| 摘 要： | 用甘油致家兔急性肾功能衰竭（ＡＲＦ）的实验模型动态观察黄芪，丹参对肾小球的保护作用，于肌注甘油前后分别经腹腔注射黄芪浸剂，丹参浸剂和黄芪，丹参混合浸剂，并以生理盐水注射组作对照，用光镜和电镜观察注射甘油后１．３．５．７．１４天肾组织病理变化，黄芪组和黄芪，丹参混合组的肾小球及血管损伤轻，修复快的而完整，丹参组及对照组的肾小球及血管呈进行性破坏并出现肾小球硬化，结果表明黄芪是防治ＡＲＦ较理想的药物。

| Abstract: | The rabbits were given intramuscular injections of glycdrol according to induce acute renal failure (ARF); The extract solutions of Astragalus,Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge,mixtures of two above drugs were administrated both before the induced ARF and after it,and controled with normol saline injection group. Killed the rabbits at 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 14th days after induced ARF. The kindneys were taken for examination of histopathological studies with microscopy and trassmission electronmicroscopy. The results revealed that the glomerulurs were damaged accompany with convoluted tubules simultaneously,and were more lesser and promptely repaired in Astragalus group, mixtures group than Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge group and normol saline group. Therefore,Astagalus is a ideal protective drug for the ARF and effective for the pragnosis can be concluted. |
