replaced by muscle.The length and width of the arcuate ligament were 9.7±2.3 mm and 14.1±4.2 mm respectively.The depth of the cubital tunel was 5.2±1.1 mm,The extension of ulnar nerve and the distance from epicondyle to olecranon were 7.2%±0.5% and 4.7±1.5 mm.ConclusionsThe morphologic change of the cubital tunnel was the anatomical pathogeny of the cubital tunnel syndrome.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo study the relationship between the body and placenta weights of newborn infant.MethodsThe weights of body and placenta of 1300 newborn infants were measured.ResultsThe mean body weight of male infants was 3305.1±401.9 grams,and the placental coefficient was 0.167;the corresponding parmeters of female infants were 3216.9±406.7 grams and 0.169 respectively.ConclusionsThe body weight of newborn infant increases with the economic development and the improvement of living standard.The body and placenta weight of newborn infant are closely relevant.  相似文献

Objective Studies of novel human tumor necrosis factor-α(hTNF-α) derivatives with increased antitumor activity. Methods Based on the pervious studies of hTNF-α structure-functional relationship, three mutated hTNF-α genes were generated by PCR. These genes were inserted into E.coli and confirmed by DNA sequencing and Western blot. The antitumor activities were determined by mouse L929 cells. Results Three genes were highly expressed in E.coli. The in vitro cytotoxicity effects of hTNF-α derivatives on L929 cells were 576, 641, 153 times higher than that of natural hTNF-α. Conclusion The antitumor activities of hTNF-α derivatives are highly improved. And the derivatives have displayed potential prospect for clinical application.  相似文献

丙型肝炎病毒与荧光素酶融合基因细胞模型的初步建立   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Objective To establish HCV cell culture model which is easy to measure. Methods Controllable retroviral vector with fusion gene of hepatitis C virus (HCV) cDNA and luciferase (luc) reporter gene was constructed by molecular cloning technique, the transfection of this retroviral vector in a human hepatic carcinoma cell (HHCC) line was performed by lipofectAMINE and then luciferase activity in the cellular lysate was measured by scintillation counter. Results  ① Fusion gene of the HCV 5NCR-C region and luciferase reporter gene identified by restriction endonuclease cleavage have been cloned into pBPSTR1 vector. The luciferase activity could maintain up to 20 days at least, and could be increased by puromycin treatment and regulated by tetracycline. Conclusion A cell model for expression of HCV C-E1 and luciferase genes was established for gene therapy studies against HCV C-E1 sequences.  相似文献

Objective To simplify the steps of cloning, sequencing and expressing of heterogeneous genes,a new integral plasmid pLCM182 has been designed and constructed. Methods This new plasmid is characterized with the pL promoter and RBS of phage T7 gene 10 for high expression of the inserted gene,the universal sequencing primer sites for directly sequencing the inserted gene,and a multiple cloning site specified for fitting the optimizing of translation.Thus once cloning of a PCR product into this plasmid,the gene expression and sequencing can be done without the need of subcloning, and much more time can be saved. Results By use of this plasmid,several genes obtained by PCR,including human IL-17,human IL-4,and human IL-1RA have been cloned,sequenced,and highly expressed. Conclusion The integrative plasmid is applicable and convenient for cytokines expression.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo study the location and the length of cruciate ligament transposed from patellar ligament and the clinical significance.MethodsThe location of the reconstructed cruciate ligament and the bone-patellar ligament-bone (B-PL-B) were measured on 18 knees of fresh cadavers.ResultsThe lengths of reconstructed anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments and of the bone-patellar-bone were 22.5±0.9 mm,29.0±2.5 mm and 41.0±4.0 mm respectively.ConslusionsThe length of the patellar ligament is enough for the reconstruction of the cruciate ligaments.The locations and the lengths of the reconstructed ligaments play an important role in functional recovery and stabilization of the joint.  相似文献

Objective To investigate genotypes of hepatitis E viruses isolated from hepatitis E patients with negative anti-HEV. Methods Acute-phase sera of 22 hepatitis patients with negative anti-HAV IgM, HBsAg, anti-HBc IgM, anti-HCV and anti-HEV were detected for HEV RNA using a RT-nPCR based on a set of degenerate primers derived from open reading frame 2 of HEV. The positive PCR products were directly sequenced. Results Among 22 acute hepatitis patients, 9(40.9%) were HEV RNA positive. Six PCR products of 9 sera were directly sequenced. Five of them shared the same subtype with HEV Chinese strain (L25595), with the nucleotide identity of 98.0% and the amino acid identity of 99.0%. The remainder, designated HEV LZ-105, was a variant of HEV. The nucleotide and amino acid homology of HEV LZ-105 with HEV(China),HEV(Burma),HEV(Mexico),and the newly identified HEV US-1 and swine HEV was 77.4%,78.1%,74.3%,77.4%,77.1% and 91.0%,91.0%,89.0%,93.0%,93.0%,respectively. Conclusion A variant of HEV was isolated from a hepatitis E patient with negative anti-HEV.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo provide anatomic basis of cranial outer table flap pedi cled with th e occipital artery for occipitocervical fusion.Methods The course,branches and distribution of the occipital artery were observed on 40 adult cadavers perfuse d with latex and 8 cephalocervical vascular castings(5 castings preserved bones) .The operation was imitated on 2 cadavers.ResultsThe oc cipital artery originate d from the external carotid artery.It ran through the occipital artery channel o f temporal bone and perforated to the nucha.The perforaing point is 1.0±0.1 cm i nferior to the external occipital protuberance and 3.5±0.2 cm lateral to the me d ian plane.Its external diameter at the point of penetration into the subcutaneou s tissue is 2.1±0.2 mm.The occipital artery ran upward between superficial fasc i a and galea aponeurotica and gave off branches to nourish the soft tissue(the oc ciput,opisthotic region,opisthotic and calvaria),pericranium and cranial outer t able.ConclusionCranial outer table flap pedicled with the occipital artery could be used in occipitocervical fusion.  相似文献

广东登革Ⅰ型病毒株变异性的初步研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Objective To study the variation of Guangdong dengue-1 virus strains. Methods Partial nucleotide fragments in E/NS1 gene junction of 2 degue-1 isolates(LD-25, LD-26) and 1 positive sera sample (95-142) of Guangdong province collected in different years, were amplified by RT-PCR and sequenced. The 240bp sequences of the above-mentioned fragments were compared with those of other well-characterized dengue-1 strains. A divergence of 6% between the nucleotide sequences was taken as an indication for dengue virus subtype classification. Results LD-25 and LD-36 or 95-142 may belong to two different subtypes. Dengue strains of LD-25 (1985), Thai(1980) and Taiwan of China(1987,1988) could fall into the same subtype in the light of their sequence homology ranging from 97.1% to 98.8%. The sequence homology among LD-36(1991), 95-142(1995), Philippine(1988) and three other dengue-1 virus strains ranged from 97.5% to 100%, indicating that they belonged to another subtype of dengue virus. Possible source of infection of these dengue virus strains is discussed. Conclusion Guangdong dengue viruses may have not only one source.  相似文献

ObjectiveTo provide anatomical basis for treatment of the deep venous thrombosis of lower limb with deep femoral vein shunting to contralateral great saphenous vein.MethodsThe course,tributaries,valve,anastomosis,length and diameter of the deep femoral vein were observed and measured on 30 sides of adult cadavers.ResultsThe deep formal vein,formed by the perforating venous trunk and tributaries of gracilis muscle,converged into the femoral vein 8.6±0.9 cm below the midpoint of inguinal ligament.Its truck was 2.6±0.5 cm long and 6.9±1.1 mm in diameter.In 29 cases,there was 1 valve proximal to the abouchement of the first perforating vein.The deep femoral vein collected the venous blood of the thigh and the knee,the superficial venous blood of the shank.ConclusionsThe deep femoral vein anastomosis with the contralateral great saphenous vein can remit the swelling and the venous high pressure of the lower limb by shunting the deep femoral venous blood to the contralateral great saphenous vein.  相似文献
